This is my second time getting a car at this location and it's been great each time. This time Andrew and mustafa were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got a good deal and left satisfied. Best dealership experience ever. Great people here! read more

I had an excellent experience with Audi of Long Beach from start to finish. I initially requested an e-price online and was pleasantly surprised when they called me almost immediately I had the pleasure of working with Alexa, who was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She would text back almost immediately every time I had a question and was even able to provide me with a full out-the-door (OTD) price via text. Since I was commuting from Ventura to Long Beach, this gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn't going to waste my time. She was clear, upfront pricing. Everything was very straightforward no hidden fees, no games, just transparency. When I arrived the next day, Alexa wasn't in, but Ruben stepped in seamlessly and was already fully up to speed on everything we had discussed. He was very helpful and made the process smooth. Chris, the sales manager, was also amazing, he personally called to confirm my appointment, was very friendly, and took the time to clearly explain the "optional contract" rules, especially since my bank hadn't been very helpful with the timeline and this was my first time purchasing a car. I ended up purchasing my car, and Arman in the finance department made that part of the process just as easy. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I even came back two days later to drop off my check, and everyone was still just as friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free car buying experiences I've had. I truly appreciated the professionalism and great customer service from the entire team. read more

I honestly don't even know where to begin other than saying thank you from the bottom of my heart to Andrew, Mustafa, and Robert at Audi Long Beach Fletcher Jones. I came in dealing with a really stressful situation. I was in a car that I no longer felt safe in, and getting out of it and into something reliable felt overwhelming. From the moment I met Andrew, Mustafa, and Robert, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine understanding. They never made me feel like I was just another customer or another sale. They went above and beyond to help me get out of an unsafe vehicle and into a new car that I can finally feel comfortable and confident driving. They worked with me, answered all of my questions, and made an experience that could have been incredibly stressful feel so much easier. I'm genuinely grateful for the time, effort, and compassion they showed me throughout the entire process. Sometimes you meet people who simply do their job, and then there are people who truly make a difference when you need it most. Andrew, Mustafa, and Robert were those people for me. Thank you all so much for helping me get into a safe, reliable car and for making me feel taken care of every step of the way. I'll never forget the way you guys went out of your way to help me. If you're looking for a dealership where people actually care about their customers, I highly recommend Audi Long Beach Fletcher Jones You guys are truly appreciated! read more

I had a disappointing experience with the service department today. I had a 10:30 appointment and explained to my service advisor, Vince, what I needed. He told me nothing could be done today because diagnostics aren't performed on Saturdays. That part I understand. What bothered me was what happened next. I asked if I should just make another appointment and come back, and he said yes. He never offered to reschedule me while I was standing there, never apologized for the inconvenience, and let me walk out the door without making any effort to help. A simple, "Sorry we can't take care of this today. Let's get you set up for next week and make sure we get this handled," would have completely changed the experience. I've owned this Audi for two days and specifically wanted to establish a relationship with a local dealer for service going forward. Unfortunately, this first interaction made it pretty clear that customer service wasn't much of a priority. I'm disappointed, but I'm also glad I learned that early so I don't waste more time trying to build a relationship here. read more

This was my second time trading in and purchasing from this dealer, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. The first time I traded my 2011 S4 for a 2016 S7. This time, I traded my 2016 S7 for a 2026 RS3. The new location is amazing and the facilities are top-tier, easily on par with Mercedes down the street. My salesman Bilal was outstanding. NGL, I've bought over 10 cars in my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. He made the deal happen smoothly and stress-free, no hair lost in the process. That's rare. Victor was also a huge help during the test drive. He knew every feature and spec inside and out, which you don't see too often these days. It really showed their professionalism and passion. I'll definitely be back in 4 years for my next ride. Thanks, Audi LBC. read more

