    Can't say enough about the general manager Tim Soeung and the staff at LBBMW. Just picked up our 3rd car from here. I will continue to drive 60 miles out of my way to go where I'm valued and treated with respect, and where my time is respected. They have repeatedly shown me that they are more than just sales people. They value their customers and build relationships. I am forever loyal to LBBMW and they keep showing me they are loyal to my family. Thank you to Tim and the rest of the staff that helped us out. Truly appreciate it!

    Hands down the most transparent, Neighborhood feeling, smooth vehicle purchase experience. i was treated well, never like "just another deal". The experience felt more like a consultative approach...helping vs selling. No games, or gimmicks. The Sales Advisor - Adrian, actively listed to my wife and I, and helped us narrow down or choices based on need and price point. The Sales Manger Javier also made himself available and took the time to highlight some of Long Beach BMW's services. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Hands down the most straight forward purchase process in my history of purchasing new vehicles. If this is how LB BMW sets the bar, i'll be back for my next vehicle.     Had a great experience with my purchase here, second time I purchased a car here and I will come back again if there is another BMW in my future. Took a while to get the spec that I wanted, no fault to the dealer, was just stuck in between model years. Will, Alan and everyone else that I worked with kept me constantly updated on status of the car up to the day of delivery. The purchasing process was one of the quickest and smoothest I've been through, most everything was ready and they weren't overly pushy on any extended warranties available. Thanks again guys, love my car.

    We just recently purchased a M3 Competion and Kam was amazing! He was very kind professional and patient. We went in there not know what kind of car we wanted and his service was exceptional. Tony the sales manager was also great. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership were awesome. Not sure I agree, but I want a good shop that I can trust. So far, I have a bill of just under $2000. I truly hope the work is consistent with the price. Customer service is very fair. I would just say get pricing up front and make sure you know the prices from a dealer if going to get work on foreign cars. One acknowledgement is their desire to make sure I understood the charges and to follow through with showing me what they repaired. I appreciated the questions and the customer service. The price was still a little high but it was done and a warranty was included.

They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling.     I brought my vehicle here for many years for routine work mostly out of convenience. What followed…read morewas a long, expensive performance art piece about how many times the same job can be done incorrectly. Highlights: Rack and pinion replaced FOUR times. Not "adjusted." Not "revisited." Replaced. Four. Times. And somehow it still wasn't right. Still feels like I'm driving a haunted house, full of surprises. Alternator replacement done with the flair of a minimalist. As in: the car left with one belt installed on a dual-belt system. Someone decided "one belt is plenty!" it's a bold, eco-friendly statement. Experimental? Sure. Functional? Only if you're into spontaneous roadside adventures. And once I decided to replace the belts myself the tensioner was missing from the assembly. Every time I'd take it in for something routine it'd come out with an additional issue. It's like a subscription box, but for mechanical failures. Warranty work that exists mostly as a concept. Multiple issues that were supposedly covered had to be chased repeatedly, re-explained, and in some cases paid for again just to get the car back. If you enjoy learning the fine art of "following up" on work that was already warranted, you'll feel right at home. The real magic is that none of this was framed as uncertainty or troubleshooting. Each visit came with confidence. Confidence is doing a lot of work here. At a certain point you stop being frustrated and start being impressed. Four rack-and-pinion attempts suggests either: 1. a deep commitment to learning by repetition, or 2. a philosophical rejection of "fixing" as a concept. Either way, I now know more about my car than I ever wanted to, which is great, except I paid someone else to know those things. If you enjoy returning to the same shop repeatedly to fix the same problem while being told this time it's definitely sorted, you'll love it here. If you want your car repaired correctly the first time or even the second time, and have warranty work honored without a prolonged correspondence, I'd recommend literally anywhere else. Including YouTube, a flashlight, and a ratchet set.
