I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the service department has always been good. Do not take your car in here for collision. The customer service is atrocious. I got rear ended, thought the damage was significant but not enough to take a long time for repair. I took it to Cabe Toyota thinking it would be fast because they would have easy access to the parts...I was wrong. They told my insurance it would be done by 4/28/25, and then when it wasn't complete, they did not contact my insurance or myself. My insurance stopped the rental coverage the date that was given to them and I had to pay the rest out of pocket. I never received any updates, they do not answer the phone, did not respond to emails, and did not return calls. I would call once a week looking for updates, sometimes I would get lucky and get an answer, most weeks I did not get a response. They were very responsive at the beginning when they needed help getting the money from my insurance, after the check was received, no more calls. I also believe they did not work on my car for 2 weeks after receiving payment, the reason I believe this is my car notifies me when someone is in it. Toward the end of week 5 I called for an update and they said they would get back to me, I started seeing activity on my car after that call and they told me it wouldn't be ready. six and a half weeks they had my car before I got it back and the excuse was, "there was more damage than they expected," but the did not request more money from my insurance so clearly a bs excuse. When I finally got my car back I checked it out the next day and there were deep marks in one of the doors and it looks like they painted over some marks left by a sticker. The truck was brand new with the exception of the bumper that they replaced, the same bumper with the sticker scuff marks that wouldn't come out with a simple wipe of a cloth. Gabriel said "I checked it myself when it left, and why didn't you bring it up when you picked it up?" Gabriel wasn't there when I picked it up and it wasn't sunny outside so you couldn't see the marks unless you looked closely. The customer service was awful. I recommend if you get in an accident and need body repairs, take it to a reputable repair shop like Caliber Collision. I get the feeling Cabe Toyota isn't interested in fixing issues but getting as many quotes and cars in as possible. read more

Mike Zimmerman took one look at the car, popped the hood, told me to get the right bulb in the dealership retail store - replaced it for me in less than 5 minutes.
