    I was so happy now it just a mess

    I bought my first car at 19, and it turned into a total fiasco from week one. Here's my blunt, no-nonsense take so you don't fall into the same trap. Yes, the iconic "check engine" light appeared within days of driving off the lot. You'd think a fresh purchase would be less problematic, but nope. My first car purchase as a 19-year-old was a disappointing lesson in buyer beware. A check engine light within the first week is a major red flag, and the cascade of reliability, maintenance, and financial headaches that followed made it one of the most stressful experiences of my early adulthood. If you're shopping for your first ride, please do your due diligence, and don't ignore the red flags just to save a few dollars upfront. This place was horrible they miss least you with a great facade but there honestly evil.

    We had a very good experience at 605 Auto. I didn't know it's been there for decades. We took 3 test drives with Eddie. He was patient, answered all our questions, and we felt we got a good deal. Prior to this we went to Cerritos Toyota and while I thought they were helpful, I felt like we were "little fish in a big ocean". So glad we went to 605 Auto. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

    Stay away!! Dishonest dealer, we went to try to get a Honda civic but then we liked a blue Camry they have there, salesperson said the car was 20k and it was also advertised in their own website at that price once in the finance office they jack up the price to 23k boom just like that and they also add a 495 anti theft deterrent ? What ? When I call them out on that the finance guy could not specify what was that. If they want 23k then advertise as such don't jack up the price just like that you been warned

    Dishonest business practices. Bought a car in June, 8 months later, still no plates. Do not even consider buying here, ask my lawyer.

When the new alternator I purchased arrived damaged, Hadi sourced a replacement by the next day and kept us on schedule to pick up the car for my wife's 50th birthday. He even took care of sending the faulty alternator back to my vendor for the refund. I had a terrible experience several years ago buying a car sight-unseen, so I was a bit apprehensive going into the deal. But they prepared the paperwork exactly as we discussed, with no hard sell on add-ons or other services to push up the price. We resolved every issue that came up on a gentleman's-handshake, and they stood by every bit of it. 5-stars the whole way through!

Secondly, the "dealership" was in a rough part of town and far from glamorous to say to least. For them to treat me like I drove to a Porsche dealership to joy ride a $200k car was laughable. Lastly, I would never submit a credit app with a place like that because god only knows where my social security number would end up if I did. Stay far far away from this place.

As a professional automotive mechanic and manager myself, I know that these add-ons are optional. Under the 2026 California CARS Act, dealerships are prohibited from misrepresenting 'optional' products as mandatory or charging for items that provide no benefit to the specific buyer. Since I have the shop and the equipment to program my own keys and apply my own sealants, these fees are entirely valueless to me. Furthermore, this vehicle is 'Toyota Gold Certified.' Per Toyota's own national CPO standards, the vehicle is required to include two master keys to pass the 160-point inspection. Charging nearly $2,000 for 'key insurance' on a car that is already required to have two keys is a redundant and predatory practice. When I called this out, the manager's response was that the price was 'firm' and my professional perspective as a technician was just a 'personal perspective.' I was ready to buy at the advertised price, but I will not do business with a dealership that ignores its own certification standards and state law. If you want a transparent deal, look elsewhere

We were in the market for a Tesla and saw that they sell their inventory online. Apply your filters and you'll see what they have in their lot whether new or used. You can show up to the dealership and inspect the car. If it's used, they make some guarantees to make sure that it's in good mechanical condition. There might also be minor imperfections on the car. But what basically happens is that the prices lowers every day until someone decides it's low enough to purchase it. Axel was our rep that helped us choose a car and answered tons of questions. After about a week of getting things lined up, we walked away with a new car. No haggling, no negotiation. Pretty much everyone was helpful with everything we needed to get the deal done. We walked away with a car we were really happy with.

Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with that particular vehicle, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and low-pressure. I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. We checked the air filter and out popped a partially torn paper with instructions how to change the filter... I've been going here for many years because it's close to where I live. They have made other mistakes like forgetting to plug in my rear view lights again after replacing bulb. They couldn't fix my old sonata either and the check engine light returned 3 times when promised it was fixed. I thought easy jobs was okay to trust this place, but I was wrong. Only bring your car here if you want a high chance of screw ups on your car.
