    2024 Cadillac XT5

    We've had our Cadillac for two weeks now and we love it! We purchased a 2024 XT5, and it's amazing! Even more amazing than the car, is the personnel at Boulevard Cadillac. Our salesman Alex was very friendly and professional when we were looking at the cars. Tom the manager, keeps the place running on all cylinders (no pun intended) and the atmosphere pleasant. Paul the financial professional, is just that. A professional, and nice guy too! We consider them all friends now! The people in the service department are also great! Michelle, who coordinates the appointments is a delight to talk with on the phone. We are very happy with our car and with everyone at this dealership.

    Amazing inventory! We knew what we wanted but inventory has been tough. My husband and I went to two different dealerships before heading to visit our Salesman Fernando. They assisted and gave us a great deal. Alfred took the best care of us! We purchased the extended warranty that Alfred Diaz recommended and us signing paperwork was actually a pleasure. Great conversations, stories and laughter. Honestly, Alfred should be a salesman. Great customer service from him and I would like to thank them both for their service!

    Went in looking to get into a new car and got help from David Howe he was very helpful and made the entire process super simple and easy. Would highly recommend asking for David if you are looking to have a good experience at a dealership.

    I would do a no star or negative star if I could. Boulevard Cadillac used to be good. Now, I just had transmission fluid flush service done and Boulevard Cadillac said that I DIDN'T need a transmission fluid flush but I needed a new transmission for over $6,000+. I asked them to do the transmission fluid flush service, they said they did and they charged me $400+ with the diagnostic charge. I got a second opinion from another shop and all I needed was the transmission fluid flush service. I had the transmission fluid flush service done where I got the second opinion from and my transmission worked perfectly fine after. No need for a new transmission. Only a $300+ flush. This needs to be known about Boulevard Cadillac.

    Extremely pleased with the level of service provided by the sales team - Aldo and Paul! I had a ton of questions and they were very patient and understanding. Negotiation and signing process was seamless. Highly recommend Boulevard!

It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling.     I had been here once before and had a great experience, so when my car's AT light went on…read moreunexpectedly one night I called them first thing the next morning to see if they could get it in. They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.
