I came in hoping for a $0 down-payment like they promised and insisted I would get but then they asked for $1,500 and so we took it in need of a car to get to work and home and i was only accepted for a Kia Soul as a " miracle car" when i wanted a honda. I did call a different dealership after leaving here and said that this dealership messed up my bank card and signed me up for scam banks to get this "miracle car". Then they gave it to me with no coolant and no oil and they were sloppy on the detailing, and Kenny gave me attitude about me, complaining about the detailing, but the detailers should have done it correctly the first time, the associate Kenny was giving me attitude and he said I should clean the windows before going to talk to him. Then the next morning I called because they sold us the car with no coolant and no oil and they blamed me for it even tho it's the dealerships relationship. They said management knows about this issue maybe they need to fix the management because this is unacceptable. Horrible business. I was told they messed up my bank accounts and I wouldn't be able to go to any other dealerships because they put my card into scam banks. Also they said they would go to my location to add oil and coolant but then saying they would send my $100 for courtesy purchase of oil and coolant ONLY if I had taken this negative review down. And then I did but re-uploaded it and then they called me again threatening me that they had my social and they could mess it up and that I had to take the car back but I don't have to I made the payment to the bank right? My only communication is to the bank and not this dealership so stop harassing me. I can sue you if you keep harassing me when I'm the one making payments so you have no right to harass me. That's a lie. I told them my situation and my credit score (637 -- fair credit), and they promised I'd leave with a car. I sat there for hours just to be denied after a credit check. They advertise $1,500-$3,000 down, but when you get there, the minimum deposit is really $3,500 or more. They completely change their story once you arrive. And let's be real -- the "good" reviews are 100% fake. You can literally see they were all posted within 5 minutes of each other . It's obvious employees wrote them to boost their rating.
