He rushed us through the signing process, not explaining what none of it was. Due to not having insurance for the car available, we picked up the car on 09/09/26 which we were "promised" would be washed and cleaned and a full tank of gas. We get there, waited an hour for the car that was not cleaned, not washed and no gas!! They literally handed me copies of the contract that day. After reviewing the copies, I see that they charged us $1,500 for a damn GPS system that the Sales guy said was FREE!! Also, they noted there that I was charged $350 for clear door guards that the car did NOT have. The car had trash under the seats, random ketchup and napkins found all around!! So unprofessional!! We were NOT told that there was an option to buy a contract cancellation. Instead we were told, you can not change your mind, there is no grace period. I mailed them two letters expressing our frustration. It took them literally 3 weeks to contact us! Just now we got off the phone which someone who claimed being the Sales Manager his name is Jose Beza. He sounded more like the second Sales person helping Pierre make the damn sale. He called just now to say that NOTHING could be done. I should have taken photos to share, unfortunately I didn't! One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. Love it, people ooh and awe over it. Jason and Mike, his two helpers, are not typical salespeople, good guys as well. Check them out, may be well worth your time.

We then decided to trade our '24 Palisade for the '26 Palisade Hybrid. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and pressure-free. He was one of the reasons we bought two cars again. He was responsive, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. He sent photos of the vehicle, coordinated my appointment, answered my questions, and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. He did exactly what you hope for from a salesperson, and I appreciated his professionalism. He even checked in with me after the purchase to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful touch and speaks to the level of service he provides. The only reason this isn't a five-star experience was the finance process. I was paying cash, had no trade-in, and had already agreed on the purchase price, so I expected a quick and straightforward transaction. Instead, I sat through multiple presentations for extended warranties, service contracts, glass coverage, LoJack, paint protection, and other add-ons. I understand these products are part of the dealership's business, and I don't mind being offered them once. However, after clearly declining several times, the continued sales pressure became frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged the process. The same approach continued in the finance office before I was finally able to complete the paperwork. Despite that, I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at the agreed-upon price, and Joseph made the experience as smooth as he could. If the dealership streamlined the finance process and respected a customer's decision after the initial offer, this would have been a five-star experience. 4 stars
