    I am beyond disappointed with the predatory service practices at this Nissan location. My wife brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change, and as I expected, they immediately began pushing unnecessary services. The most egregious issue occurred when they claimed the oil pan bolt was "bored out" and insisted we needed a $350+ replacement. This same service at Nissan in Cerritos was quoted at $1,200.00 the lack of consistency is staggering. Furthermore, the advisor, Morie or however you spell his name tried to charge us for a tire rotation when in the video it was a recommendation from the technician which means they didn't do it. When I pointed out that their own technician said in the video a rotation couldn't be done until we replaced the front tires, Morie admitted the rotation hadn't been performed and only removed the charge because I caught him. He is someone to lookout for To make matters worse, they are charging $350 for a part that retails for $60 at major stores, claiming "different materials" with no evidence to back it up. I caught Morie in his lies. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the situation was handled poorly. I will not be returning, and I suggest others PLEEEEEEASE double-check their itemized bills before paying or just don't go here again.

    2 big boxes of air bags

    Complaint for the Parts Department I work for a family business and we regularly purchase parts from many different dealers and vendors. Unfortunately, my recent experience with your parts department was disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service standards. As a woman, when I'm purchasing large and heavy boxes, I expect at the very least to be offered assistance. Instead, I found myself struggling to carry two large boxes along with my purse, while also trying to get through the door. No one offered to help open the door, and I even had to manage opening my trunk without dropping anything. This is not just about courtesy, it's about basic customer service. There were three men behind the counter, and the department was not busy at the time, yet no one offered assistance. I spent over $1,000 on product, and yet I've received better service at a fast-food chick filet restaurant. Nissan, we can do better. It's embarrassing to walk into a room full of men and not experience a single act of professionalism or courtesy. Please train your staff to recognize situations where customers need help and to step up accordingly.

What they found was unacceptable for any dealership sale: The front left headlight and turn signal didn't work because it was completely disconnected The EVAP tank had a hole in it and was zip-tied to the vehicle The passenger-side window controls didn't function at all The windshield washer fluid system doesn't even spray--it leaks out instead These are not minor issues. These are basic functionality and safety-related problems that should have been addressed or disclosed before selling the car. On top of that, the salesman skimmed over and downplayed the accident history on the Carfax, which only became clearer after the purchase. When I reached out to them about the major issues (especially the headlight and EVAP system), they initially ghosted me for several days. Then, out of nowhere, their mechanic texted me saying I could bring the car in--after I had already authorized and paid for repairs myself just to make the car usable. They never reimbursed me or took responsibility. Communication completely fell apart once the sale was done, and I also received no real help regarding title updates or follow-up questions. Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of transparency, quality control, and accountability. If you're considering buying from Acceler8 Performance, I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection beforehand--or better yet, going somewhere else entirely.

The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price.
