So after close to two months of looking for a pearl white stick shift G37, I got my car from this place. My car is in about the best condition than anything else i found and with a much better history and maintenance record. That was really more important to me. This place has a lot of really nice cars. They're not the cheapest since there are a lot of cars out there that are dinged up with accidents and frame damage when you look at the carfax history report, but I did end up getting the best car I found at a better price than other cars that I found to be more expensive and with conditions that weren't even as good. Financing was quick too. I got approved the same day and got a low interest rate. Family atmosphere which I definitely prefer to my other experiences. I was super relaxed the whole time. Look for Adela. She was very helpful and I will recommend this place to my friends.

Avoid Precision Honda - Unprofessional and Retaliatory…read more My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Norwalk Honda over the weekend, followed by completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from their team. My husband had been in communication with Ashley prior to our arrival, and they were supposedly expecting us. We went in specifically to test drive a Honda Pilot. Upon walking in, we were greeted a few times but never actually helped. When we asked for Ashley, she never showed up. Eventually, a manager came over and asked if we needed assistance. We told him we were there for a test drive, and he walked away, leaving us waiting yet again. After 20 minutes of being ignored and shoved aside, we decided to leave. We drove straight to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, and the difference was night and day. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we were sitting inside a Honda Pilot. The real issue, however, started after we left. My husband sent a follow-up text to the Norwalk Honda team letting them know he would be leaving a bad review due to the lack of service. In retaliation, someone at Norwalk Honda entered my husband's contact information into a mass inquiry system. He was then bombarded with non-stop spam calls from other dealerships. My husband has been in the automotive industry for many years, so we know exactly how the process should work and were expecting a completely different experience. We are serious buyers with a lease expiring soon, and Precesion Honda completely lost our business. So much for the "Helpful Honda People." Save yourself the headache and go straight to Cerritos instead.

One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. Love it, people ooh and awe over it. Jason and Mike, his two helpers, are not typical salespeople, good guys as well. Check them out, may be well worth your time.

Before driving to Downey, I emailed them that exact quote and asked if they could beat it. Their reply: "that sounds like something we can beat for you," and they urged me to come in the same day. At the dealership, the numbers never got close to that: 2027 red: $4,000 down, $842/mo Next offer: $4,000 down, $822/mo 2026 gray (not the color I wanted): $4,000 down, $827/mo, called "the lowest possible" Over 60 months, that's roughly $4,400 more than Tustin's offer, with a higher monthly payment on top. I followed up by email asking them to match Tustin's price and they didn't move. If a dealer isn't able to beat a competitor's price, they should say so before asking you to drive over. I'd recommend getting any quote in writing and comparing the total cost, not just the monthly payment.
