After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

I called Inspectiver directly for clarification on their summary and recommendation. The rep on I spoke with was incredibly helpful and reinforced the inspector's recommendations on how to proceed. She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. Last Friday morning (9/23/22), my car wouldn't start on my driveway. It was a work day. I called my employer that I'll show up later due to this problem. I've literally called 6 auto shops in my area and Jake (business owner) was the only person that understood my situation and squeezed me in to the first in line on top of the other 10 cars they're currently servicing. The other 5 auto shops had less cars to service and wouldn't give me the time of day. I brought my car through a towing service and his team diagnosed my car. Jake gave me the option of hovering over the techs as they run their tests and despite me being a nuisance, all of them were not only friendly but also respectful as well as telling me what these tests mean and how it'll figure out the problem. All in all, it turns out there was internal engine damage. It's a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. I've owned the vehicle for 11 years and done zero maintenance (except for oil changes). Time for a new car. As I pulled out my wallet and asked how much I need to pay for the service, Jake hooked me up and said $0. $0!!! (Maybe due to sympathy or pity but I'll take it.) I'm just a stranger to him! I'm a Navy veteran. I've lived all over the country and has been to numerous auto shops and not one of them has treated me the same way as Jake and his team did. I now own a 2013 Nissan Juke. I will definitely come to Jake for his services in the future.
