If you don't have a Vespa or a Honda, your scooter is like a one-off so hard to find Chinese imported parts. They were able to get all the parts replaced for me and fixed on the day of. I struggled so hard to find a place that i towed my scooter all the way from San Diego to LA. I was given my invoice before arriving including labor time. They actually worked on it longer than quoted and i was still charged the same price. Still got it back same day! When i got home, i rode it around and it actually feels better than before i crashed. Quieter, no stalling, and they even fixed my trunk area that continuously popped up. The ONLY downside is that i was unaware that one of the pieces i thought i ordered didn't come, so they replaced my front fender with one that is slightly off color. Doesn't bother me much but wish i would have known that. Regardless, i am happy with the price, the service, and the fact that they helped me strap it back into my uhaul tightly before i drove home to San Diego to make sure i was safe. Thank you all so much again. I am very thankful to have my scooter back quickly and feel safe on it again.

They didn't even bother to turn it on, claiming it had no battery, which didn't inspire much confidence. What really pushed this over the edge was the pricing. On top of a bike that's around $2,000, they added an almost $1,000 addendum, which feels completely unreasonable for an entry-level bike. When I questioned it, there was zero willingness to explain or negotiate. It honestly felt like because this was a "cheap" bike, the staff didn't care about the sale or the customer experience. Buying a motorcycle--no matter the price--should still come with basic customer service and respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and I left very disappointed.

This behavior destroys trust and raises serious questions about how this business handles customers' financial information. The best two things about them that no other dealer offers around here are open on Mondays and yet they still offer that family owned environment business I felt. They're not so huge that they have multiple stores and that corporate mentality. I know this industry is tough to survive in but they seem to be doing great. Just last Monday I was putting installing a new after market gas tank and a preparatory Can Am part I needed and I was able to Oder it from them on a Monday over the phone and only waited 2 days for them to get it to the shop. They saved me at least 1 day because I'm putting my SXS back together before Christmas when I have a trip planned after. The parts girl was knowledgeable and quickly handled my order. I definitely know the place I'm going to order from now on for parts. Even from farther away they're worth it. It's doesn't hurt that the girls are attractive as well as knowledgeable too!
