After leaving the previous review, the manager, Kevan, reached out and said to contact his service director Juan Prado, so I did so. Suffice to say that he asked me to bring the truck in and give them a chance to make things right. I dropped off the truck yesterday for a complimentary detail, and would have had it back same day but opted to have them take care of a recall at the same time when my service advisor Raymond pointed out there was one pending. He did say they would probably need to keep it over night, so no sweat. Free Lyft was provided home and back too. Well I just picked it up and it looks amazing! I'm honestly stoked to just look at it again and that is a great feeling. I have to say, in reference to my previous review, mistakes happen. We all make them. What really defines a person, and a business, is how one responds to those mistakes and what steps are taken to rectify them. As far as I'm concerned these guys handled this situation with grace and professionalism. They weren't the ones directly responsible for the previous fiasco, but they stepped up and made it right no questions asked. As far as I'm concerned we are square. Maybe more importantly from a business perspective, after seeing how they handle things, my confidence in them has been restored and I will be happy to have my truck serviced here in the future. On Friday 2/27/28 I found a PRE-Owned Ford Explorer at Norm Reeves Ford in the Cerritos Auto Square online that I was interested in purchasing so I requested more information. A very short time later I received a call to discuss the car. A short time after that I received another call from a Sales Manager named Shon to set up an appointment to view the car. I made an appointment to meet on Sunday 3/1/23 at 1:00 with Jaeda Lopez with a text confirmation from Shon. On Sunday morning Shon called me to confirm the appointment and I replied that I would be there. After a 45 minute 25 mile drive from my home in the southern end of Redondo Beach I arrived for my meeting and when I asked to see the vehicle I was informed that it had been sold on Saturday night. Wow! Shon should have told me that Sunday morning when he called to confirm the appointment! I knew what cars they had in stock and I was not interested in any of them. Since I was there a sales girl showed my three other Explorers that did not have the features on it that the the car that I went to view did have. The sales girl (who was a terrible listener) didn't seem to know anything about their cars but kept trying to sell me cars that were not what I was looking for. When I asked to test drive one of the Explorers so I could get a feel for the ride she denied me that request because I wasn't interesteed in buying any of them. When she was going into another room to check on my appraisal for my car I asked her for some water. She gave me directions to a vending machine. One would think that after driving all that way to see a car that Shon did not inform me had been sold, they would at least give some one a courtesy bottle of water. The bottom line is after a 2 1/2 hour 50 mile round trip that whole incident turned out to be a total BAIT AND SWITCH scam. Shon sucks! read more

