How are yall gonna list a car for 19k and then upsell it to 28k with 14% APR/ almost 500 dollars a month to pay it off?? Then they brought it down to 480 a month. Which btw I was going to go through my own bank to finance this car but the conversations went in a circle. With that price I could buy a new car, not a used car. The guy who tried selling the car to me was nice don't get me wrong, cool guy. But this is absolutely insanity. Most folks can't afford such a steep monthly payment in this economy. This place ain't truthful, go look elsewhere read more

Never again coming to this dealership they do not care about your time. They only care on getting you to their dealership. Zury chat me if I'm interested with used vehicles and I said I want to see the Honda accord, Honda Civic and Subaru. When we arrived there yesterday the 25th of June Ethan said that the cars we mentioned were at mission hills and Zury was off. This was waste of our time and this dealership only cares on getting you at their dealership. read more

The salesman was new and very nice. They were advertising a 2015 Kia Soul for $7995. Test drove it said I would pay cash but then they wanted $12500 for it. What???!!! Their answer was I needed to.pay for the paint protection. It had scratches on.one side and was 10 years old. No thank you. These add-ons should be illegal. We walked. Found a vehicle at another dealer who did not charge extra for the paint that was already on the car. Smh. read more

Looking to make to an EV, so I sent a few quote requests out via the Nissan website. Cason Nissan, was professional when they reached out to me and not like vultures like some of the other dealers. They asked if I can come in to pre - contract a car they expected to arrive in a week or two. We agreed on a time a date. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from the sales person about 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time just to confirm I was on my way. I told him I was in transit. Arrived, parked & let the person at the lobby know I had an appointment with Irvin. He was notified and came out to meet me. There was no test drive or the traditional kicking of tires as the car has not arrived yet. We made several attempts at meeting our numbers, but it wasn't in the stars. While I wasn't to get the car - Irvin was 100% professional and helpful throughout the process. If they get more inventory - I would give him my business. Great experience out of the 4 Nissan locations I visited this weekend. read more

Well, first off Melanie anything I write on yelp is called my first amendment here in America. We honored that second of all the reason why I know the bathrooms and the stairs are disgusting is because you're downstairs bathroom had toilet paper with shit all over it and I had to walk upstairs and touch the railing and it was disgusting third I was trying to buy a used Toyota 4 runner and the sales guy came up to me when I walked through the door and said let me get someone who knows more about Toyota as I waited 25 minutes where I proceeded to walk into the finance department where I met the sister of Tom cause I know you're not an owner Tom and another silent partner named David are and she proceeded to tell me I needed to wait in the lobby and then two other guys came in the finance office and they were speaking their native tongue and fourth if you would like to meet, I can come to the dealership and we could talk in person instead of sending these messages back-and-forth because you being a so-called business owner, that's not how you talk to a customer you were rude and condescending making it sound like I wasn't even there but it's OK. I went to Toyota next-door and bought a brand new 4 runner and I told all my friends not to come there. I know you guys just bought the dealership from Lithia. You won't last long. It's been through 4 Owens already and the way you act you won't have that much customers you need to take a customer service class and I'm in this industry, so I know what the fuck I'm talking about. read more

