Called again to let me know part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I would get it back Saturday. I asked if it would be ready by 11:00 because I had to be somewhere at 1:00, If not I would pick it up by closing. He said he'd try his best to get it done by 11:00. The motor mounts and both control arms are shot, I was quoted $2-3k (or more) just to make it safe to drive. Honestly, I probably wouldn't even be leaving this review if Ted had handled this situation professionally. But when I called for help, he yelled, "It's your problem now," and refused to do anything. He even admitted his mechanic had worked on the car before selling it, yet still wouldn't help, trade, or offer any solution. If ted is a man of God he would do the right thing. I completely understand that used cars can have issues, but this isn't a minor problem, it's dangerous, and the car was already overpriced. The lack of honesty, empathy, and basic professionalism is shocking. If you value safety and respect, stay far away from this place.It's disappointing to see this kind of response instead of accountability. The truth is the car I purchased from you turned out to be a lemon. It's also clear YOUR mechanic Fernando wasn't interested in providing an honest evaluation, makes me believe he's in cahoots with you. Note - if you are looking for a video of the vehicle or the CarFax, I found the information spread out on their Facebook page (the video) and their Offer Up page (the CarFax report). Ted told me he did the rear brakes. When I took it to my mechanic for a reconditioning -- doing maintenance and replacing items on a high mileage vehicle -- my mechanic said the rear brakes were done, just like Ted said. We bought this car June 27th 2025 2 months after that the power steering went bad. We called this dealership we purchased the car from and they had us take it to our local Range Rover. The cost for the repair was ridiculous. Over 5,000 we had messaged them again stating we weren't going to pay for that because we believed they had sold us a defective car in the first place. No way this should be happening 2 months into us having a new car . Fast forward we ended up getting it fixed with a (credit) they gave us of 1,500 and took it to another mechanic shop that was more affordable. It got fixed. However we started having multiple other problems with the vehicle. Started with a transmission leak, ended up with a transmission problem. And now our car will NOT start and it's just been sitting there for about 2-3 months. Unable to fix it since it is considered a transmission problem. We believe they sold us a broken car in the first place, this car didn't even last us a full year. Yes we still have it but it's not running nor starting. It's a bit sad we're still making the payments for a car we aren't able to drive. Do yourself a favor a DO NOT PURCHASE A PRE OWNED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. i am upset we drive 2 hours for this car and we got scammed. We are trying to get a case using LEMON LAW at this point.
