    2026 BMW 530i

    My salesperson Jakob was great to work with. We handled most of the deal over the phone, and after a couple hours of back and forth, we got it done. I really appreciated not having to make multiple trips just to land a solid deal. I'll be honest--my first BMW purchase about 3 years ago wasn't a good experience, and a big part of that was the management at the time. Because of that, I was pretty hesitant to come back to McKenna. But this time felt completely different. The new staff and sales team made me feel valued and respected throughout the process. Jakob (100% recommended) really came through and did his best to get me the terms I was looking for, which made a big difference. Overall, a much better experience this time around, and I'd definitely come back and work with Jakob again.

    Ask for Edgar!!!! My experience at McKenna BMW was a 10/10!!! From the moment that we walked in we were greeted with great customer service and welcoming energy. Edgar made the car buying process so smooth and easy. Edgar showed me the inventory and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their products. Going into the dealership, I had a number in mind and the team met my goal! Not to mention, his consideration to bring an umbrella to make sure I didn't get wet while looking at the vehicles. Additionally, the finance Manager Roxanna was also wonderful and kind. She explained all the maintenance packages thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a quick process which was nice. Highly recommend buying your vehicle with Edgar at McKenna BMW!!!

    Be careful taking it here for maintenance I took my bmw for a cpo repair and as soon as I left 5 mins into driving away from the dealership the car started rumbling and all the lights went on. Somehow it was my fault to cover the repair , they didn't want to look into it and made me pay for a repair that wasn't mine due to their negligence on a multipoint inspection. Wouldn't that be a process to check everything ? Either way nobody from higher management ever reached out or nothing. Still till this day I feel like I was taken advantage of.

    This is the new car next to my old one.  Keep coming back because I love the service!

    Update from 4-15-25 Exceptional Service from Daniel Saldana and Issac Yela at McKenna BMW I can't say enough great things about my recent experience at McKenna BMW, thanks to two incredible service advisors: Daniel Saldana and Issac Yela. My car had quite a list of issues--radiator fluid leaking, a nail in the tire, a cracked rim--and I also wanted to get it detailed once everything was resolved. From the moment I arrived, Issac made me feel seen, heard, and respected. He treats me like a big brother would--always kind, professional, and incredibly personable. He listens to every concern I have, no matter how small, and never makes me feel dramatic or dismissed. His empathy and attentiveness are rare in the world of car service. Issac had to step away for a pre-scheduled vacation while my vehicle was still in the shop, and that's when Daniel Saldana stepped in--and let me just say, he's amazing. Every time I've worked with Daniel, he makes me feel like I'm part of his family. He truly looks out for my best interests. I never feel like I'm being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services. There's a genuine sense of care in how Daniel communicates and handles everything. They also made sure I was set up with a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, and the entire pick-up and drop-off process was a breeze. Pro tip: definitely reserve a loaner vehicle in advance--they go quickly because McKenna serves so many loyal customers (myself included!). I live in Huntington Beach and willingly make the drive out to Norwalk just to work with Issac and Daniel. That's how much I trust them and value the experience they provide. I love them both--they make McKenna BMW feel like a truly exceptional place to be a customer.

    At this beautiful new location, we were able to lease a great car thanks to the kind help of Deborah and Henry. They really went above and beyond to get us a good deal, and now we have the opportunity to drive a car we love. If you're looking into BMW, I highly recommend visiting this place and checking it out! Even the way they delivered the car to us--beautifully wrapped up like a special gift--was so impressive, and we could really feel how much care and effort they put into it.

    if i could give zero stars I would but it don't let me first off went to order a key from Parts Manager Norman Katimbang after key gets there bmw saying to take the car in to get the key programmed took it in tues for service 6/17/25didn't get the car back till Friday 6/20/25 back to square one key not working paid 514$ for the key and the 285$ to program it for comfort Access Assistant Service Manager Daniel Saldana said to give him 10 stars for what for stealing and not making it right just go to Alhambra bmw or anywhere else but not here

But they prepared the paperwork exactly as we discussed, with no hard sell on add-ons or other services to push up the price. While the car was advertised at $27,634, the…read moresales manager, Eric, insisted on a $1,995 'mandatory' Zurich Shield and Key Replacement fee. As a professional automotive mechanic and manager myself, I know that these add-ons are optional. Under the 2026 California CARS Act, dealerships are prohibited from misrepresenting 'optional' products as mandatory or charging for items that provide no benefit to the specific buyer. Since I have the shop and the equipment to program my own keys and apply my own sealants, these fees are entirely valueless to me. Furthermore, this vehicle is 'Toyota Gold Certified.' Per Toyota's own national CPO standards, the vehicle is required to include two master keys to pass the 160-point inspection. Charging nearly $2,000 for 'key insurance' on a car that is already required to have two keys is a redundant and predatory practice. When I called this out, the manager's response was that the price was 'firm' and my professional perspective as a technician was just a 'personal perspective.' I was ready to buy at the advertised price, but I will not do business with a dealership that ignores its own certification standards and state law. If you want a transparent deal, look elsewhere

We were in the market for a Tesla and saw that they sell their inventory online. Apply your filters and you'll see what they have in their lot whether new or used. You can show up to the dealership and inspect the car. If it's used, they make some guarantees to make sure that it's in good mechanical condition. There might also be minor imperfections on the car. But what basically happens is that the prices lowers every day until someone decides it's low enough to purchase it. Axel was our rep that helped us choose a car and answered tons of questions. After about a week of getting things lined up, we walked away with a new car. No haggling, no negotiation. Pretty much everyone was helpful with everything we needed to get the deal done. We walked away with a car we were really happy with.

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. We checked the air filter and out popped a partially torn paper with instructions how to change the filter... I've been going here for many years because it's close to where I live. They have made other mistakes like forgetting to plug in my rear view lights again after replacing bulb. They couldn't fix my old sonata either and the check engine light returned 3 times when promised it was fixed. I thought easy jobs was okay to trust this place, but I was wrong. Only bring your car here if you want a high chance of screw ups on your car.
