Just want to say it's all my fault for buying from DriveTime. Just wanted to give an update because…read morea lot of people ask me why I still have this truck. It's been 3 years of on time payments. I bought the truck for $27k, made 36 straight payments on time which adds up to around $27k paid already... and I still owe almost $20k. Meanwhile the truck is falling apart. I looked into refinancing for a lower interest payment, but unfortunately most car loans are front loaded with interest in the first couple years, so refinancing now just restarts the front loaded interest payments. I am finally seeing the principal get paid. Basically I'm stuck unless I dump $10k to get away from this truck and loan. Truck was recently estimated around $10k trade in value, so to get into something else I'd need to come up with around $10k just to get out of being upside down. I understand bad credit loans are expensive no matter where you go. My son died, I completely fell apart mentally for a while, missed payments on my previous vehicle and it got repo'd. Once I finally started functioning again I needed a truck for work and DriveTime got me. Wouldn't even be as bad if the truck was actually in decent shape. I take really good care of my vehicles. This was just one of those "gotcha" situations and I wanted to share it so maybe somebody else doesn't end up in the same spot. Don't get got like me.

Roberto helped me pick from a wide range of great cars with very low miles. The vibe when I walked in was amazing and the consistency of every employee there was definitely infectious. I recommend Drive Time on Firestone to any and everyone seeking an amazing and great quality vehicle! Thank you for not only your patience but also your support with my family.

Went to Acceler8 Performance in Downey Nora was willing to work with a down payment I could afford and reasonable monthly payments. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I've had…read more I purchased a Mustang from Acceler8 Performance for $30,000, and within one day, I took it to a mechanic to get it checked. What they found was unacceptable for any dealership sale: The front left headlight and turn signal didn't work because it was completely disconnected The EVAP tank had a hole in it and was zip-tied to the vehicle The passenger-side window controls didn't function at all The windshield washer fluid system doesn't even spray--it leaks out instead These are not minor issues. These are basic functionality and safety-related problems that should have been addressed or disclosed before selling the car. On top of that, the salesman skimmed over and downplayed the accident history on the Carfax, which only became clearer after the purchase. When I reached out to them about the major issues (especially the headlight and EVAP system), they initially ghosted me for several days. Then, out of nowhere, their mechanic texted me saying I could bring the car in--after I had already authorized and paid for repairs myself just to make the car usable. They never reimbursed me or took responsibility. Communication completely fell apart once the sale was done, and I also received no real help regarding title updates or follow-up questions. Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of transparency, quality control, and accountability. If you're considering buying from Acceler8 Performance, I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection beforehand--or better yet, going somewhere else entirely.

Our sales rep Ruben Bustamante was super professional and easy to work with, Tony the Manager worked some magic on the numbers and Sergio in finance was a straight shooter, no hustle or bs - he wrote the deal as was agreed upon. All in all, a great car buying experience - plus we were done and in our new car in less than 2 hours and my wife loves her new car. We drove to Penske from Venice after visiting several dealerships and it was well worth the trip. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new or used Toyota. I'd give 6 stars if I could

I completely understand that it was later in the day, and I would have had no problem being told to come back another time. However, we were still accepted for service by Nancy Velasco and told the car would be ready in about 40 minutes. When we returned shortly after, we received a call by her asking where we were, and the tone felt unnecessarily passive aggressive. From the initial interaction to the follow up, the communication came across with an attitude that didn't feel welcoming or professional. I also spoke briefly with a manager, but the concern seemed a bit dismissed, which was disappointing. I truly understand that working with customers especially close to closing can be frustrating at times. But a simple, polite response goes a long way, especially for returning customers like us. Overall, I still value this location and the service I've received in the past, but I hope this is something that can be addressed moving forward. I would hate to come back and see her with the same attitude. A little kindness and professionalism makes all the difference

His repair techs did a nice job fixing the collision damage and other maintenance. passed all state inspections, a nice little commuting car that will go a long way. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Will--we truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism!
