    This was my second time trading in and purchasing from this dealer, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. The first time I traded my 2011 S4 for a 2016 S7. This time, I traded my 2016 S7 for a 2026 RS3. The new location is amazing and the facilities are top-tier, easily on par with Mercedes down the street. My salesman Bilal was outstanding. NGL, I've bought over 10 cars in my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. He made the deal happen smoothly and stress-free, no hair lost in the process. That's rare. Victor was also a huge help during the test drive. He knew every feature and spec inside and out, which you don't see too often these days. It really showed their professionalism and passion.     I purchased a used 2024 BMW 228i xDrive over the weekend, and I couldn't be happier. The car was in great condition, had low miles, and was undeniably reasonably priced. I had been researching online and there were 2022 models with much higher mileage that were listed for more. Michelle Rosa was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was professional and thorough, her energy was great, and she even put a bow on the car for photos! 10/10 would recommend buying your next car at Audi Long Beach. Thank you Michelle and team!

    Be very cautious buying a used car from Fletcher Jones. I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Audi Long Beach and within the same month it developed a serious engine oil consumption defect--a problem the manufacturer is well aware of. The GM refused to repair it and instead offered a lower value trade where I would have to pay the difference, plus new taxes, title, and registration, with no credit for the thousands I already spent proving the issue. Worst of all, the GM admitted they would just send the car to auction, knowingly passing the problem on to someone else. That is dishonest and unethical. Add in the binding arbitration agreement they make you sign, and buyers have little recourse. Fletcher Jones is not a name you can trust when it comes to used cars.

    My daughter purchased a 2023 Range Rover with 14,353 miles from Fletcher Jones Audi Long Beach. From day one, the brakes shook. She recently had it inspected at Range Rover Newport Beach (at only 18,000 miles--she's only driven about 3,500 miles), and the technician confirmed the rotors are warped. That is a serious safety defect. I contacted Audi long Beach Fletcher Jones and asked for the inspection report they supposedly performed before selling the car. The sales manager, Mr. Dwight, checked with the GM and came back saying they would not provide it. Even in writing, their email confirmed: "we cannot send the inspection report." Instead, they offered only to "discuss it" if we came in. That's evasive. What are they hiding? Under California Vehicle Code §24007(a)(1), it is illegal for a dealer to sell a used vehicle that is not in compliance with safety standards. Brakes and rotors fall under Division 12 equipment requirements, which require that all safety equipment be in proper working condition at the time of sale. Selling a car with warped rotors is not just bad business--it's a violation of consumer protection laws. Fletcher Jones positions itself as a premium dealer with higher prices for "peace of mind." Instead, they sold an unsafe vehicle and then refused transparency when confronted. That is unacceptable, unsafe, and in violation of California law. If you value your safety and honesty from a dealership, avoid Audi Long Beach Fletcher Jones.

    I wanna give a huge shoutout to service advisor Juan Ibarra for assisting with my Audi a3 getting service done for an oil leak and as well updating me on the status of vehicle repairs and sending me out in a uber when i drop off the vehicle as when picking up the car I recommend asking him for your Audi service needs, I also love how they washed my car looks super shiny Update: Since Saturday lalo has been my service advisor and has been so much help assisting me in recent car problems I had No wonder he's the service manager because he does an excellent job also he keep me in the loop on what's going on my vehicle I only take my Audi to F.J because they provide the top notch service and finally they still wash your car before handling over your keys

    So today I had a misfire in one of my cylinders number five. So I drove from Huntington Beach to Long Beach to pick up a new coil pack from the dealer full price from the dealer. I limped my SUV over there paid for the part online picked it up and left when I got home to take pictures of the part to show my GF that I'll be fixing my SUV in excitement. I noticed they were dirty and on further inspection looked quite used. There was dust all over the black part of the boot, and there was grease on the sides of the top as well as marks where the plug was indicating that it was plugged in. The dust alone indicated to me that it was obviously not in a box sealed because how would dusk get on it? How would grease get on it? This is a clearly used part after getting home and barely making it to the dealer wasting gas and time I called them and talked to the Parts manager. He kind of didn't believe me that it was used, which I'm sure people try to scam them all the time, but I insisted and asked him if he could have a delivery driver today or tomorrow exchange it for me so that I don't have to go all the way back because they wasted my time sewing me a used part. He said no they don't do that and basically said it's tough. SHI and I needed to bring the part back on my own dime and time. Which is absolutely unacceptable from an Audi dealership of all places. So I went back in and even brought my SQ5 so if anyone question that I tried to switch the part, I could show them all my other coils which are quite old to prove that I didn't swap one of my used coils with one of their new ones. When I came in, I talked to the, general manager, Addi Mimi who took me into his office, was very polite to me, took the part over to the parts department came back with the box that they came in. He made it sound like he was going to be doing me a huge solid and to leave them good reviews for simply exchanging the part, which is the very least of what I would expect no discount no hat no I'm sorry nothing he just explained that they all look like that. Proceeded to show me all the other ones, which all looked sparkling brand new so that's it. He just exchanged it wasted my gas and my time driving back-and-forth twice. Here are the pictures attached below. The first set of pictures is of the first part that I got and the second set of pictures is the new one that they exchanged me for there's a pretty obvious difference a brand new part doesn't get grease and wear on it and dust like that so unfortunately, I cannot endorse this company and I will never buy parts from them or a car from them ever again if this is how they handle business.

When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling.     I had been here once before and had a great experience, so when my car's AT light went on…read moreunexpectedly one night I called them first thing the next morning to see if they could get it in. They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.
