Cars are worth what he offers them to you for. Good cars from the not so nice but very low cost basic transportation cars in his back lot to the nicer ones out front. Was looking for an inexpensive commute car. Always bought from private parties, never took small lots serious but probably found one of the best buys ever at Sammy's. One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. Love it, people ooh and awe over it. Jason and Mike, his two helpers, are not typical salespeople, good guys as well. Check them out, may be well worth your time.

I was specifically told that my car would be fully detailed before being handed over to me. Instead, I received a filthy car covered in water spots, with candy and lettuce left in the cup holders. I had test-driven the car just an hour before purchasing it, and that trash was not there. It was unacceptable to be given a vehicle in that condition after being explicitly promised it would be detailed. The dealership also advertises a 30-day warranty covering issues that need to be fixed at no cost. However, dealing with their service department has been an absolute nightmare. Communication is inconsistent, I'm given different information depending on who I speak with, and getting someone on the phone often means being left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Their limited weekday business hours also make the process incredibly inconvenient for anyone who works a regular schedule. I brought my car in on Monday to have scratches repainted and was initially told it would be ready Thursday. Then it was pushed to Friday, followed by another delay because they supposedly weren't satisfied with the bumper paint and needed an additional day to redo it. I was then assured the car would be ready Saturday after 4 p.m. I live TWO HOURS away and need a vehicle for work, so these repeated delays have forced me to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Since I was assured my car would be ready Saturday, I returned my rental and called at 1 p.m. to confirm. I was then told, "Who told you that? The service team isn't here today." After explaining the situation, I was reassured that the car would be ready after 4 p.m. I drove all the way there, arrived at 4:15 p.m., and was told a manager needed to provide an update. The manager then informed me that my car wasn't ready and that they hadn't even started working on it. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and consideration for my time and money is unacceptable. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was repeatedly given specific completion dates and made decisions based on those promises, only to be let down every time. Now, after all these delays, I am left questioning whether the work is being rushed simply because I am understandably upset. Tomas deserves credit for making the initial sale a positive experience, but the dealership's service department has completely overshadowed that. A good deal means very little when the after-sales service is this poor. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a car here to think carefully about what happens AFTER the sale. The way a dealership handles its customers when something goes wrong says a lot about its professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience has been unacceptable.

Horizon Auto Sales has clean good cars, Antonio the detail guy does a great job! Ehab is very patient and respectful of your needs and answers every single question or concern, and we had a lot of questions. We were in a difficult situation where we needed a car but had to wait on a few things to process before we could get one so Ehab did his best with pulling strings and working out a deal. Anywhere else would have flat out said no but he is clearly passionate about what he does and truly cares his costumers get nice cars they are happy with. He allowed us to look in and test drive over 7 to 8 cars and showed us basically every single one he had on the lot with no rushing, judgment, or those annoying sales tactics other places use. When we didn't like any of them he went out his way to make sure he found something we liked and needed.
