    This is my first experience at this Kia Dealership. I came to get my "recalls" completed and my first impression was good. I drive right into the service area to be greeted with smiles. Much better than frowns for sure! Waited in my car until my service advisor greeted me and proceeded with her routine work taking pictures of my car. Overall, my 1st impression was good and given easy instructions was the icing on the cake. Recalls take 5 hours... Was told this and I was prepared to stay and found the customer waiting area aesthetically pleasant and noise level was bearable. A large tv on the wall was entertaining as well. Oh! Can't forget the FREE COFFEE from the vending machine was delicious! There's a shuttle service to the mall. You just have to sign up at the cashier and you can call back to be picked up. Thanks!

    Never considered getting a Kia until being yanked around by all the other lots. Stephanie, Nick, and Diana made my buying process so peaceful and truly painless. To make me feel even more comfortable Ahmad, James and Sammy had amazing customer service as well making sure I was being taking care of and just making sure I was comfortable. I truly thankful for my experience and Kia and glad to be apart of the Kia family. Nick worked a miracle and got me in a car better than what I imagined. Wishing nothing but peace and blessings to these kind people!

When I came in, Arlene personally introduced me to Rob, her partner, who took the time to walk me through the vehicle and even accompanied me to an independent pre-purchase inspection. There was no pressure at any point, and the process felt collaborative rather than transactional. After the inspection, we returned and the dealership honored everything exactly as discussed. They also took care of several items noted on the PPI report, which really demonstrated their integrity and willingness to stand behind the vehicle. There were no surprises or last-minute changes. I then worked with Gary in finance, and that experience was equally smooth and professional. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly, and with a high level of integrity. They even went above and beyond by ultimately beating my credit union's rate, which I genuinely did not expect. I'll be honest--I was a bit nervous going into a new dealership--but they completely proved me wrong. From sales to inspection to finance, the service was consistent, professional, and high-integrity from top to bottom. I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle after reserving it online. Prior to my visit, I had been communicating with a salesperson named Raymond for several days. At no point did he disclose that the vehicle would not be available when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, I was immediately asked how much the car was worth. I found this to be an odd question since I was not selling a vehicle. I later realized this inquiry appeared to be related to attempts to increase the sale price beyond what had been advertised online. This discrepancy between the advertised price and the price presented at the dealership raises serious concerns regarding compliance with California consumer protection laws and regulations governing vehicle advertising and pricing. Consumers have the right to rely on advertised prices when deciding whether to travel to a dealership, and changing the price after the customer arrives can be considered a deceptive sales practice if not properly disclosed. I incurred the time, expense, and inconvenience of traveling to the dealership based on the advertised price, only to discover that the terms presented in person did not match what had been represented online. Had the actual selling price or required additional charges been accurately disclosed before my visit, I could have made an informed purchasing decision. I request that this matter be investigated to determine whether the dealership's advertising and sales practices comply with applicable California laws and regulations governing vehicle advertising, pricing transparency, and unfair or deceptive business practices. Throughout the transaction, communication was extremely poor. Raymond rarely returned phone calls or text messages. I had sent him several specific questions regarding the vehicle before arriving, yet I received little to no response. We had agreed before my arrival that the vehicle would be fully fueled and fully charged. Instead, when I took delivery, the gas tank was only one-quarter full, and the battery was completely discharged. This demonstrated a lack of preparation and respect for my time. I expressed my concerns related to this conduct by Yossef and he flat out told me that his conduct was legal and that his actions were consistent with your companies business standards. Raymond essentially ceased communicating with me during the sales process. He did not return calls, failed to respond to text messages, and only became engaged again when it was time to screw the temporary paper license plate onto the vehicle. After the purchase, I requested updates regarding: The status of pending repairs. Confirmation that the vehicle would be fully fueled and charged. An update regarding the condition of the tires. Written documentation confirming that the charging system was functioning properly since the vehicle had not been charged as promised. The overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and fell well below the standard of customer service I expected. The lack of communication, failure to honor commitments made before delivery, and poor preparation created unnecessary inconvenience and significantly diminished what should have been a positive vehicle purchase. I believe prospective customers deserve transparent communication, honest advertising, and a dealership that honors the commitments it makes before a sale.

I wouldn't normally post most of my experiences with leasing cars over the last twenty years because it can be painful, rude, deceitful all coming from the dealer's side. But walking into Carson Hyundai for the first time after I couldn't make a new deal with my previous dealer closer to my house I was greeted by the salesman Josh L. who was great and made the negotiation pretty painless and we closed the deal very fast. The GM Sean Evans was great on approving all the things I asked for. Sales Manager Eric Huth was terrific in moving my deal along.and making sure my other car was totally paid off. I asked if they can beat it, to which they respond with "come in and see what my manager will do" I told them no, tell me over the phone or I'm buying at DTLA. They then say ok let me talk to my manager again and then don't get back to me for the rest of the day. They then text me at noon the next day asking which car I wanted again... such terrible sales training and communication at this dealership. Just go elsewhere.