I called the dealership and spoke to Erica, I was told the vehicle I was interested in was there. I drove from East Los Angeles to Carson in traffic. They sold me a Nissan Leaf as certified pre owned. It was never certified and had been in an accident requiring nearly $11,000 in repairs. They claimed that they didn't know it was in an accident even though they were the ones who paid to have it repaired. I returned the vehicle for a refund. They also reported work being done on the car to Carfax while I was in possession of the car. They are perpetual liars, intentionally breaking laws. ****6/12/2024 UPDATE*** WHAT'S THE POINT of an Appt? I had an appt at 12:30 and waited 1.5 hrs and my car still had not been put up yet?! Wasted my time & made me late to another appt. All I got was a "have a good rest of your day". Not soo much as an apology! NEVER going back! This is the same place I'd been going to for 6yrs for maintenance AND bought my car from! The customer service has declined soo much. I purchased a 2021 Infiniti QX50 last week. I'm going to start off by saying my salesperson (Giovanni) was good and quite pleasant. He took good care of me during the initial phase of the process; so thank God for that. He handled the purchase and trade; however the process went down hill quickly after that for several reasons (Not Giovanni's fault). Giovanni is the reason they got two stars instead of one! Starting with meeting Bruce (Finance Mgr) to sign documents. He kept trying to push OVERPRICED warranties. I declined. He was not a nice person by any stretch so I could not wait to get out of his office. He has zero customer service skills and he is quite arrogant. He never once uttered the word "Thank you." I could have gone anywhere in socal to buy a vehicle. He did not treat me like a customer at all. The interest rate Carson Nissan offered was 13% (ridiculous). I passed on that and opted to go thru my credit union for a low single digit rate which is awesome! I was informed by Carson that I had 7 days to bring them a check to fund the transaction from my credit union, otherwise I would be stuck with a 13% interest rate. I immediately contacted my credit union to process a check. A check was sent to Carson via FedEx the next day to fund the transaction. As a result of Bruce's subpar demeanor, I called and spoke with the Sales Mgr (Chris Castillo) to ask if they received the check. I also sent a copy of the fedex confirmation to Chris. He indicated that they did not receive the check and had no idea where it was. He indicated that it could be anywhere in the dealership and to have the credit union send a second check (Despite fedex proof of delivery confirmation). He was very dismissive and sarcastic. (How do you lose a large check and act like it never happened.) Chris Castillo's attitude was very poor. I did not receive an apology from anyone for losing the check and asking me to waste gas to deliver a second check in person myself. I ended up getting a second check, because they lost the first one and said it so casually. Unfortunately, since I was at work the following day, my sister drove to Carson to ensure they received the 2nd check because I think they were trying to force me into a finance plan with a high interest rate. (Just my opinion based on their actions.) Seems very squirrely. My sister arrived at the same time as Fedex delivering the second check. She was smart enough to take a photo so they could not deny receiving it. All of this wasted energy due to distrust and poor customer service. I was NEVER offered anything for the inconvenience. I referred two friends to Carson in the market for new cars. After experiencing Carson's poor behavior, I immediately called my friends and told them not to do business with them. I appreciate the initial phase of the deal, but I'm going to base my review on the entire process which overall was poor. They're attitude and professionalism is quite awful. Most dealerships are so friendly and show appreciation. Not Carson! I will take my business elsewhere in the future where its appreciated and a place I can trust! read more

I was waiting a few days before I left a review. So far my vehicle has been good to me. On 2/25/2025, Zuri made it happen! I met Zuri elsewhere at a different location, last year. But her outstanding customer service. Always stuck in my mind. Lucked up, and found out she moved locations. This time I was ready. She executed superb service and understanding for my unique situation. She never tries to be pushy. I made my expectations clear and she delivered. The finance manager Ammer, was even outstanding. He knew which banks worked with my credit and history. I wasn't Embarrassed by it. Carson Nissan got the really Bonnie & Clyde in car sales. They made it easy! I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you Carson Nissan, Zuri & Ammer! read more

I brought in my Rogue recently to Carson Nissan to have them check out a light that was blinking on my dashboard and to check my brakes. I was quoted a price of $225 by the service rep to check and fix the the blinking dashboard, afterwards he told me that it's a bigger problem and that I needed a driver module and a spiral cable and said the price was going to be $2355.45 I was under the impression that the $225 was going to resolve the blinking light issue, had I known that $2355.45 was going to be the final price to fix it, I would have said no to the service being done. I feel like the service representative was dishonest and didn't disclose everything upfront. He should have stated everything upfront and be professional about it. I won't be going back to this dealership and will tell family and friends to avoid Carson Nissan. Don't bring your vehicles to this dealership. I wouldn't even bring my car for a free carwash here. My car recently had a "Service Engine Soon" light active on it, so I decided to take my vehicle for repairs here to get maintenance from original producers. I paid almost $800 for an engine check, of which I later found out had a steep $600 in "labor" costs. Although, once I had driven away from the dealership, after a short period of time, the light flicked back on again, and thus, I doubt anything was fixed. Where do I begin with Carson Nissan 1st of all after reading everyone's reviews & seeing how shady some of their business practices are I wish I would've never came here #2 I purchased a car from a very nice gentleman whom I hope finds a different job at a better dealership ... I bought the car about 3 weeks ago at this point and basically have received no information from anyone regarding when it will be done or when i will receive my vehicle that i paid for. The sales associate eventually gave me the number to Edgar the Sales Manager which brings me to my next point. #3 Edgar the Sales Manager whom definitely shouldn't have a job overseeing people with his terrible attitude decided to respond to me via text after I inquired with him about my car and wanting my money back. So below ill post a screen grab of what Edgar had to say to me. Thank you, - A Paying Customer read more

