    Many reviews here cite lack of transparency as a problem, and I can confirm that was aligned with my experience. I had requested to work with a woman salesperson and they initially told me that they did not employ any women salespeople (big yikes). Someone called me back and connected me with Onika, who was brought in from Chevvy to work with us. Onika was great, 5 stars. She was kind, informative, and really, she was the reason why we were open to negotiating. We test drove an Ioniq 5 and felt great negotiating with Onika. Despite asking to work with Onika, we were then presented with Brian who for some reason decided to insert himself into the sale, likely because Onika is from Chevvy. Brian had the audacity to laugh at me when I told him that I had an 830 credit score. He ran it, and it was higher than what I told him. When I addressed it, he said that he ~didn't think it could possibly be that high.~ I found his behavior both unfortunate and unsurprising. Of course the dealership that employs no women salespeople will laugh at at woman buyer who has nearly perfect credit, while at the same time, expecting our money. Of course. Brian also withheld that the lease was for 7,500 miles yearly, not the 10,000 that I was quoted in the deal I came in for. By the time I asked the question the deal had already been negotiated, they withheld that change from the original quote I was given from Harbor. I want to write this as a word of warning to those who are negotiating with this dealership: Be sure to push for the best deal possible, because not only will they withhold information from you, but they'll also demean you while doing it. I'm overall happy with the vehicle, but unhappy with their business practices. I encourage them to 1) increase transparency; 2) hire women salespeople so they can adequately sell to... 50% of the buying population.

    Brought in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for a diagnostics test as the engine light would go on and off, while also hear the engine making noises. I was welcomed by Jesus from the service department. I thought I was coming in for a simple check. Jesus came out and notified me I'd need a new engine in the car. Jesus assured me that from the problem the car was having that the warranty would cover the engine replacement. He ended up calling me and telling me the approval from Hyundai was good to replace the engine. The engine had 105k miles on it. Two weeks later I have my SUV back and with a brand new engine in it. The warranty covered everything. Jesus also provided a loaner car for my family. I can't tell you how much I and other families out there appreciate this kind of customer service. This is something that rarely exists anymore. I paid around 380 dollars for new hoses to be added with the new engine. It would've been detrimental to my family and I if I had to look at purchasing a new engine or looking for a new car. I had no bad experience here. And I can say Jesus is one of a kind when it comes to customer service. He looks out for the customer rather than trying to stick something to the customer. Just from this encounter, if I look at buying a vehicle again...I will come here first. Thanks again Harbor Hyundai, and thanks again Jesus.

When I arrived, however, I was told it would be at least another hour. Apparently, the text had been sent by an AI and not by an actual employee. Around 5:50 PM, I watched an employee pull my car out of the service garage. Instead of bringing it to the customer pickup area like every other vehicle, they drove it around the block and parked it in a customer lot on the far side of the dealership. At 5:55PM, as the service department was closing, they finally handed me my keys. I asked why my car had been left so far away when every other customer's vehicle had been brought directly to the pickup area. They insisted this was completely normal. When I reached my car, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. Unfortunately, the service department had already closed for the day. I returned the following morning to report the damage, but they immediately denied responsibility, insisted the crack must have happened somewhere else, and even implied that I was being dishonest. And they are offered to give me a quote price to replace then windshield they damaged. Total scumbags!! Friends and neighbors had told me to avoid Long Beach Honda for service because of its poor reputation. I wish I had listened before bringing my car there. Now

Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. I told him this was not my first time buying a car and expected him to ease up but he doubled down. He claimed that it was the store policy. After I left, they called back and apologized and said the general manager said that was not the policy and I could come and do the deal. I thought about it, but I think I'm going to pass. We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! However, after we signed for our used 2015 Audi Q3, things quickly went downhill--and now we're stuck dealing with a very problematic vehicle. From what I understand, it's the dealership's responsibility to keep a vehicle's registration current. Despite this, we ended up having to pay over two years' worth of late registration fees on top of our own registration costs because the dealership failed to keep it up to date. After signing, we were informed that the vehicle had been in a "moderate" accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced--something that should have been disclosed upfront. We were also told that Audi of Long Beach had repaired a malfunctioning backup camera. However, when I contacted Audi of Long Beach directly, they stated that West Coast Toyota declined to authorize a full safety inspection, despite us being told otherwise before signing. Audi only performed a visual inspection at no cost to the dealership. They even offered to provide service records, which confirmed they did not repair the backup camera--instead, they only fixed a latch. Within the first year of owning the vehicle, we ended up paying approximately $3,000 in repairs--many of which could have been identified if a proper safety inspection had been completed. To make matters worse, we never received follow-up calls from the service department or the GM, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Would I return to purchase another non-certified vehicle from this dealership? Absolutely not. If you're considering buying a used car from this location, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and having the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

She is super friendly and always smiling. I had bought a jeep from another employee just months before she started. The employee I bought from is no longer there. She had been kind to offer her help in the future if I need. Also, if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out the answer extremely quickly. I appreciate that. So thankful for the extra level of care! Very solid crew here from the parts department to sales department. They have made my experience more than just buying a jeep from them. Brought it in two weeks ago to have it serviced. The first call they made to me was that nothing was covered under our limited warranty. I had to call them back and tell them that we have a full extended warranty that they sold us. Second call made to me was that they found $5200 worth of "wear and tear" on a vehicle that they sold us allegedly "certified pre owned". The service associate that we were dealing with, David was great. Even he felt like that was an absurd amount and he reached out to Chrysler to try to get some sort of Goodwill payment covered for us. Now we go to pick up the vehicle. My husband walks in and asks to see the detailed report that was done by their text before they were able to mark the car as certified preowned. Unsurprisingly, we get a runaround. We get a vague report that looks more like a full service oil changed than an actual engine report. The sales manager was so cowardly, staring at the floor, while speaking to my husband that it was very obvious that he knew exactly how shady their business practices are. We pay an absurd amount and then we go to get in the car and low and behold! The check engine light is still on! After the sales manager insured my husband, his inspection guys don't miss anything at all, they performed the service and forgot to clear the codes. This place is an absolute joke. The only good thing they have going on about their entire establishment is their employee David Henry.

I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.

The entire time, there was ZERO, absolutely ZERO, pressure from him just to make a sale. He spend time answering all my questions, gave very detailed explanations, and even contacted corporate for me and looked into an issue related to my purchase. Contacted him on a Thursday about a car, went to test drive Friday, placed an order that day, and came home with the car exactly a week later. Of all the car buying experience and programs I have participated in, Russell is BY FAR, the most polite, honest, and sincere sales person my wife and I have ever interacted with.
