After going to Harbor Chevy down the street (they are trash BTW) after a week they couldn't fix my car. Boulevard GMC provided me with exceptionally superior service. Arcee was my service writer and he was amazing! Kept consistent clear communication with me and always answered/returned my calls/texts promptly. When the shuttle was taking a long time and I needed to get to work they called me a Lyft so I wouldn't be late. They were able to fix my car for me and I'm back on the road. Having to get your car fixed is never a pleasant experience but coming here made the best out of the situation. Prices are kinda high but that's to be expected when going to the dealership. I will definitely be returning here again! read more

I didn't realize that in order to change a headlight bulb they have to remove the whole bumper. Obviously it's more time and money. I was helped by RC. Very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and it was fast. My only complaint is the cost. I wish prices were more affordable. read more

After my experience at this dealer yesterday I feel like I have to write this review. The buying experience for many people is unsavory, riddled with anxiety and pressure filled sales tactics. Our salesman David was none of those things. From initial contact, to him showing us the vehicle, he was nothing but cordial, funny, and informative. Although we couldn't come to an agreement on the particular vehicle and didn't end up purchasing, David remained just as welcoming as when we started the process. We also met with his Sales manager, James, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Seriously a breath of fresh air and I can only hope the rest of our purchase journey is as effortless as this. Thanks again David, James, and team! P.S. Double Kudos to David for catching my wife from hitting the ground as she slipped getting out in the rain. read more

I set up an oil change appointment at 7am today. Got the car there 6:50am. I was the first car in the service line. Went to breakfast and came back at 10:30 expecting it will be done or done soon. They didn't even start working on it. Russ said people brought their car in after I did, but they choose to wait in the waiting room, so they cut the line in front of me. WTF?!?! Needless to say, I'm not coming back. read more

Ive been here multiple times and I really like their service and how efficient they are. My Sierra has had every service done here and from oil changes to transmission repair. They also send coupons/discounts through the mail which is nice. I don't recall the service advisors names but their shuttle guy Ruben is a cool dude, easy to make conversation with and he's kind. Overall satisfied being a regular here. read more

Wow! Exceptional customer service from Jayden, our sales rep, and BOTH Gary's (sales managers). We drove 64 miles, on a weekday, with traffic to come to this dealership. Jayden followed up regarding the specific vehicle I was interested in. The overall process of course takes a long time, but they made it as easy as possible. Highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for my next vehicle. read more

Been buying my trucks in Cadillacs there for years, but Boy hasn't gone downhill. I've just called Service couldn't get anybody on the phone. It just hangs up on you and then I tried part same thing. Nobody seems to care since Ron and the old timers are retired. It's sad to see EY. read more

Just terrible. I have no words. They avoided the problem like the plague. It was awful. Brand new car with minor defect

I'm updating my review because our Cadillac is running great. All the work you did has improved it to showroom ready. We don't find anything wrong so far and are grateful. I still stand by my comments that your mechanics need to realize internal combustion engines need three things to run. They never checked them. Reading the codes and replacing parts only goes so far. Also, 500 to remove programming and 500 to program is insane when the ecm we had was programmed to the VIN read more

Remember, this is the dealership, not necessarily the whole car lineup... If you can find the right car that fits your need here, then getvitvfrom them. Everyone I have dealt with here, 4 times with cars, it has been a good car buying experience. I have even referred others here with no complaints. My only issue is the model I have bought here, twice! I definitely will not be thinking the same way about this model again, but maybe others are OK with it. The last time GM Corp came through (mostly), I am still involved with the newest problem and will update once it is complete... But again, as for a dealership, from the receptionist to the management and everyone in-between, they all seem to be helpful.....to be continued read more

Beware: Bait-and-Switch & Hidden Fees I was working with a great salesperson on a used vehicle purchase from out of state. He sent me multiple videos and confirmed the price listed on their website. As we were finalizing, the price suddenly increased by $2,000. Despite my screenshots showing the original price, the GM refused to honor it, claiming it was a "mistake." They also add a mandatory $995 "anti-theft device," even though their own website says it's not required for purchase. When I asked to remove it, they refused and instead tried to "make it up" with a small discount on an extended warranty that I didn't plan to purchase. So not only did the price go up 2k but they wanted to add on close to another grand for some mandatory device that is useless to me. Huge waste of time for both me and the salesperson. I would not recommend this dealer. I plan to report them for what appears to be a violation of California Vehicle Code §11713.1, which requires that advertised vehicles must be sold at or below the advertised total price. This law prevents dealers from adding charges that bring the price above the advertised price, ensuring that consumers are not charged more than they were led to expect in the advertisement. read more

I've been going to Blvd GMC for 4 years to service my car. The service advisor, Russ, is the best. He is professional, knowledeable, and personable. Horrible Buying experience, and damaged my car in service. Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased a brand-new SUV with an MSRP of $77k, and after noticing significant hard water spots the next day, we reached out. After a few days of communication, they offered to detail the SUV with a clay and wax service. While the hard water spots were mostly removed, we discovered significant scratches all over the SUV,on the windows, trims, and paint caused during their service. Despite reaching out again, the dealership refused to take responsibility, and GM corporate, who was supposed to help resolve or cover the damages, also refused to assist after a month and a half of communication. We're left with a damaged SUV and zero accountability. Extremely disappointing, avoid this dealership at all costs. read more