After leaving with a car that looked like it needed new tires but was told they "passed rigorous inspection" because it was a CPO, I left and within that month almost had a horrific car accident with my 3 children in the car. I found out, after visiting 3 tire locations and the AAA driver who changed my flat, that my tires were so low in tread they should NEVER have let it off the lot in that condition. Well, I immediately did what anyone would do and reached out stating that I was almost in an accident on a 2 lane highway with a tire that ripped in 3 locations (not due to running anything over or getting a nail etc) it literally ripped apart on the sidewall where the rubber doesn't meet the road.... I called and let Josh know (he sold us vehicle and I felt he would be the best contact) and he told us over and over he would help and get us in contact with the manager. After over a month we finally heard from the Manager, Ed. He was completely dismissive and unhelpful stating that I needed to drive 3 hrs to the dealership (after I sent a very detailed long email stating I live in Palm Springs and can't come back....he kept saying "bring the tires in and let me see". I told him 3 times in each email that they took the tires away when they replaced them because I was told "these are dangerous and will do this again you need to replace". So I did..... but yet he didn't read one word of what I said just said "I need to see them...." Since the pictures and receipt of me getting new tires and the tread level wasn't enough. I spent $2,000 to get 4 new tires ONE MONTH after leaving this dealership. That is INSANE!!!! It had 39,000 miles when I bought it and I had this happen with 40,000 miles on the car..... I drove to kids school and back.....nothing crazy and had to pay out of pocket to be safe in a new car. And no help whatsoever from them. Then if that wasn't enough..... when I drove my car home from Cerritos I heard this horrible squeaking with my brakes. I thought that was so so weird and not normal that a CPO car I just thought would have squeaky breaks. I also let Josh know but that was just as useless as contacting the manager. I wasn't helped and decided to just tell the FORD/ Lincoln car dealership out here about it since my car immediately notified me it needed a maintenance. Mind you, this is after buying it 2 months ago..... so clearly it wasn't done before purchase in detail like it should have been. I take it to the dealership out by me in Palm Springs. The manager said that it's very odd to have any squeaking breaks after an inspection and me only driving it for 2 months. I told him it has been doing it non-stop and I barely have driven the car and my Mercedes I had for 10 plus years NEVER had a brake replacement or rotor in the entire life of the car...... so to hear them say that this car needed new a new rotor!!!! I was beside myself x they said it was crazy that they had to replace a rotor on a car this new and with so little miles. Again, this dealership sold me a car without a proper inspection and did NOTHING about it. I am now going to file a complaint with BBB and seek a lawyer regarding this dealership and the shadiness of their selling and lack of response to a woman with children who have been put in danger due to their negligence. With just this happening in 2 months the fear I have driving it that something else is missed gives me never ending anxiety. I would RUN to anywhere but here if you want to ensure you are getting a safe and reliable vehicle. I have a large TikTok following and haven't done a video like this in the past but I feel so strongly that they need to be called out. I want to add that I texted and emailed and was so patient and understanding for months waiting for a response or for ANYONE to care or take action. I want a more detailed inspection and all the paperwork and people held accountable for this. I want the money I forked over for these tires just to be safe driving a month after purchase. I have never complained like this about any dealership or person because I ALWAYS want to give the benefit of the doubt but this has been a NIGHTMARE for me and my family. I hope no one suffers like we have and risks their life because they trusted them to do their job. *** I just realized that when I lived there all these years ago I went here and took time to write this review! At the time of booking, I was explicitly told someone would contact me regarding a service loaner. My appointment is tomorrow, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received zero communication. The dealership sent an automated text reminder stating I could reply with questions--I have done so multiple times and have been completely ignored. It is incredibly frustrating to be expected to drop off a vehicle for extensive repairs without the basic courtesy of a return call or the loaner that was promised. On February 11, 2026, I purchased a Mini Cooper Coupe S from the dealership. About a week later, I was pulled over by Newport Beach Police and informed that the vehicle's exhaust system was excessively loud and appeared to be straight piped. I was advised that this setup could result in a state referee inspection and that, under California law, a dealership should not sell a vehicle that does not meet proper exhaust requirements. I promptly contacted the dealership to address the issue. After explaining the situation, they asked me to bring the vehicle back for inspection. Given the circumstances, I requested that the car be towed rather than driven, which they accommodated. Upon inspection, the dealership confirmed that the vehicle was indeed straight piped. They initially proposed installing an aftermarket "muffler only" through their own shop, but I declined, as I preferred an OEM-compliant solution. I was told that sourcing and installing an OEM system would take over a week. Instead, we agreed that I would handle the repair myself and be reimbursed. The vehicle was returned to me on February 26, 2026, and I had the proper exhaust system installed on February 28, 2026. I promptly submitted documentation, including invoices and photos, confirming the completed work. I did not receive a response until March 4, when I was told the reimbursement would be processed. Since then, communication has been extremely inconsistent. I followed up via email on March 17 and March 19 with no response. I also left a voicemail on March 20 and received no reply. On March 23, I finally spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive an update by the morning of March 24, which did not occur. While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the lack of timely communication and follow-through in resolving this matter has been frustrating. This situation--stemming from a vehicle being sold in a non-compliant condition--should have been handled more efficiently and with greater urgency. At this point, I am simply seeking clear communication and resolution. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve both their quality control on vehicle sales and their responsiveness when addressing customer concerns. read more

Stopped by today to look at the Ranger Raptor they had listed on their website. When I arrived at the dealership, a gentleman asked if I needed help, and I told him I wanted to see the Ranger Raptor. He told me to stand by. When he came back, he said the truck was in their offsite lot and would need to be brought over, and asked me to come inside the office to wait. I politely declined and explained that I didn't have much time to sit around while they fetched the truck. I usually like to look at the car first, think about it, and then come back (often the same day) to purchase if I'm serious. My demeanor was completely nice and respectful the entire time. Out of nowhere, the gentleman asked me, "Then why are you here?" I told him again that I just didn't have the time at the moment but could come back later since I live locally. He then made a dismissive "go away" gesture with his hands and walked off. Yup. Definitely won't be coming back. Talk about a first impression. read more

My car lost acceleration and stalled. We had it towed to Norm Reeves, and it took 2 weeks to come up with a diagnosis. They said the key fobs were bad, but I had already replaced them, and they were still under warranty. Then they changed the diagnosis to a body control module, and replaced it for $1100. They said the car was ready and I picked it up and got 3 miles away on the freeway when it lost acceleration again. I had to coast through 2 lanes of traffic to get to the shoulder. It was towed back and the next day they had the real diagnosis of transmission control module, which was also under warranty. It was fixed the next day. I asked for the money back on the repair that didn't fix the problem, and after 3 months of attorneys and the Bureau of Automotive Repairs involvement, they returned half of my money. read more

There are people hustling everywhere on site. The rep in person provided me with an estimate on the timing required to diagnose the issue with my car that was actually consistent with what the scheduler had indicated over the phone. (This was all I wanted from my previous service center that I've now divorced after 2 instances of miscommunication between their departments.) They offer rides. The finance manager came to talk to me to inform me that the truck I saw was not the truck they got an approval for. So this store ran my credit and got a loan approved for a truck that was a newer model, smaller cab and had a gas engine instead of the truck I went to look at.
