Zero stars. A guy named Carlos identified himself as a supervisor at the dealership. He said he had an E bike for sale and it was located at the lot. On Oct 7th 2023 he sold me the bike and said it only needed a new charger. I transferred the money to the Zelle account of the dealership. The bike does not work. I've called multiple times and the dealership says that Carlos is not an employee and he hasn't been to work in a while because they only call him for extra help when needed. The dealership is refusing to take accountability for allowing a non employee to use their property and bank accounts to make shady deals. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE ! Came in to check a car out . Guy who walked up to us is an older guy we test drove the car and wouldn't let me go farther than around the block. Talked me into purchasing the car which i have 3 days to return i took the car to my local shop and they then put on the lift the car had wires showing on the two front tires . Brake fluid with clumps, Erased check engine which then turned on not even 2 hours driving the car , the car had been in a horrible accident and the transmission was about to give out once i plugged into the scanner 6 different codes popped up including the check engine . They just absolutely sell junk cars and i don't not recommend purchasing them from here . I ended up returning the car not even 24 hours into buying , dude was pissed and gave me a hassle but i stated i would take him to court if he did not return my money which he then did ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!! They also gave me 1 key fob and told me to pick up the other key fob a few days later which was suspicious to me . Also the fuel sensor came on and they kept saying it was the gas cap which obviously was not & O2 sensors were gone ! read more

To be honest I never write any reviews for anything but I felt I needed to do so for this one , only because when I first came around here I had no car , and wasn't working at the time and pulsar motors was able to get me and my daughters into a keep right away without any hesitation due to my credit or anything! They were all super friendly and understanding of my situation and always reachable when i needed assistance. After a few months my car needed some repair and pulsar motors was able to help me everything fixed without giving me an issue and due to their friendly service they lent me a car meanwhile they fixed my car, I definitely recommend them if your looking for a Good dealership and good people and good service ! :) read more

When we first got there we weren't sure which car to get... than they showed us a 2016 Nissan Sentra they constantly told us it was a great car and in good condition and that NOTHING was wrong with it, than fast forward 6 months later my car is stuck in my driveway not able to drive it for about 3 months now because my cars transmission doesn't work. **gave 1 star because I have to*** I bought a car from this dealer, receive acceptable customer service when looking at the different cars. Decided to purchase a 2012 rav4 from them in May 2018. Before I even made the first payment, I had driven the car maybe 1 week out of the first month. I had to take it back to the dealer for with issues with rack and pinon, oil leakage and brake issues! While they provide 60-90 day guarantee, it not acceptable to be wasting time and energy on going back and forth with car issues. After they finally came around to fixing the car issues , 6 months later her I am calling them because the rack and piñon isn't working. I called Willie thinking they would have warranty from who ever changed it but apparently they didn't! It's really upsetting that in order for him to tell me that it took several phones calls and two weeks to get a response! Once again wasting my time. If they are going to sell used cars, they should try and make sure that the cars are function and won't stop working a few days after leaving the dealership. read more
