Best Tesla dealership! Their staff was excellent! Extremely kind any questions I had they were able to answer! Regardless if I called over the phone or if I was in person their service is 10/10 took amazing care of me and family. Would recommend if you want to buy a used Tesla but have a lot of questions this is the right place!

We came here to pick up a cybertruck and everything was perfect!! We were in and out fast!! Remy was who helped us and he was super great. He really made everything perfect for us!

On a whim, my husband said, "Wanna upgrade your Model 3? Let's go to the Tesla Center." When I bought my Tesla in 2022, you couldn't just walk onto the lot and browse new or used inventory. The process feels much more accessible now. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and told them we wanted to check out what was available on the lot. They had us sit at one of the tables with a computer to view the inventory, and once we selected a car we were interested in, the sales rep immediately went and drove it up for us to see in person. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with that particular vehicle, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and low-pressure. We really appreciated how streamlined and easy the process felt.

My husband and I decided we wanted a used Tesla and we went to 4 different dealerships to see ones we saw on the internet. Our experiences were awful!. They knew nothing about the cars. Then we went to Tesla in Norwalk and they had exactly the one we wanted and it was wonderful. We were blessed to be helped by Mo and Candy who took the time to work with us and inform us of all the features of this car. We are happy!

I purchased a black over white pre owned 2023 Model Y Performance last month from Tesla of Norwalk. The car I purchased was represented on the website to appear very nice. The price was what I was expecting for a very clean one owner vehicle with 45k miles. My pick up time was 4pm. I arrived to pick up the vehicle but the car was not detailed well inside or outside. The lot person took the car and spent 30 minutes with it in the back detail area where they address a few items we noticed. Once the car was home and after looking at the cars exterior closely without the late afternoon sun glare, it became very apparent that the cars exterior was really in rough condition. Paint chips all over the car, little parking dings everywhere , paint is in poor condition and an overall look that the car was not well taken care of on the outside. The rims had also been touched up and very poorly I might add. None of this was disclosed in the ad and the cleverly positioned photos didn't show the damage. Also there there was body and paint work on the left rear that was not disclosed. I called the dealer and after about twenty attempts over a couple of days they finally answered the phone. I explained why I was dissatisfied with the vehicle and it fell on deaf ears, they refused to do anything for us. I would not recommend ever picking up a vehicle in the late afternoon and would definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle Norwalk Tesla.

At best the people who work here are idiots at worst they are liabilities. I don't say this lightly or am trying to complain about minor issues. I bought a 23 model y performance 5/1/26. The very next day after delivery a few maintenance recommendations popped up. When I went to address said issues they literally told me the car did not need a tire rotation as it was inspected before delivery. They said if I wanted one I would have to pay out of pocket and the tires were brand new and up to Tesla pre- owned standards. To keep this short they straight up LIED!!!!!!!! The reason I say this is because I went to Tesla of Sherman oaks and they replaced all 4 WHEELS AND TIRES BECAUSE THE RIMS WERE FOUND TO BE BENT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. Not only is this dangerous but just lazy on the store as well, Do not go here do not give them your money or time, if they did this to a CPO that they swear but I can only imagine what they are ignoring on new cars

My husband and I came to test drive a car we were very excited about. I should have read more…read morereviews before we drove out from Culver City. Mind you, we called ahead of time to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, the car was pulled out in the driveway facing the sun and simply baking in 90 degree weather. My first thought was: if you knew we were coming - why wouldn't you have parked it a few feet away for us in the shade? Whatever, I didn't think much of it. We let the AC blast for ten minutes before taking it out on a decently long test drive. The AC never got cold. When I brought up this observation to my husband, the salesman Frank became agitated and defensive. "Well of course the air doesn't work, we're parked under the sun!" Right - got it. My husband pointed out a visible dent on the door. Frank was rude and annoyed with us. He threw his hands up in the air and said he'd be inside the dealership if we needed anything else. We didn't.

