    Where do I start? I can't speak highly enough about the team at Cabe Toyota. I heard through word of mouth that General Manager JP was amazing and decided to see for myself when my 2010 Nissan Versa finally croaked. JP was amazing! Hooked me up with Jose Carranza in sales and then Dwayne Porter in finance. JP knew exactly the car I needed, was patient with me (I'm notoriously indecisive), listened to me, and when I made up my mind, I knew I made the right decision. I felt comfortable and supported the whole time and am so grateful that I chose Cabe Toyota to purchase my Certified 2025 Toyota Camry

    This was hands down the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had! Tara is AMAZING!!! We were hunting around for the elusive Toyota Sienna Hybrid AWD. Currently they are all being pre-purchased, so we worked with Tara to find a vehicle which had the trim and extras we needed. She had a car coming soon, so we put our deposit down. The car came within the expected window and it was perfect. But the best part came after seeing the car. We arrive at 9:30, and least by 10:30. The car was washed and ready to go. We answered a few questions and had a cashier's check ready and then Tara spent the next 20 minutes introducing us to the new car. Learned the computer functions and all the necessary extra features. There was no pressure to buy other dealer add ons, or any extra service packages. It's a family owned business and it was so refreshing to have this easy, fast, stress free expereince! Thank you Tara!

    Felishea has always been very helpful. Love her customer service, she makes you feel part of Cabe family. We've purchased 3 cars from this dealership and of course, we continue to come back. My daughter just purchased her first car; as a first timer, things can get stressful but Felishea made the process so easy for her. Once she got her car Felishea made the experience special by adding a bow to the car for pictures. We highly recommend Cabe Toyota. Felishea makes the process easy and stress free, so look for her .

    Customer service was great and everything went smoothly. I was able to purchase a RAV4 Hybrid yesterday with ease. Evan M. did a great job answering my questions, and was always transparent with fees and expectations. I really wanted the cavalry blue, and he told me from the get go that it was high in demand and I would have to wait. I was on a waitlist and I was able to get the exact car I wanted in 2.5 months. If you're looking for a Toyota, and would like to go to a dealership that is honest and doesn't have any weird sales tactics (or pressure), Cabe Toyota is the way to go. My experience was positive. I would recommend you to see Evan M for sales as he was great at explaining the different highlights of the car and never gave me any pressure (which I appreciated).

When I arrived, however, I was told it would be at least another hour. Apparently, the text had been sent by an AI and not by an actual employee. Around 5:50 PM, I watched an employee pull my car out of the service garage. Instead of bringing it to the customer pickup area like every other vehicle, they drove it around the block and parked it in a customer lot on the far side of the dealership. At 5:55PM, as the service department was closing, they finally handed me my keys. I asked why my car had been left so far away when every other customer's vehicle had been brought directly to the pickup area. They insisted this was completely normal. When I reached my car, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. Unfortunately, the service department had already closed for the day. I returned the following morning to report the damage, but they immediately denied responsibility, insisted the crack must have happened somewhere else, and even implied that I was being dishonest. And they are offered to give me a quote price to replace then windshield they damaged. Total scumbags!! Friends and neighbors had told me to avoid Long Beach Honda for service because of its poor reputation. I wish I had listened before bringing my car there. Now

But, I was treated well and did not feel pressured. I give particular high marks to my salesperson, Robert, who reached out to me via phone and text without any pressuring. On the day I test drove the Outback, Robert was very knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful in answering my questions on this model. As this is my 4th Subaru spanning four decades, I really appreciated Robert not simply reciting talking points but rather being insightful enough to understand my particular questions on this particular model and tried to make my time at Timmons Subaru as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, he invited me and my wife to come down and test drive a similar model before placing the order to confirm the trim and options we want. The entire time, there was ZERO, absolutely ZERO, pressure from him just to make a sale. He spend time answering all my questions, gave very detailed explanations, and even contacted corporate for me and looked into an issue related to my purchase. Contacted him on a Thursday about a car, went to test drive Friday, placed an order that day, and came home with the car exactly a week later. Of all the car buying experience and programs I have participated in, Russell is BY FAR, the most polite, honest, and sincere sales person my wife and I have ever interacted with. Seriously, ask for this man if you are thinking about buying. You are not going to regret it. It is an honorable mention that his son, Rusty, also works at the dealership and he helped me order the Crosstrek I bought my parents back in 2022. Another top notch sales person. This dealership is very fortunate to have this father/son team.

I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.

They will look you in the eye, promise you a price to get you through the door, and then try to slide extra fees past you at the finish line. The bad: I came in with a pre approval from Navy Federal. I was clear from the beginning that I was not going to finance with them. Javier the "sales manager" told me he needed to run my credit. I said absolutely not, I am going to use my financing. He lied to my face. He said no, we always have to run credit because it's not cash. I told him this was not my first time buying a car and expected him to ease up but he doubled down. He claimed that it was the store policy. After I left, they called back and apologized and said the general manager said that was not the policy and I could come and do the deal. I thought about it, but I think I'm going to pass. If you must come here, I would advise to ask for anyone but Javier. Wasted 3 hours that I'll never get back driving there and back and another hour and a half at the dealership.
