Alex is a FRAUD & Con so nice & acts like he really helping you when he is not!! He sold me a lemon!! I bought my 2014 Nissian Altima in 10/2024 . Just a few days after the 30 days warranty was up! My car really starting going down hill! He reimbursed me for one problem that I had. But after that it's been a problem after problem all year long! He also didn't give me the information he was supposed to before I purchased the car. There was a half fast job done on the body and interior in the car that is now all falling apart inside and out. So be careful, especially if you're a woman do your homework on any auto dealership that you seek especially this one!! Alex I told you not to give me a lemon you said no accidents which was wrong. Very happy with my purchase! I think people need to be smart when it comes to buying used, and do your homework as much as possible. Luckily, I was able to have someone who knows about cars who went with me to shop. Helped me in narrowing down options. However, the owner is very straight forward and to the point. Doesn't do all the extra theatricals like other places. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and fast. WORST DEALER EVER! I went there and purchased a HONDA ACCORD 2007 and the next day the engine light went on, i took it to my mechanic and he said the car was no good!! I Took it back to the dealer and they said "we had no clue anything was wrong with the car." They LIED!!! And when I told them to fix it they said it's going to be too much for them to fix and that I can get another car or my money back instantly I got my money back. Terrible customer service from Maria. I called for some inquiries, Maria answered the phone was quick to get me off the phone when I asked for the manager. She told me to call back and hung while I was still speaking. When I tried calling back she wouldn't pick up the phone. Then she put me on hold and hung up on me. Why would anyone want to buy a car from someone who has no respect for others and no customer service? A person like this shouldn't be a receptionist. read more

Horrible place! I bought my first car here and it was 2002 Nissan Altima. In the first week it messed up on me. I went back and the old ass owner was rude. He's like it's as is. Didn't even tell me the car was salvaged, super pissed! Ended up trading it in to car max and they gave me 1,200 I was in debt about 6,500 from this hole in the wall. I truly recommend do your research. They had a "mechanic" on site. He just Mickey Mouse the car total waste of time. When I got to carmax they told me their was bubblegum under the hood to hold the parts. I couldn't believe it!!! As I was waiting in line to talk to the owner there was a line of people comparing notes and all of them were pissed at him for selling a crappy car. Don't go here!!! read more
