Lope is a piece of shit! I drove down from Northern, CA (Bay Area) to look at a car. The price was listed as $6.500. Lopez, said he'd sell it to me for $6,200. The car is salvaged, and retail Is 2007 /110k car is $5,500 but he still claims that is worth the $11K Kelley Blu Book because he keeps asserting the fact that it's "LIKE NEW". Asif he's doing me a favor. Anyways, I claims the owner is in Egypt which he consistently states in other reviews to customers when negotiating the price. When I looked at the car before test driving it it had scratches on the drivers door worth noticing which were not in ANY of the posted photos. Lopez, started helping another customer and gave me the keys to test drive the car. I drove the car about 1 mile and returned without any issues. When I came back to the lot. Lopez was still in the office talking to the other customer that he was with when I left. When I came into the office. He claimed that he had contacted the owner and raised the price to $6800 from $6,200. And that's the NEW price. All the while he was in the office with the other customer who he had just said was in Egypt and he couldn't contact him because of the time difference. But yet was able to contact him when I was on a test drive for about 10 minutes an he was with the other customer in the office. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I saw a truck for sale through Auto Tempest which had low miles and seemed to be in great condition. I emailed this dealership and was getting very unprofessional replies(1 word emails back). I decided to call and spoke to Lopez. Asked questions like clean title? Any damage or repairs? Condition of vehicle and he said clean title no accidents and everything was great. I even applied online for financing through them so he would hold the truck for me until noon next day so I can make the 5.5 hour drive out there with $10k cash for down payment. I get to the lot and immediately looked around and saw like 90% of vehicles had some sort of damage(bumper hanging off, light broken, etc). I see the truck and start doing a walk around and notice both sides of the front bumper looked pinched by the fender. I look up and the hood does not line up with the headlights. Followed it back and the doors seem to have been rubbing on the fender and the gaps are off. Lead me to believe the truck had been in an accident. I go inside and see Lopez and first thing I ask is you told me the truck is clean. He said it is just couple of scratches, I walked him outside and showed him all of the gaps and said so no accidents huh, he went inside looked at the computer and goes yeah so this one has an accident. The bed was all scratched up and damaged as well. I told him you knew I was coming from 5.5 hrs away and agreed to your asking price, why didn't you tell me any of this. He said it's still a good deal and the pictures were in the ad. I said no pictures of bed or any damaged areas. And that is a shady way of doing things and just horrible customer service. He said that's our business and then tried to blame it on the owner when he himself is the owner. Glad I didn't purchase the truck! Hopefully they get a BBB visit and will be notifying the websites as well of them putting inaccurate descriptions and saying no accidents but when you show up it's a different story. During the conversation, he told me no one likes the car I was trying to trade however he still insisted that I come in. I get all the way there just for him to tell me he don't want it which he already knew. I then asked well can I just purchase the vehicle of interest. He flat out says no with your credit no one will finance you which is a lie because I left his dealership and I went to a Nissan dealership and was financed for a newer model and lower mileage than his vehicle. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER! We (my mom and me) were looking for a 2003 Honda CRV because we knew and liked the car. We looked on Sam's Club Auto Buying Program (we thought they were reputable) website at https://samsclub.truecar.com/samsclub-landing, and found the car we liked. We followed a hyperlink from Sam's Club to the website at www.lowmiles.net We reviewed all the details about the car shown in the online ad, as well as, the CarFax report. The website said that the car's were inspected by top notch professionals and the title was in possession. We decided to call the dealership located at 7727 Firestone Blvd. Downey, CA and spoke to "Lopez" Lopez told us that the title for the car was on site and the car was in very good condition. We asked if we could ship the car to Arizona and Lopez stated Yes. Lopez said the title would be given to the transport driver and we would receive it when the car arrived. We paid for the car using a cashiers check sent directly from the bank via Fedex. The defendant received the payment, but held the car for 11 days even though it was paid in full. We were not afforded the opportunity to buy the "cancellation contract" because the car was held longer than 2 days after the purchase. When the car was delivered to us, the title was not with the transport driver. We called Lopez who had some excuse why the driver didn't have the title, but that he would mail it to us. Relying on Lopez's statement and the online ad regarding clean title, we had the car transported to our mechanic the very next day. Our mechanic called that same day and said the car was in bad condition and needed several repairs over $4500. We decided to have only "necessary" repairs done because we liked the car and knew the title was coming in the mail. When we received documents from the dealership, we took them to the AZ motor vehicle dept. and were told the documents were not the title and could not be used to register the car. We called Lopez immediately, and he said to mail those documents back because the dealership needed them to apply for the title from the CA dept. of motor vehicles. It has been nearly 6 months since we purchased the car and have not been able to register or use it. We have asked several times when we will get title. In the interim, we have been in contact with the CFO of Low Miles Auto, Inc. Mohamed Elawamry who claims that the CA DMV is to blame. We served him with small claims papers and he claims that the CEO of the company is in Egypt, and postponed the trial. In addition, there are several google, yelp, and better business bureau complaints against this business regarding not providing title, rolling back mileage, and vehicles in bad repair. We feel that we were lied to about the title, condition, and inspection of the vehicle with the intent to deceive so that we would buy the car. This business should be inspected for fraud. read more