I really can't think of how my Audi purchase could have gone much better. Michelle, my sales person has a genius for putting you at ease and feeling positive about your purchase. She's knowledgeable, bright and thoughtful. She has a sign on her desk that says, "Life is short...buy the car". Yeah, pretty much. Brian, the manager is a cool guy and though I pushed a bit on pricing and extras, he was fair and generous but also gently firm with what he couldn't do. Mustafa does the paperwork and made the process of signing millions of documents kinda ....nice. Michelle's assistant, whose name escapes me, is very kind too. All in all, they have something special going on at that dealership. Price and superlative customer care wins the day. read more

I had a great experience with Eduardo Nunez at Audi Long Beach. I took my Audi Q5 in for its annual oil maintenance, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and he even arranged an Uber for me so I didn't have to wait around. They also completed a full inspection and even washed my car, which was a great bonus and really appreciated. Eduardo was very professional and took the time to clearly explain everything without being pushy about additional services, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel honest and stress free. I'll definitely be coming back for future service and possibly even upgrading to a new Audi soon. Highly recommend asking for Eduardo if you're visiting Audi Long Beach. read more

Fantastic experience! Mustafa and his team were very efficient in not wasting my time while providing excellent customer service. On Saturday, August 1st, we negotiated a vehicle and contract in less than two hours. That's a record for me when purchasing a vehicle. A few days later I called inquiring their policy to cancel GAP, Mustafa was not in but one of his colleges was very helpful explaining policy. I am forever thankful. read more

I purchased a used 2024 BMW 228i xDrive over the weekend, and I couldn't be happier. The car was in great condition, had low miles, and was undeniably reasonably priced. I had been researching online and there were 2022 models with much higher mileage that were listed for more. Michelle Rosa was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was professional and thorough, her energy was great, and she even put a bow on the car for photos! 10/10 would recommend buying your next car at Audi Long Beach. We had the BEST experience here and would highly recommend coming here for your next new or used car purchase! We've bought our fair share of vehicles and it's always a dread walking into a dealership knowing that you'll have to deal with the haggling and hours of paperwork to finally take a car home. It is always a full day commitment which is what I expected this time too. Boy, was I wrong! We walked in and were greeted by friendly faces who helped us right away. We took the car for a test drive, our salesman Victor was extremely knowledgeable about the car (which was not an Audi by the way) and provided a ton of helpful facts. He was super patient with us too considering we took a few wrong turns. Got back to the dealership and talked prices with no haggling and sleezy salesman pitches. It was as straightforward as anyone could hope for!! He had great manners and was attentive to us throughout the whole process. The dealership facility itself was nice and convenient. Brian Champagne (the Sales GM) walked around greeting people, which is absolutely unheard of. Usually the GMs are hiding from everyone! We were in and out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. If I have to buy another car again I will be check to see what this dealership has in stock first! read more

I recently leased an Audi Q5 from Audi Long Beach, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. A huge thank you to Brian Champagne, Ron Narayan, Chris Bland, and my sales consultant, Joanna Valenzuela, for making the process so smooth and enjoyable. Not only did they provide me with a fantastic lease deal, but they also took the time to understand my budget and helped me get into a beautiful vehicle that fit exactly what I was looking for. What truly sets Audi Long Beach apart is their commitment to customer service after the sale. About a month after taking delivery, I received my license plates and stopped by the dealership. Without hesitation, they provided OEM license plate screws that fit perfectly and eliminated the rattling I had been hearing from the plate frame. Shortly thereafter, I noticed what I believed might be paint damage on the vehicle. Rather than dismissing my concerns, the team remained calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They brought the vehicle into the service bay, had their detail team inspect it, and ultimately polished out the blemish completely, free of charge. The paint was perfectly fine, and they handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. It's easy to find a dealership that can sell you a car. It's much harder to find one that continues to treat you like a valued customer after you've signed the paperwork. Audi Long Beach has done exactly that. I leased my Q5 just a month ago, and I can already say that I look forward to returning in 36 months when my lease is up to get my next Audi. I cannot recommend Audi Long Beach highly enough. If you're in the market for an Audi, give them a chance--they will work with your budget, treat you with respect, and help you find the perfect vehicle. Five stars all around. read more

