She was kind, patient, answered questions and treated me with respect- unlike her colleagues who literally didn't even have a professional salutation at our initial meeting in the office. I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle after reserving it online. Prior to my visit, I had been communicating with a salesperson named Raymond for several days. At no point did he disclose that the vehicle would not be available when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, I was immediately asked how much the car was worth. I found this to be an odd question since I was not selling a vehicle. I later realized this inquiry appeared to be related to attempts to increase the sale price beyond what had been advertised online. This discrepancy between the advertised price and the price presented at the dealership raises serious concerns regarding compliance with California consumer protection laws and regulations governing vehicle advertising and pricing. Consumers have the right to rely on advertised prices when deciding whether to travel to a dealership, and changing the price after the customer arrives can be considered a deceptive sales practice if not properly disclosed. I incurred the time, expense, and inconvenience of traveling to the dealership based on the advertised price, only to discover that the terms presented in person did not match what had been represented online. Had the actual selling price or required additional charges been accurately disclosed before my visit, I could have made an informed purchasing decision. I request that this matter be investigated to determine whether the dealership's advertising and sales practices comply with applicable California laws and regulations governing vehicle advertising, pricing transparency, and unfair or deceptive business practices. Throughout the transaction, communication was extremely poor. Raymond rarely returned phone calls or text messages. I had sent him several specific questions regarding the vehicle before arriving, yet I received little to no response. We had agreed before my arrival that the vehicle would be fully fueled and fully charged. Instead, when I took delivery, the gas tank was only one-quarter full, and the battery was completely discharged. This demonstrated a lack of preparation and respect for my time. I expressed my concerns related to this conduct by Yossef and he flat out told me that his conduct was legal and that his actions were consistent with your companies business standards. Raymond essentially ceased communicating with me during the sales process. He did not return calls, failed to respond to text messages, and only became engaged again when it was time to screw the temporary paper license plate onto the vehicle. After the purchase, I requested updates regarding: The status of pending repairs. Confirmation that the vehicle would be fully fueled and charged. An update regarding the condition of the tires. Written documentation confirming that the charging system was functioning properly since the vehicle had not been charged as promised. The overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and fell well below the standard of customer service I expected. The lack of communication, failure to honor commitments made before delivery, and poor preparation created unnecessary inconvenience and significantly diminished what should have been a positive vehicle purchase. I believe prospective customers deserve transparent communication, honest advertising, and a dealership that honors the commitments it makes before a sale. read more

I rarely write negative reviews, especially because I had such a great experience with Carson Nissan the first time around. I purchased my 2020 Nissan Rogue here and absolutely loved it. The buying process was smooth, the customer service was excellent, and I had zero issues with the vehicle. I kept that car for 5 years up until I traded it in December 2025. That positive experience is exactly why I came back to purchase a brand-new 2026 Nissan Rogue. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. The problems started almost immediately. The paperwork and vehicle transfer were not handled properly, which resulted in me receiving tickets that I shouldn't have. On top of that, Nissan kept both my old and new vehicle accounts open for several months because my previous account was never closed out correctly. The vehicle itself has also been incredibly disappointing. In less than six months of ownership and with fewer than 10,000 miles on the car, I've had to come in for three separate tire replacements. My muffler also fell off and had to be replaced, this is something you would never expect on a brand-new vehicle. The most frustrating experience involved my most recent tire replacement. I scheduled an appointment after being told the tire had been ordered. I arrived for my appointment, waited over an hour, only to be told they had given my tire to another customer the day before. They had to order yet another tire and asked me to come back two days later once it arrived. This was after multiple appointments just to get a single tire replaced. At this point, I'm honestly considering getting rid of this car altogether and purchasing a different vehicle just to move on from this experience. I purchased my car here and have been taking my Nissan to get serviced here ever since. I took my car in for an oil change and received a report noting all the fluids were fine. A month later, my brake fluid is completely dry and I had to bleed the fluid lines. My coolant was also very low. They obviously didn't check any fluids and passed it off as fine. I called and Alberto was extremely unprofessional. I told him the report he provided showed my fluid levels were fine when they weren't. He didn't offer to take a look at the car. He just said they would do nothing about that. He actually told my dad on the line that we were trying to pull a fast one on him and get services for free. I didn't ask for new brakes at all. I just wanted to advise that they provided false information that is now costing me. When I asked to be transferred to a manager, the call was dropped. read more