I kept calling to keep Muhammed Elawamry abreast of the situation. Weeks later when I was released to go on leave, my mother, sister and I went to pay for the car in full. The car WASN'T washed was on EMPTY, and the engine had cob webs. I repeatedly asked for a car wash and a tank of gas and he kept saying he would do it shortly but never had anyone do it. Muhammed Elawamry spoke to MY Mother VERY disrespectfully and I made the decision I was not giving him my business. I asked for my deposit back and Muhammed said NO. He said he held the car and I chose not to buy it. Although he already knew why I didn't come weeks earlier, I once again explained it was BEYOND my control that I was delayed. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE WEEKS EARLIER BECAUSE OF CO-VID and it was LITERALLY AN ORDER FROM THE UNITED STATES GOV'T! NOT HAPPY WITH PURCHASE. I should've noticed the signs to be honest, so this is partly my fault, but I was too eager to buy a car I've been wanting for years. When I initially stopped by the dealership, I talked to the sales rep and took the car out for a test drive, it drove well. When we were signing the paperwork he mentioned how a previous customer bought a car but didn't get the "change your mind" insurance, which allows you to return the car for an additional fee ($500). I thought that it was odd that he would tell me this as I'm buying a car but maybe this was his way of hinting at what was to come. He mentioned that this customer's car had issues and that she brought it back to have them fix it buy they refused because she didn't have this insurance. Nevertheless, I bought the car and took it home. Within 20 minutes of driving it off the lot I got a check engine light (CEL), 6 months and roughly $1500 in repairs later, I still have a check engine light. The initial CEL had to do with a short in the engine harness, which actually didn't allow me to turn on either my hazards or turn signals. I realized this after driving it off the lot and not during my initial test drive. After fixing that issue the CEL came back again. However, this time, it was a completely different issue. After fixing that problem, the CEL came back again, with yet another different issue. Needless to say, I believe that the salesman knew that there were multiple issues with the car but didn't bother to tell me. I understand that it isn't his job to tell me but as a customer, this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. The fact that the CEL came on just minutes after driving it off the lot leads me to believe that the car's computer was simply reset in order to get rid of the CEL and hide the fact that it had issues. Had I seen the CEL during my test drive, I wouldn't have purchased the car. Don't believe that just because you're buying from a dealer the car will not have mechanical issues. In fact, take a mechanic with you before purchasing and have them inspect the car before you sign, it'll save you from buying a lemon. This salesman is everything you've heard about when you hear about "slick used car salesmen." read more

Not only did they forget to tell me that the horn on the Honda element didn't work but also that the whole dash on the car at night does not come on due to a new cluster that it needs which I can only go to a Honda dealer after that took it to my mechanic found out that the Shocks and struts were bad and the oil pan was leaking which cost me around $2000. Then there was a constant squeaking noise and I had to take it back and come to find out the lower and upper arm suspension is messed up which is gonna cost me around $3500 if I decide to fix both. I have been dealing with these unprofessional people since October of 2019! Do yourselves a huge favor and do not do business here, they are lying crooks. The cars check engine light went on as soon as I drove off the lot and they gave me the run around for MONTHS about the pink slip, plates and registration. It's almost August 2020 and I finally got the pink slip in the mail, when I called to ask about my registration and plates LOPEZ tried to charge me almost 170.00 for them even though I had already paid for it all in 2019 at the time the vehicle was purchased, not my fault that you were NEGLIGENT & waited more than 6 months to fulfill your obligations in getting the paperwork for the registration done. Thankfully AAA was able to help me get new plates and my registration, since Lopez would not release them to me. If you're going through a similar situation with them, do not let them trick you into paying them twice, your local AAA can help. Also Report them to the BBB. We purchase my sons first car at the first this guy that Calls himself Lopez treated us so nice and even offer me a soda but all good stories have a horrible ending he forgot to gives us some paper work to sign the finance company was calling me like crazy I ended up faxing everything to them that was missing in order to complete my paper work after all was done he calls me that he need to send his mechanic so I can sign more paper work that he didn't complete and to install a tracking device on my sons car things that he was supposed to tell me before I purchase the car , then the finance company send them the check for the car and deducted the first payment since the contract was not complete I was not able to pay my first payment because of his irresponsible way he did my contract and was not completed on time So after he calls me and tells me you need to come and pay now he wanted things to be done his way after I completed everything he was supposed to do and all the extra little details he forgot to mention the day I went to pay my payment he had 2 customers there and yes I was so upset there but I didn't want to make a sense but he push my last nerve of how arrogant he's attitude was towards me how can this man that told me he had years of experience so many people that trusted him he takes advantage and forgets to tell you all the details of the contract and forgets to tell you that he can give you the extra key until the 3rd month and about the tracking device on the car how can this Latino Mexican Hispanic man that should be helping he's own people takes advantage what kind of person does this to a 18 year old that went there because he trusted him he believed it was the right place to start his credit .
