Just want to say it's all my fault for buying from DriveTime. Just wanted to give an update because…read morea lot of people ask me why I still have this truck. It's been 3 years of on time payments. I bought the truck for $27k, made 36 straight payments on time which adds up to around $27k paid already... and I still owe almost $20k. Meanwhile the truck is falling apart. I looked into refinancing for a lower interest payment, but unfortunately most car loans are front loaded with interest in the first couple years, so refinancing now just restarts the front loaded interest payments. I am finally seeing the principal get paid. Basically I'm stuck unless I dump $10k to get away from this truck and loan. Truck was recently estimated around $10k trade in value, so to get into something else I'd need to come up with around $10k just to get out of being upside down. I understand bad credit loans are expensive no matter where you go. My son died, I completely fell apart mentally for a while, missed payments on my previous vehicle and it got repo'd. Once I finally started functioning again I needed a truck for work and DriveTime got me. Wouldn't even be as bad if the truck was actually in decent shape. I take really good care of my vehicles. This was just one of those "gotcha" situations and I wanted to share it so maybe somebody else doesn't end up in the same spot. Don't get got like me.

The sales person offered us extra warranty which we declined but he said we should get it Just in case and cancel it. Of course, when we tried to cancel it we were told that wasn't possible. Not only that, they gave us "monthly" payments which are really taken out by-weekly so certain months we are paying 3 payments per month which is triple what we were quoted. On top of that, they put a tracker on your car. Just don't do it. So not worth it.

The service was efficient, and I truly appreciated how smooth everything went. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and a hassle-free car buying experience. Special shoutout to Sir Jojo and Sir Jay for making it possible. I know getting the car that i want is a little too much to handle right now. Thank you very much guys!

I wanted to share my experience from beginning to end because this was truly one of the best car…read morebuying experiences I've had. I found a vehicle online and Tony reached out after I requested more information. I asked if there was any flexibility on the price, and he was completely transparent that there wasn't. I understood, especially since I had been searching for a 4Runner with a third row for almost two months and knew how hard they were to find. I decided to go see it and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Tony and Mack and shared some of my hesitations. Instead of trying to convince me to buy that specific vehicle, they listened to my concerns and showed me other options that better addressed what I was looking for. They gave me time, answered my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. Once I made my decision, the finance process was just as easy. Emilio knew I planned to finance through my credit union unless they could beat my rate, and there was no pressure. He asked if I wanted to hear about any additional products or add ons, I said no, and that was it. No sales pitch or back and forth. The entire experience was such a breath of fresh air. Tony, Mack, and Emilio were transparent, patient, and easy to work with. I left with my new car feeling great about my purchase. This was easily one of my favorite car buying experiences, and I would absolutely recommend this team.

Our sales rep Ruben Bustamante was super professional and easy to work with, Tony the Manager worked some magic on the numbers and Sergio in finance was a straight shooter, no hustle or bs - he wrote the deal as was agreed upon. We drove to Penske from Venice after visiting several dealerships and it was well worth the trip. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new or used Toyota. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Will--we truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism!