Long story short, I planned to purchase a vehicle cash. I called to find out what type of payment they would accept. Was told a cashier's check. Came in with cashier's check in hand, and they did all they could to imply the check may have been stolen. Never mind that it was from a reputable well known institution. Never mind that they called the automated verification number listed on the check and was told it was good. Nooooo.... they told me it was "Hertz Policy" to escort customers to the bank to verify the check. LOL. Before it actually hit me that I was likely being profiled, I agreed to go to the bank with them. Fortunately there was a very long line at the bank and as I waited with the sales rep right next to me the situation had a chance to sink in. What kind of humiliation ritual is this? Do you assume a certain demographic wouldn't have cash money to buy a car? Anyway, the bank confirmed the check was fine. We go back to the office, and I tell them they can keep the car. NOT INTERESTED. For the people in the back... WE HAVE A CHOICE WHERE WE SPEND OUR MONEY. No respect, no sale. Good day

Recently brought my 2022 Targa GTS in for service at McKenna Porsche in Norwalk. Irvine was a tiny…read morebit closer but due to McKenna breaking ground on Porsche Anaheim (which will be much closer to me), I wanted to initiate a relationship with one of the SAs at McKenna. Scheduling was straightforward with plenty of availability. Jenny Gordon was recommended via a Rennlist thread and did a great job during intake and keeping me informed throughout the service appointment. I initially went in for ASB2 , WSA4, and 2401. 2401 was the pressing one as PCNA would only comp the windshield replacement under the factory four-year warranty. CPO / extended warranties excluded. With my factory warranty expiring in mid-October I figured now would be an opportune time before the kids head back to school and work travel picks up during the fall. What really impressed me was an issue that I only brought up when I was dropping off the car. There had been some annoying slow-speed rattles when going over bumps or entering/exiting driveways. Since it was intermittent, I figured it wouldn't be taken seriously. Jenny assured me they would look into it. The car never sat and I was contacted just a few days later for pickup. Everything was addressed satisfactorily. But what won me over was what the tech (shoutout to Jerry) did to address the rattle. I figured there'd be 30+ miles put on the car to try to reproduce and address the rattle. Instead, the tech did figure 8s outside the service bays to reproduce and check his fixes after every attempt. Just look at how in-depth the tech went to try to address the rattle: 11420 FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION, STRESS ON FRONT AND REAR AXLE CARRIERS PERFORMED ROAD TEST. VERIFIED CONCERN - FOUND THERE IS AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CLICKING HEARD THROUGHOUT VEHICLE WHEN MANUEVERING OVER ROAD DIPS AND WHEN STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED. PERFORMED NOISE TRACE AND DIAGNOSIS AND FOUND NOISE IS HEARD AT FRONT AXLE AND REAR AXLE ENDS. RAISED VEHICLE. INSPECT VEHICLE UNDERBODY - REMOVED ALL 4 WHEELS AND INSPECT CENTRAL WHEEL LOCKS FOR DAMAGES / CONTACT SURFACE TO WHEEL HUB OK. FOUND CENTRAL LOCKS DRY - APPLIED GREASE FOR WHEEL LOCKS. CLEAN CONTACT SURFACES. MOUNT AND TORQUE WHEELS TO SPECIFICATION. REPEAT DRIVE - FOUND NOISE STILL PRESENT. DISCONNECT SWAY BAR LINKS FRONT AND REAR, RETEST -FOUND NOISE NOT AS PROFOUND BUT STILL CLICKS BUT NOT AS EXCESSIVE. REMOVED UNDERBODY PANELING. CHECK TORQUE ON UNDERBODY SUSPENSION. CONFIRM BOLTS ARE TIGHT. PLACE VEHICLE ONTO ALIGNMENT RACK - LOOSEN FRONT SUSPENSION COMPONENTS TO RELIEVE MOUNTING STRESS. TIGHTEN AND LIFT VEHICLE. REPLACED BOLTS AT FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION AND TORQUE TO SPECIFICATION. REPLACED SWAY BAR LINK MOUNTING NUTS AND TORQUE TO SPECIFICATION. CLEAN SURFACES AND REPEAT ROAD TEST. OK AFTER RE-TORQUE. INSTALL UNDERBODY MOUNTING. FINAL ROAD TEST. OK. This was my first visit service visit at McKenna and they set the bar pretty high! I'm returning soon to get my annual oil change and a loose door check inspected. Noticed it after I picked up the car (hand-tightened it to hold me over). And since my factory warranty will be ending soon, wanted them to look everything over. MISC NOTES: PCA's 10% discount doesn't seem to apply. My loaner was a base Macan. In sport mode it responds decently well. My wife liked how it handled compared to our much heavier Rivian R1S (can't fight physics after all...). The service lane is pretty tight and when you get blocked in by all the other customers, it might take a little time to get out. Really looking forward to the Anaheim location opening up, it'll be much closer and I assume service ingress / egress will be much improved. Outside of service, I assume their sales team is equally good since my neighbor and another close friend both went out of their way to purchase their vehicles from McKenna.
