    UPDATE (3/9): After the dealership responded here asking me to reach out, I attempted to send an email regarding vehicle I was interested in to (seanevans@lithia.com). However, the email was returned as undeliverable. I also want to note that I followed up with Shakespeare (Internet Sales Manager), who informed me today that the vehicle was sold. However, as of this afternoon, the car is still listed as available on the dealership's website and on platforms like CarGurus and TrueCar. Still hoping I get some clarification.

    First car I've ever had was from this place. Drove a Veloster and ever since then I've been getting Hyundai for almost 10 years now. The newest car I got this year was an Ioniq 6 and it's amazing! The staff and the sales rep went above and beyond to help me make a decision and to have what works out for me. Michael/Mike was really sweet and helpful, took his time to show us the cars and answer any questions. Even after getting the car he checks up on me and I have never experienced that with the other sales rep that helped me throughout the years! Fred who's in the finance department, was also super helpful and made sure I understood the policies and procedures that needed to be mentioned. I can't wait for my next car in... 3 years haha Thank you Keyes Van Nuys Team for the great help!

    5 stars all around for Miles! When I need to buy a car I will definitely be going here and only seeing Miles. My mother needed a new car after owning her Tucson for 14 years. We stopped by on a Tuesday night and Miles was there to greet us. He made the entire process so easy and smooth. My mom got to walk out with a brand new Tucson hybrid! He was friendly and not pushy and everything you want in a sale person. He definitely won my business for any future car purchases for me and my entire family. Thanks again Miles!

If it's not in stock they can order it or have it brought over. A lot of great knowledgeable people. Sometimes I pop in just for a can of WD40, AA as well as AAA batteries or something practical. Service is fairly smooth and prompt also, even when there's a bit of a line. Super clean, organized, attentive and thoughtful. Every customer matters to them and they're often willing to help you on the floor/in store as well as directly out front. Definitely Parts Experts/Parts People, but more than a few go above and beyond and even have some mechanical knowledge. I was honestly terrified to hand over the keys to my 2025 MX5, but these guys absolutely nailed it. I've seen plenty of hack jobs on this color where the panels look muddy or different shades in the sun. This shop treated it like a science project. You literally cannot tell it was ever touched, even under direct sunlight. The work itself is top tier. No overspray, no orange peel texture, and the body lines on the Miata are back to being razor-sharp. It's clear they didn't just rush it through the booth; they took the time to prep it right and finish it even better. I'm pretty picky about my car, so I appreciated that I didn't have to chase them down for info. They hit me with regular updates and photos of the progress, so I knew exactly where things stood. It's rare to find a shop that's this professional and actually has the skill to back it up. Most of the time I end up not even taking my car here for the service that I'm looking for, because it's so expensive. When I was looking to buy tires? Expensive. Oil changes? Expensive!. Repairs, almost as expensive as the dealership! The whole point of a pep boys is that I'm don't have to pay for dealership prices. So if I have to pay almost as much as I would have to pay the dealership, why would I bring it to pep boys? The people who work here are also not very helpful. It's extremely difficult to get anybody on the phone, it just rings and rings and rings. They're very dismissive, especially of my wife. The few times that we have had work done here she has not had a great experience with either dropping off or picking the vehicle up. So why two stars instead of one? Well, I've never had any issues with the quality of the work that they do. Or the timeliness of the work that they do. So while they are expensive, and the service isn't great, the actual work that they do seems to be fine. So fair is fair.

When I said I had an appointment, I was told, "You know we close at 4:30, right?" My service light was on, but I only received an oil change. I was texted that my car was ready 45 minutes later, but the female at the service counter had already left. The service light was still on. The next day, I was told I had only received an oil change and would need to return for the service light issue, along with a quote sent for over $6,000. I bought the part myself for $40 at AutoZone and took my car elsewhere, where I paid $100 for installation. I also requested that I never be assisted by that female employee again, and I will not be returning.