What a waste of time with these guys. First they gave me a few numbers on a lease which were good on my income and then they switched it up last minute. The commute going to the dealership was almost 2 hours away from my home, They called mid way and told me that the numbers had changed. They wanted double of down payment and monthly payment went up by almost $200. It was a complete waste of time. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ! read more

From day one, we were discriminated against and judged by appearances. My son and I were told to go to another dealership--specifically Chevrolet--because they assumed that was all we could afford. This was based solely on the payment amount we mentioned. What they did not know, and never bothered to ask, was that we were willing and able to put down a sufficient down payment to make the payment work. Now let's talk about the next visit, which was on a different day with a different salesperson, since I clearly did not want to deal with the original one again. Unfortunately, the discrimination continued--this time from the finance department. I was openly disrespected and discriminated against as both a woman and a mother. The finance representative stated that because I am a woman, I "don't know anything," and told my son that he should not take my advice. He implied that I did not know what I was talking about and went as far as saying that it takes a man to raise a man. While he was processing my debit card, he made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment, saying, "Let's pray it goes through." Prior to that, he had asked whether I would be paying with a credit card and stated that they only accept up to $1,500. He then questioned whether I had any other way to pay. He then showed me a photo of himself with his sons and stated, "You see them? They are successful, and they have what they have because they took my advice read more

I had already picked out the exact car that I wanted and he ended up talking me into everything I did not want. After much stress and tears they unwound the deal and put me in what I wanted. I was in the market for a new SUV as I was ditching the car life for greener pastures lol and was deciding between purchasing a 2020 Ford Explorer, 2020 Toyota Highlander and a 2020 GMC Arcadia. Stopping at Boulevard Buick GMC, I was assisted by one of the best individuals in Josh Owens. We had talked over email prior to my visit, but upon my arrival to the dealership, he was very welcoming, attentive and understandable of my needs in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was looking to understand my needs and wants. We went over all my options from vehicles to finance in order to find the right combo for me. He answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle and my purchases; even the quirky tech and features built into the vehicle. I drove away feeling I was an expect on my own vehicle and that's all that is to Josh. If you are in the market for a GMC or Buick, make sure to hit up Josh Owens and tell him I sent you. You will get the best service imaginable without feeling pressured to make a decision. read more

Visited a few GMC dealers when shopping for a new truck recently and Boulevard GMC was by far the most transparent. The other dealers I spoke to attempted to add on anywhere from $2500 to $3500 in 'protection packages' and other fees once I finally convinced them to show me numbers in writing. The sales guy at Boulevard was up front and transparent from the start with the cost and fees associated with the deal and there were no nasty surprises at the end of the negotiations. Bought this drop dead gorgeous truck from this dealership today. I believe this is one of ten or more cars we've purchased and traded here. The experience has always been professional with no hidden gimmicks or a dog and pony show trying to negotiate pricing etc. I cannot say enough about the buying experience. Their pricing on purchase and trade are always fair and competitive. I won't hesitate to recommend giving them a chance at your business. The sales professionals are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thanks to David, Josh, Eric, Ken and last but not least Chad the head honcho. I took my son to purchase a vehicle at thus dealer, since last march I purchased a new buick encore 2023 from them.. The vehicle my son bought was a good deal thanks to Sam and ken. However, the possibility of trading my encoré for a buick terrain came up. I had put a deposit 12k when I purchased it last year. Since then I have been making my payments diligently . When it cane down to finances, Whaley said my APR was going to increase, my payment where going to increase. Even with the trade in he wanted more $$$. After adding my initial payment and the monthly payments, I must have invested at least 15k in the encoré. Whaley was to appraised it and work from there. I was not made any offer for my trade in. I felt very insulted since he wanted me to get a new vehicle, with his terms and practically give my current vehicle for for free. Who in there right mine would give their vehicle away to get a new vehicle with higher terms & finances. By the that vehicle was overpriced. I checked at other dealers and it was a huge difference. Any questions, contact ,Sam, the sales man who worked with my son's purchased. read more

I brought my 2015 Buick Lacross to the dealership to have my transmission checked. I took off from work 2 days each time they said it was something else even though I told them the transmission fluid was low.. The mechanic not only didn't find the hole in the transmission hose, but said it was a water pump issue and that the transmission fluid was leaking due to being overfilled.... Brought out truck here to get a diagnosis for our check engine light and an oil change. Made an appointment online on their website for 9:00 am. When I got there I guess they didn't have it in their system. (Don't recommend making appointments online. Just call in) finally got check in. I had previously taken the truck to get a diagnosis, I told the attendant what we were told by our car mechanic and they didn't seem to take note of this. I was told I would beg an update in 2 hours. 3 hours later I still never heard from them so I check back with them and they still had no update. 3 hours after that I still never heard from them so I contact my husband to call them because i felt they respond more to a male. He finally gets an update. They end up changing a part (can't remember what it's called) but it was different from what our car mechanic said. a few days later the check engine light goes off I remind them again about what the car mechanic had said needed to be done and that we had just brought in the truck and they completely disregard me. Again, they are horrible in contacting me with any update so I have to call my husband again to call them for an update. Ends up turning out the original thing that was wrong is the same as what our car mechanic said was wrong and the first work we had done never needed to be done. I will never ever go back here. They don't know what they're doing AND they have horrible communication. read more
