I have had bad experiences in the past, but working with DONYA recently to buy out my lease was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had with Honda. SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS A HUMAN, not just a sale walking through the door. We had a great conversation for about 20 mins before we even started talking about my car. Once we got into the buy-out process, everything was communicated amazingly, and she did everything she could to make sure I left happy (which I did). If you go to LB Honda for a car, I highly recommend calling ahead and scheduling a chat with DONYA QUINTERO!!

I've given so many chances so many tries it's been so many years of just bypassing having to escalate. But they leave me with no choice. I would never purchase a vehicle from here. I feel awful for the sales people trying to make money after the crap that I've seen I cannot imagine anybody wanting to continue any kind of relationship with this company. Paragraph I would most definitely go to some other location and better pricing. I would check out Riverside for example. That's where I'm actually going first to see if they want to try to do with this location that I purchased my vehicle from refused. They pretended like they fixed a recall which is air-conditioning. So obviously living in this heat it's necessary to have that and not get charged 1600 from another location to try to fix it. I have never seen such mismanagement such poor execution. Especially to lie and say that they did something and they're not only did they not fix what they were supposed to under warranty because they were overbooked so much and their service department. But they had the audacity to remove or for some reason the oil was gone from my car when I drove for the next week. I just had the oil filled up at my mechanic I have proof of it and even if it was something that happened somewhere else why did your entire department sign off stating that they checked it? So I have records at my oil was filled for some reason it was not at your location or it was taken out I don't know what you guys were doing with it if that was necessary in order to replace the condenser in the compressor. More than likely that's why. And then you didn't even fill it back up again and you never replaced the condenser in the compressor. He simply filled it up with a coolant expected me to drive with it and then bypass the warranty date. Absolutely inexcusable! I called back I got hung up on I got passed around yeah I got told I would be given a call back and nobody called back. I have nothing but easy going about this it's not like I've been visible and even if I were do your job! What a disappointing Manager I certainly hope they get a new one. Across the board.

If i coulda given this rating a ZERO i woulda done it!!! Highly DO NOT recommend buying from this dealer ship My husband and i drove about 2 hours away to get our Range Rover sport. We live in San Diego we were excited to close the deal on our new car. (Pre owned) right from the beginning there was already a light that was (i) on the dashboard, which was a sensor we mentioned it to the sales rep at the time before driving it off the lot, the sales rep said it will automatically come off once we start driving it more, which never came off. . We bought this car June 27th 2025 2 months after that the power steering went bad. We called this dealership we purchased the car from and they had us take it to our local Range Rover. The cost for the repair was ridiculous. Over 5,000 we had messaged them again stating we weren't going to pay for that because we believed they had sold us a defective car in the first place. No way this should be happening 2 months into us having a new car . Fast forward we ended up getting it fixed with a (credit) they gave us of 1,500 and took it to another mechanic shop that was more affordable. It got fixed. However we started having multiple other problems with the vehicle. Started with a transmission leak, ended up with a transmission problem. And now our car will NOT start and it's just been sitting there for about 2-3 months. Unable to fix it since it is considered a transmission problem. We believe they sold us a broken car in the first place, this car didn't even last us a full year. Yes we still have it but it's not running nor starting. It's a bit sad we're still making the payments for a car we aren't able to drive. Do yourself a favor a DO NOT PURCHASE A PRE OWNED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. i am upset we drive 2 hours for this car and we got scammed. We are trying to get a case using LEMON LAW at this point. Due to the lack of service and overall experience.

However, the remaining portion of the dealership does not care about you. I should have paid attention to the fact that there were several people in the waiting room waiting on their cars to be serviced. And when I asked about the lower rating the dealership has online, they said it was due to the Service Department. Well, I live out of town and will be getting my car serviced in Bakersfield, so the service department does not matter to me. NOTE: It took them well over a month and many follow up calls to get me the second key to our Certified BMW, which I learned later was supposed to be given at the time of sale when it is a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) sale. Now that I have had the car a couple of years, things change and I traded it in for a brand-new car. In doing so, I have this Unlimited Miles Warranty that has 2.5 years remaining on it. I called BMW to see about having the remaining amount prorated back to me in a credit. They said that I needed to speak with Long Beach BMW where I Purchased the car, Finance Department to receive this credit. I have called this dealership 15-20 times now. NEVER a return call. How Rude right? So when it comes to making the sale, they are all about you and making that money. But when it comes to service, they have obvious issues and especially when seeking to speak to them after the sale, they have no interest in speaking with you since that would involve refunding you a balance they you deserve. They are just there to make money. Don't let them fool you into thinking that they are a Service Oriented Provider. BMW makes a Nice Car. There are Plenty of Dealerships that will sell you one. You may want to look for options at dealerships other than Long Beach BMW.

I hate buying cars, feeling like vultures ( the salesmen) swarm on you when you enter the car lot , do tricky things to keep you there for hours , then having to do the whole haggling thing while they try to upsell you on all these things . For me, it's just always a bad experience . We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! It is not that vibe or feeling you dread when going to look at cars or going to buy a car.
