I stopped in a couple days beforehand and ended up chatting with Alex about the upcoming service, since I had a bunch of notes in the online appt reservation that didn't get saved. He confirmed they didn't transfer to the system, so he gave me a couple options other make sure the list of items I needed was included in my ticket. I also spoke to Kenya who was helpful in making sure that my notes were included in the ticket. Long story short, they went the extra mile in my opinion and were very accommodating to ensure that everything I needed was done, and nothing I didn't need was done (since I already performed five or six of the main service items myself earlier in the week). I'm pretty particular/meticulous with my vehicle maintenance, but Alex and the team at NoHo made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle there, and delivered. I'll will happily be coming back here for any other dealer maintenance needs in the future. Thanks again Alex!

Was told that my SW is upto date despite a Service Action advising JLR dealer of an update to fix a coolant actuator sensor reading. When I asked the Service Advisor what level they determined I am at as latest is a few revisions beyond -AB, I am told that the don't, can't, or won't tell me what I'm at. Other that its up to date. This update addresses a error code that has put the car into limp mode. A basic tenant of any SW update is first understanding what level you are are, so as far as I am concerned Galpin was not being transparent with me and I can't phathom why.

I mistook him for a sales rep, but he was very eager and happy to assist and showed me a few vehicles including the Tiguan even after explaining he was a service advisor. I told him a few times I didn't want to disturb him and I'd wait for a rep, but he was so kind, thoughtful, and exceedingly helpful. A big kudos to Mike, and five stars for his patience, knowledge, and extraordinary customer service! He had no ego, and went above and beyond - setting the standard for how all employees at Volkswagen should behave. Cheers, my mother is very happy with her Tiguan!

I spoke to an employee, and he admitted that they had accidentally caused the damage. When I asked how they planned to resolve the issue, he told me not to worry and said I could bring the car back and they would fix it in one day. However, the situation turned out very differently. I left my car with them, but they did not provide me with a loaner vehicle, and the repair ended up taking an entire week. As a result, I was unable to work, since my income depends on having a car. Because of their mistake, I was left without a source of income for a whole week.

Not only did he make my experience seamless and stress-free, he gave me great suggestions for additional options, as well as alerting me to how worn and dangerous my tires were, with the lack of tread. Giovani and his tech caught that very serious issue and I was able to replace all my tires at the same time. If you're ever in need of work by Toyota, in the LA valley, I could not possibly recommend Giovani at Key's Toyota Service department more. He is the best! His tech's name escapes me, but he was great too. The tech took the time to stop what he was doing and come out to talk with me about all the work. I immediately knew I was in great hands. They also completed the work so fast!! Additional, Tony Manikian, in Sales is great too. I ventured into sales to inquire about upcoming models, and the two friendly employees at the welcome desk, as well as Tony, were so incredibly nice and accommodating, even knowing I wasn't purchasing at the moment.
