with Enterprise Car Sales - because if I don't say it, who will? First off, if you're considering buying a car from them--DON'T. I walked in expecting professionalism, honesty, and basic respect. What I got instead was a mix of manipulation, lack of transparency, and straight-up incompetence. This whole experience felt like a scam wrapped in a sales pitch. Let's start with Premilla, the salesperson. Now Premilla came off sweet at first--real helpful, real friendly, pretending to go the extra mile. But let's call it what it really was: fake concern masking a desperate attempt to push a sale at all costs. She played the classic "I'm on your side" role while conveniently leaving out important information about the car's condition, previous issues, and what the "warranty" actually covered. She sold me a dream and delivered a headache. Then when things started going left and I had questions, suddenly Premilla had amnesia. The same person who was blowing up my phone during the sale couldn't be bothered to return a call once the deal was closed. And the moment I started raising concerns, here come the deflections--"I'll have to check on that," "It's out of my hands now," "That's something the manager would handle." And THAT brings us to Monique, the so-called manager. Whew. If Premilla was fake nice, Monique was straight-up dismissive and nasty. As soon as I tried to speak up about the problems with the vehicle and the shady way the sale was handled, Monique flipped the script like I was the problem. She talked to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer--rude, short, and completely uninterested in helping. She gave me corporate-sounding excuses that made no sense and acted like I should be grateful for even getting a response. At one point, she basically said, "You signed for it, it's yours now," like she was washing her hands of the situation entirely. Real classy. Customer service was nowhere to be found, but attitude? Plenty of that. And let's talk about the car itself. The car had issues from day one--stuff that a basic inspection should've caught, but apparently Enterprise doesn't care once that contract is signed. I found out the car had a questionable service history, and when I tried to get help resolving it under their "warranty," I was sent in circles. Nobody wanted to be accountable. No answers. Just a whole lot of passing the buck. The whole vibe from this place is: "Get your money, get you out, and get ghost." They know how to talk you into a sale, but God forbid you need any kind of support afterwards. That's when the gaslighting and corporate gymnastics begin. Bottom line: Enterprise Car Sales is trash. Premilla is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and Monique has no business being in customer service, let alone management. If you value your time, money, and mental health--go anywhere else.