I went out for a test drive with the radio on. I have never test drive a vehicle with the radio on. If I knew it rattles when accelerating, I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. I brought this car back the next day asking why does the vehicle rattle when accelerating. Nobody couldn't answer that or "pretended" not to hear it. They advised me to make an appt with the service dept. I made an appt with the service dept within a week. I assume they already knew of the issue. The tech response was couldn't replicate. WHATTTTTTT that rattling noise is loud. Each time I brought it to the service dept they said they couldn't replicate the noise but would say it's coming from an engine component. The car stalls when changing from drive to reverse. The panel has glitches. It hasn't made a year yet and I've brought this car to the dealership sooooo many times. This vehicle has cause sooooooo much stressssssss. I'm not going to go into details about other experiences but don't waste your money dealing with Nissan. Runnnnnnnnnn fyi I even been through Nissan Consumers Affairs(BIG joke). They don't deserve 1 star. read more

Now, Dec. of 2025, five years later, and many, many toll road fee notices (with me having to provide numerous proofs of my trade-in to various toll road agencies), my Feb. 2020 trade in to Carson Nissan is now impounded. I called the Sheriff and then the tow yard that was noted on the Sheriff's impound notice. In the past 5 years I had submitted a release of liability 3 times to the DMV, so I was told to ignore the impound notice and they would be selling the car I traded in at an auction. We honored that second of all the reason why I know the bathrooms and the stairs are disgusting is because you're downstairs bathroom had toilet paper with shit all over it and I had to walk upstairs and touch the railing and it was disgusting third I was trying to buy a used Toyota 4 runner and the sales guy came up to me when I walked through the door and said let me get someone who knows more about Toyota as I waited 25 minutes where I proceeded to walk into the finance department where I met the sister of Tom cause I know you're not an owner Tom and another silent partner named David are and she proceeded to tell me I needed to wait in the lobby and then two other guys came in the finance office and they were speaking their native tongue and fourth if you would like to meet, I can come to the dealership and we could talk in person instead of sending these messages back-and-forth because you being a so-called business owner, that's not how you talk to a customer you were rude and condescending making it sound like I wasn't even there but it's OK. I went to Toyota next-door and bought a brand new 4 runner and I told all my friends not to come there. I know you guys just bought the dealership from Lithia. You won't last long. So we saw this used car online, liked the price, and scheduled an appointment for Saturday (it was Monday when I scheduled the appt). I get a text from Jose saying that they had the care and were ready to show it to me on my appt date. I go in on Tuesday because I happened to have the day off and they tell me that the car wasn't there and that it got sold. Then why schedule an appt??? They werent even gonna tell me that it wasnt there! Then they brush it off like nothing and end up selling me a different car for 4k more than the actual car I wanted!? I used their online trade in function to see how much I could get for my used car and it said 4k, once I get there and am ready to trade they lowball me to 3k?! Then it took literally HOURS to get everything ready. If I hadnt stood up and looked noticeably irritated then I'd probably still be there! Itzel was the only one who busted her ass to help! The 2 stars are because of her! Then the finance guy kept coughing like we werent in a small office close to each other! I mean I get it but damn, be mindful! On 12-21-2025 I Called and asked if they were able to replace a lightbulb in my tail light, lady said yes so I made an appointment. Next day on 12-22-2025 on my appointment I get checked in by some lady I forgot her name she asked why I was there I told her for my light bulb replacement. Mind you at this time she looked at my car the year and model not once did she say anything about this newer model doesn't run on lightbulbs but LED sensors. Anyways they take my car then 2 hours later she says that they can't replace the bulb in the tail light that I would have to replace the whole tail light, I was so mad and asked why didn't she say that the first time why make me wait 2 hours, then she first says it would be 2k so I freaked out and said what ! For a tail light?!! Then she checks and says oh nevermind it's $795 .
