THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE…read more
We had our Jeep Grand Wagoneer towed to this dealership on August 9 after it broke down. We finally got it back on October 15. Over TWO MONTHS without our vehicle, filled with frustration, dishonesty, and one excuse after another.
I actually counted the number of times we were told our car would be ready "tomorrow" or "Monday." Twenty-three times. Twenty-three promises that our car would be ready, and twenty-three times they failed to deliver.
On top of that, we had to chase these people EVERY SINGLE DAY for updates. If we didn't stay on top of them, we heard absolutely nothing. They routinely ignored our calls, forcing us to communicate over text instead, and even then, responses could take hours or days. The communication was so nonexistent and the excuses so endless that my husband and I genuinely started wondering whether they even still had our car.
During this time, we informed them that we were having a baby they repeatedly promised us that our car would be ready by the time the baby arrived. We relied on those assurances when trying to plan for our growing family, only to be let down over and over again. Because they continually misled us about when we would get our vehicle back, we couldn't plan properly or make informed decisions about alternative transportation. We couldn't even arrange an appropriate rental car with any confidence because we kept being told our own car would be ready imminently. Had they been honest about how long this was actually going to take, we could have made other arrangements -- or, better yet, taken our business somewhere else from the very beginning.
Eventually, my husband told them he was coming to pick up the car, regardless of what condition it was in. Suddenly, for the next week and a half, we were repeatedly told the car was ready and that the ONLY thing holding it up was finding someone who could test-drive it.
When we were finally told the car was ready, my husband went to pick it up, only to discover that the person he had been dealing with had already left for the day. Thankfully, he was still able to retrieve the vehicle.
You would think that after over two months, 23 missed deadlines, and an exhausting amount of chasing and following up, the absolute bare minimum would be returning a functioning vehicle. Nope. They couldn't even manage that.
When we got home, we discovered two error messages on the dashboard, including a brake warning light that would not turn off. The car was still in an undrivable condition. After everything we had already been through, we were right back where we started.
We immediately sent a picture of the dashboard to Tony and Corey, the two employees we had been dealing with throughout most of this ordeal, to let them know that after two months of waiting, our car was STILL not drivable. Neither of them could even be bothered to respond. Not a single response. Not an acknowledgment. Nothing.
The communication issues were not limited to missed deadlines. At one point, we explicitly told Corey, the manager, that Tony had repeatedly lied to us and that we no longer wanted to work with him. Corey said he understood and promised that we would communicate exclusively with him going forward. Two days later, we were right back to chasing Tony for updates. Even a direct commitment from the manager meant nothing.
The complete lack of accountability, communication, and basic professionalism is astounding. We were without our vehicle for over two months, were promised 23 times that it would be ready when it wasn't, had to chase them daily for information, had our calls ignored, received responses hours or days later, and were repeatedly misled during a period when we were preparing for and welcoming a new baby. After all of that, they returned our vehicle with dashboard warnings and in an undrivable condition -- and then ignored us when we brought it to their attention.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. If you value your time, your money, your sanity, and your vehicle, avoid this dealership. I would never trust these people with our car again, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice. We would never have put ourselves through this experience had we known what we were getting into. I never write bad reviews but this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had
