After going to Harbor Chevy down the street (they are trash BTW) after a week they couldn't fix my car. Boulevard GMC provided me with exceptionally superior service. Arcee was my service writer and he was amazing! Kept consistent clear communication with me and always answered/returned my calls/texts promptly. When the shuttle was taking a long time and I needed to get to work they called me a Lyft so I wouldn't be late. They were able to fix my car for me and I'm back on the road. Having to get your car fixed is never a pleasant experience but coming here made the best out of the situation. Prices are kinda high but that's to be expected when going to the dealership. Ive been here multiple times and I really like their service and how efficient they are. My Sierra has had every service done here and from oil changes to transmission repair. After my experience at this dealer yesterday I feel like I have to write this review. The buying experience for many people is unsavory, riddled with anxiety and pressure filled sales tactics. Our salesman David was none of those things. From initial contact, to him showing us the vehicle, he was nothing but cordial, funny, and informative. Although we couldn't come to an agreement on the particular vehicle and didn't end up purchasing, David remained just as welcoming as when we started the process. We also met with his Sales manager, James, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Seriously a breath of fresh air and I can only hope the rest of our purchase journey is as effortless as this. Beware: Bait-and-Switch & Hidden Fees I was working with a great salesperson on a used vehicle purchase from out of state. He sent me multiple videos and confirmed the price listed on their website. As we were finalizing, the price suddenly increased by $2,000. Despite my screenshots showing the original price, the GM refused to honor it, claiming it was a "mistake." They also add a mandatory $995 "anti-theft device," even though their own website says it's not required for purchase. When I asked to remove it, they refused and instead tried to "make it up" with a small discount on an extended warranty that I didn't plan to purchase. So not only did the price go up 2k but they wanted to add on close to another grand for some mandatory device that is useless to me. Huge waste of time for both me and the salesperson. I would not recommend this dealer. I plan to report them for what appears to be a violation of California Vehicle Code §11713.1, which requires that advertised vehicles must be sold at or below the advertised total price. This law prevents dealers from adding charges that bring the price above the advertised price, ensuring that consumers are not charged more than they were led to expect in the advertisement. read more

What a waste of time with these guys. First they gave me a few numbers on a lease which were good on my income and then they switched it up last minute. The commute going to the dealership was almost 2 hours away from my home, They called mid way and told me that the numbers had changed. Horrible Buying experience, and damaged my car in service. Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased a brand-new SUV with an MSRP of $77k, and after noticing significant hard water spots the next day, we reached out. After a few days of communication, they offered to detail the SUV with a clay and wax service. While the hard water spots were mostly removed, we discovered significant scratches all over the SUV,on the windows, trims, and paint caused during their service. Despite reaching out again, the dealership refused to take responsibility, and GM corporate, who was supposed to help resolve or cover the damages, also refused to assist after a month and a half of communication. From day one, we were discriminated against and judged by appearances. My son and I were told to go to another dealership--specifically Chevrolet--because they assumed that was all we could afford. This was based solely on the payment amount we mentioned. What they did not know, and never bothered to ask, was that we were willing and able to put down a sufficient down payment to make the payment work. Now let's talk about the next visit, which was on a different day with a different salesperson, since I clearly did not want to deal with the original one again. The finance representative stated that because I am a woman, I "don't know anything," and told my son that he should not take my advice. While he was processing my debit card, he made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment, saying, "Let's pray it goes through." Prior to that, he had asked whether I would be paying with a credit card and stated that they only accept up to $1,500. He then questioned whether I had any other way to pay. However,the possibility of trading my encoré for a buick terrain came up. I had put a deposit 12k when I purchased it last year. Since then I have been making my payments diligently . When it cane down to finances, Whaley said my APR was going to increase, my payment where going to increase. Even with the trade in he wanted more $$$. After adding my initial payment and the monthly payments, I must have invested at least 15k in the encoré. Whaley was to appraised it and work from there. I was not made any offer for my trade in. I felt very insulted since he wanted me to get a new vehicle,with his terms and practically give my current vehicle for for free. I brought my 2015 Buick Lacross to the dealership to have my transmission checked. I took off from work 2 days each time they said it was something else even though I told them the transmission fluid was low.. The mechanic not only didn't find the hole in the transmission hose, but said it was a water pump issue and that the transmission fluid was leaking due to being overfilled.... Brought out truck here to get a diagnosis for our check engine light and an oil change. Made an appointment online on their website for 9:00 am. When I got there I guess they didn't have it in their system. (Don't recommend making appointments online. Just call in) finally got check in. I had previously taken the truck to get a diagnosis, I told the attendant what we were told by our car mechanic and they didn't seem to take note of this. I was told I would beg an update in 2 hours. 3 hours later I still never heard from them so I check back with them and they still had no update. 3 hours after that I still never heard from them so I contact my husband to call them because i felt they respond more to a male. He finally gets an update. They end up changing a part (can't remember what it's called) but it was different from what our car mechanic said. a few days later the check engine light goes off I remind them again about what the car mechanic had said needed to be done and that we had just brought in the truck and they completely disregard me. Again, they are horrible in contacting me with any update so I have to call my husband again to call them for an update. Ends up turning out the original thing that was wrong is the same as what our car mechanic said was wrong and the first work we had done never needed to be done. I will never ever go back here. They don't know what they're doing AND they have horrible communication. read more

Not only did he find us the right vehicle, or even price, but also the right amount on our trade in. Even with the dealership needing to close over the weekend due to covid restrictions, Avery followed up with us the moment the doors were open again on monday. He patiently and tirelessly worked with us to get the numbers where we needed them to be to be able to take home our new family vehicle.