I came here a few months back because my check engine light was on. The guy told me in order for it to get fixed he would have to change my fuel injectors and spark plugs, and it was going to cost about $3293 I was appalled at the quote and decided to just pay the $200 diagnostic fee. I went to another Nissan dealer in Costa Mesa, and they are only charging me $2100 and guess what? That includes 3 oil changes and tire rotation, a wheel alignment, and a new blinker light. I will NEVER come back to Carson Nissan after they tried to swindle me for an extra $1000. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT even think about coming here. Went in for a quick and easy oil change they offered me a free recall fix, same day I got a malfunction error with a beeping sound that doesn't stop. NEVER had this problem and when I took it back I told them about with video evidence they made me wait almost 2 hours to tell me they can't duplicate malfunction and blamed my battery issue with the car where my battery is fully fine but it won't turn on sometimes because the wires get loose due to me battery holder being damaged and the mechanic had the AUDACITY to blame my battery and said they were forced to jump start the car meaning my mechanic doesn't even know how to diagnose a battery. I pulled out the lot not even 2 seconds later the message came up and I showed them the same malfunction I showed videos of and explained and they told me only thing they can do is offer me 2k to replace my sensor. In conclusion they damaged my emergency sensor and made my car undrivable and my mechanic doesn't know the difference between an emergency breaking sensor and a battery problem. My mechanic is in the picture below please be careful because he is a liability to your car. Please stay safe and don't come here avoid it like the plague they ruined my car wasted my time and blamed me for damage they did and want me to pay them 2k in repairs read more

I've had some issues with this dealership in the past but things appear to have really changed and they've gotten much better. Brought my car in for the second oil change remaining on a BOGO deal and also an after market insurance covered issue with my door lock making a loud noise. As part of the routine inspection the mechanic noticed my axle joints were leaking grease and bushings on the tie rods appeared very worn. I got pictures via text confirming the issue. Edwin my advisor, took it upon himself to look through my aftermarket insurance policy and informed me these issues were covered. He then worked with my insurance company to get the issues approved and got everything repaired. Plus he gave me an extra ride back home cos the parts were not immediately available. Man, that's what I call dealership level service. My car came back driving like new. Thanks Edwin, you really knocked this one out of the park! :) read more

Don't waste your time, they don't want to sell you a car. I tried to buy a used car and when I got there they tried to add $2000 in options that they said weren't optional for a whopping 18% price increase. My repairs included oil change, tire rotation, transmission service, drive belt, cabin filter, and right side motor mount. They had my car for the whole day and when I got there, my car was making a humming sound that wasn't there before and Albert Guardado told me that he didn't hear anything but as we drove around the parking lot, I told him that I can clearly hear it that they need to keep my car to fix whatever the mechanic messed up. The next day when the Manager Victor Tecorral called me to come and pick up my car, I asked him what happened and he said the mechanic forgot to lube up the motor mount and it wasn't done correctly the first time and I asked him if they were going to accommodate me for the mechanic not properly fixing my car the first time, he told me that Albert would call me to make things right and Albert never called. I notice at this dealership that they always tried to recommend maintenance to your car that doesn't need maintenance especially when I already had it maintenance and that they always try to get over on women of color. I will never go back to this place because I feel like they stay scamming people and tries to ruin their cars to get more money from them. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! read more

DON'T BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE PEOPLE WHO WASTE YOUR TIME. Here is the sequence of events. On Friday, September 1st at about 10AM, I shot an interest email via AutoTrader to Carson Nissan for a 2017 Chevy Bolt they had on the lot. At about 10:15AM that same day, I got a call from their guy - identifying himself as 'J J' asking if I wanted to see the car. At this point, my fiancé and I had spent the entire month of August car shopping and we were well familiar with all the games the dealers like to play to squeeze money out of customers. Knowing this, I told J J straight up: "I will not pay over sticker price. I'm not playing any of these games you guys play. If that's how you do business, tell me straight up so I can not waste my time". J J responded, AND I QUOTE, "I'll take care of you. Don't worry about it". And so we set a date to travel from our home in East Hollywood to Carson on Saturday, September 2nd at 5PM. September 2nd rolls around. We get a look at the car; it's solid, we want it. J J comes into the room after leaving us there for 15 minutes - "Oh man, I got a problem man..." and proceeds to tell me that SOME OTHER buyer interested in the car made a cash offer significantly higher than the sticker price. Goes on to say, "Do you want to see the figure they're offering?" as he holds a piece of paper in his hand. I reminded him that I told him DIRECTLY and CLEARLY that I wasn't going to come out to see the car if they were going to play these salesman games. It was ESPECIALLY infuriating, I tell him, that they decide to inform me of this only *AFTER* we had made the drive all the way out there to see the car. He proceeds to hem and haw about how it's not his fault because his boss is telling him to do this. We get up to leave. He says, "Let me put some gas in your car for wasting your time". I decline and we leave. These people are not honest. They will play salesmanship games to squeeze every single penny they can from customers. If you like paying over sticker price - then by all means - go see these guys. By the way, *the very next day*, I talked to another dealer located in West Covina, told them the exact same thing "I'm not paying over sticker and I won't go see it if you're playing games", and they assured me they'd work with me. And guess what? They honored that. Bought a Bolt off their lot (cheaper, newer model year and with fewer miles than the one Carson Nissan was trying to sell me) right then and there. Whole transaction was a wrap in about an hour. THAT'S how it should go down. Carson Nissan doesn't do that. They do the opposite. Caveat Emptor. read more
