This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I've had. I purchased a Mustang from Acceler8 Performance for $30,000, and within one day, I took it to a mechanic to get it checked. What they found was unacceptable for any dealership sale: The front left headlight and turn signal didn't work because it was completely disconnected The EVAP tank had a hole in it and was zip-tied to the vehicle The passenger-side window controls didn't function at all The windshield washer fluid system doesn't even spray--it leaks out instead These are not minor issues. These are basic functionality and safety-related problems that should have been addressed or disclosed before selling the car. On top of that, the salesman skimmed over and downplayed the accident history on the Carfax, which only became clearer after the purchase. When I reached out to them about the major issues (especially the headlight and EVAP system), they initially ghosted me for several days. Then, out of nowhere, their mechanic texted me saying I could bring the car in--after I had already authorized and paid for repairs myself just to make the car usable. They never reimbursed me or took responsibility. Communication completely fell apart once the sale was done, and I also received no real help regarding title updates or follow-up questions. Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of transparency, quality control, and accountability. Avoid this place at all cost! Had I looked at the reviews before buying a car, I wouldn't have looked at this place at all! I bought a car from this place a month ago and the sales person told me the car had nothing wrong with it. Before I even drive off with the car, I noticed the E brake light wouldn't stop flashing on the board. I immediately told someone from the staff and they assured me their mechanic had ordered the part to get it replaced already. They said they would give me a call during the week and let me know when I could take my car. It's been a month now and they started to ignore my calls and nothing has gotten fixed! They give you the run around and make you believe they will fix it but they actually don't do anything! I have bought used cars before but this has been the worst experience I've had so far. Do NOT come here. Went to a mechanic and there was over 1,500 of work needed on a car. They agreed to fix ALL of the work and then within 1 hour told us we are done. It was not possible to fix it in 1 hour. The issue was with the control arm, suspension, and brushings. Then told us oh we aren't fixing that because its cosmetic... suspension isn't comestic. So I bought the car on December 5 from that dealer and and just 3 days after the engine broke down then I contacted the dealer and they refused to fixed or even send a tow truck for me so I have to pay it from my wallet then I send the car to a repair shop and the dealer call me telling me that the car has a engine warranty so I just have to call the warranty company then the warranty company check the car and they said that the car was modified from the dealer so the can not pay for my repair they said that the dealer lie to the warranty company from there the dealer offer to fix the car on his own shop and giving me a car while they work on mine so again I had to pay another tow truck to send the car however the had the car for 6 months and not a single bolt were replaced and they also crash my bumper so I took the car again with a tow truck and send it to a parking lot where's is currently parked and I'm paying for that so they never call me back and the warranty company told me that they got the money for the warranty back but I never see that money again they also stole some stuff from my car read more

Fraudulent company, dinged my credit 7x to find the right financier, made me pull in a co signer, then made me go get insurance to drive the car off the lot, 10 mins after being at my insurers office around the corner from them they call me saying they sold the car behind my back "first come first serve" they even laughed at me for hiding they'd charge an extra 10% for paying 2000 dollars of my down payment on card and 4500 cash. They screwed me hard and were very rude, the manager is an incompetent clown that made me feel like my money and time was not enough to get anything off the lot, she tried to shoo me off the lot during initial negotiations because of the hidden fee argument. Worse place ever to buy a car. My son bought a car here and was told nothing is wrong with the car. Took it to get a full diagnosis at a Chevy dealer and was told there was oil leaking, head gasket has to be replaced and it needs transmission service. Car didn't have a Cadillac converter which we knew about and they said they will order us new ones from the dealership. When we went to get them looked like they were from a junkyard. Talked to the lady and she said that's what the previous owner gave them. When asked about it being ordered from the dealership she basically said well that's what they gave us.