My sales consultant, Victor Shaptun was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in (A5). He was also very patient. He helped me find the perfect car. Then he and his manager Chris helped me find the best financing option. When they handed me off to Finance, Aram Moss was easy to work with. No pressure for extras, and he answered all the of the questions I had and a few I didn't think to ask. Rey professional and patient. I had to read ALL of the fine print before signing anything. read more

Audi Long Beach - Car Dealers Near Me - Signal Hill, California

Be very cautious buying a used car from Fletcher Jones. I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Audi Long Beach and within the same month it developed a serious engine oil consumption defect--a problem the manufacturer is well aware of. The GM refused to repair it and instead offered a lower value trade where I would have to pay the difference, plus new taxes, title, and registration, with no credit for the thousands I already spent proving the issue. Worst of all, the GM admitted they would just send the car to auction, knowingly passing the problem on to someone else. That is dishonest and unethical. Add in the binding arbitration agreement they make you sign, and buyers have little recourse. Fletcher Jones is not a name you can trust when it comes to used cars. read more

What a fantastic experience! I was looking for a used car that was a newer model, so I came in to try an Audi Q5 that was in the lot. Alex Moya, one of Long Beach's Audi's newest team members, was quick to assist me with everything I was looking for. I can't be happier with my purchase and the level of service I was met with at this Audi dealership. Mustafa, an experienced financial manager, made the usual grueling process of the paperwork behind buying a car a breeze. I felt very comfortable in the presence of these professionals and proud to be part of the Audi family now. This dealership has an awesome selection of cars and honest, hard working pros stationed there. Go ahead and scope out your new ride on their website. read more

My daughter purchased a 2023 Range Rover with 14,353 miles from Fletcher Jones Audi Long Beach. From day one, the brakes shook. She recently had it inspected at Range Rover Newport Beach (at only 18,000 miles--she's only driven about 3,500 miles), and the technician confirmed the rotors are warped. That is a serious safety defect. I contacted Audi long Beach Fletcher Jones and asked for the inspection report they supposedly performed before selling the car. The sales manager, Mr. Dwight, checked with the GM and came back saying they would not provide it. Even in writing, their email confirmed: "we cannot send the inspection report." Instead, they offered only to "discuss it" if we came in. That's evasive. What are they hiding? Under California Vehicle Code §24007(a)(1), it is illegal for a dealer to sell a used vehicle that is not in compliance with safety standards. Brakes and rotors fall under Division 12 equipment requirements, which require that all safety equipment be in proper working condition at the time of sale. Selling a car with warped rotors is not just bad business--it's a violation of consumer protection laws. Fletcher Jones positions itself as a premium dealer with higher prices for "peace of mind." Instead, they sold an unsafe vehicle and then refused transparency when confronted. That is unacceptable, unsafe, and in violation of California law. If you value your safety and honesty from a dealership, avoid Audi Long Beach Fletcher Jones. read more

Just had the worst experience at Audi in Long Beach. I dropped my car off at 9:45 AM and was unable to get in touch with my advisor all day and was not compensated in anyway for the lack of professional and communication for the repairs that were needed. Was very disappointed with the ghosting I experienced today. read more

Bait and switch? I don't trust the prices they advertise. They advertised a car at a great price but after spending 45 minutes driving up I get a phone call saying "they got the wrong trim level" which sounded like BS because it was already a low trim level and that car at any trim level would go for more than what they advertised. They said they will not honor the advertised price and they have a disclaimer on the website that they don't guarantee prices and they can switch them whenever they want. It's a joke. I hope the BBB and federal consumer protection does something about this practice. If they change prices on you I don't recommend buying anything because you would be fueling these unsavory business practices. read more
