I bought my Cayenne from Circle Porsche Long Beach back in 2022 and didn't have a great experience. Now it's owned by Fletcher Jones and called Porsche Long Beach, and the difference is huge. The new showroom looks great, most of the staff has changed, and everything feels much more professional. I also checked out South Bay Porsche because a friend recommended it, but the salespeople there felt kind of weird and not very polite. They didn't really pay attention to me. This time I worked with Maxwell Brown at Porsche Long Beach, and he was awesome -- super nice, easy to talk to, and very reliable. After about a week, I bought a 2026 Cayenne and I'm really happy with it. He also helped me get a great price, way better than South Bay Porsche. Overall, great experience. I purchased a CPO Taycan from them in August, and paid $3,800 for an extra year's warranty (CPO +1). I was assured at the time that this was refundable if I chose not to keep the car and requested a refund before the warranty period started. I decided to trade the car to another dealership on a different unit (just a few weeks later), and promptly requested the refund of the $3,800. I have had great difficulty getting anyone at the dealership to respond, and when I do I've gotten only excuses for why the refund has not been made. Mostly my phone calls and emails have gone un responded to. I have had to escalate this issue to Porsche Cars NA for resolution. I would advise buyers to beware of any promises made during the sales process as this dealership seems uninterested in providing service after the sale and had not kept its promise to me. read more
