About 2 weeks ago I bought Model Y with this dealership and I can tell it's was worst experience of buying a car in my life. They ruined my memories about buying my 1st brand new car. I came to the dealership and said straight if I like everything I'm ready to leave on new car. I thought any manager dream about these words and would be ready do the best to make it. I've got the loan on my previous car but already got offer and said "if you approve finance on apr what I want I'm going straight to the guys who gave me offer,sell it and close my current loan". My main thing was not to stay with no car cause I've got pregnant wife and delivery was day in a day and I explained this to the manager. When we made application the started telling me to get approval I have to close the loan first. I was like okay I'll do it tomorrow cause it was kinda late( I came about 1-2pm and left 5pm cause they took so much time to make application) Next day I come back with papers about sold car and they still can't give me approval cause BANK don't reply em. Amm.... You guys offer 2% APR but you don't give finance. So they can't promise about ANY APR but offer you that. Also for get 2% they ask extra down payment which not telling before nowhere but that's fine. 3rd day I still wait just approval and start frustrating cause I'm with no wheels. And guy offer give me demo drive car for 24h. Dude,I yesterday stood in front of you with pregnant wife,2 dogs and 2 huge bags with stuff from previous car and you didn't offer me this?! So respectful... On the 4th day I just started call and message to the company and say that if they don't give me reply today I'm leaving to somebody else cause I'm done with that Sh*t Guess what? 1h later I get my approve on finance. So I have to argue to get reply??:) wow Then I had to pick up my car from THOUSAND OAKS location which is 30miles away by myself lol When I arrived they just directed me where's my car and said "go ahead this is your car you good to go" I was like... No presentation or anything lol Next day my friend told me they gave him year ago fre supercharge for free for 1year. I call em and ask do you wanna give anything?? They started tell like they gave me full self drive for free which was my referral and free internet 1st month free which they give for everyone and it cost $10 lol So...... I first did a test drive at this location back in August 2020. I literally just showed up and did the test drive that same day. No waiting or hassle at all. A few days after the test drive I went back in to begin the purchasing process. Chris helped me throughout the entire process and he made it all so easy and stress free. The car was back ordered so I had to wait for the car I purchased. Chris was so responsive and patient despite my constant pestering with questions and inquiries. Overall I had a great experience! Once my car arrived, I was walked to my car and explained the process of driving it off the lot. Signed some final documents and I was on my way! Such an easy process! I went to this place, got in to show room, walked around observed every car there, surprised NON OF THE SELLERS talk to me at all. I'm a Latino person, but i can afford to get a Tesla. During there I notice another person (different race) walked in and Inmediatly got service with out ask a single question. I went to the seller and expressed my discomfort, he just said "oh nothing personal" . I hopen the dealerahip owner can read this, they (the sellers) make money they sell cars but if they continue with this attitude I doubt. read more

Everything! My advice is... There are TESLA's every where you look and they have showrooms all over the place. Even in MALLS! Before you purchase one, look at where their service centers are!!! I live in the San Fernando Valley near the 405 & 5 freeways. We were told by our salesperson that they have a repair shop in Burbank and one on Camarillo and these are the closest to me! BUT, (due to popular demand!) A new ONE (1) is being built in Valencia.). WOW what hero's they are! You should Yelp or Google the service centers and read the "Nightmare 1&2 star reviews. My wife, son & daughter and I went to drive one before we knew all of this! He told us we really recommend that you put down a $250 "Non Refundable" deposit to hold one because they are so "HARD TO GET" which was a TOTAL lie! We went home to get the best financing worked out and talked to a few friends (3 of them own these cars). We were educated and found out TESLA STOCK is DROPPING and all models are totally available! Sorry but when we learned the truth and heard the BS that sales people are told to pitch we will NEVER purchase one! EVER! I will NOT be another cow standing in line to be slaughtered! Oh.... One more thing, you can't lease one for 3 years to see if you really want to purchase it because they won't let you buy it when the lease ends. Lying cheating car salespeople..... SORRY..... PS, At the time of this writing I found out that they HAVE a repair shop in Van Nuys and the salesman didn't even know that! It figures...... Good luck read more

He gave us all the info we asked straight up, spent entire time on the test drive answering questions, and gave us all kinds of different breakdowns on payment plans between different vehicles. (On top of this, the place isn't as hectic as the Burbank dealership [although they were helpful too -- we went to both] but at Fashion Square Mall location, here, you really get some outstanding attention. I highly recommend this Tesla location! Everyone was super nice, especially Micaiah. He greeted my girl and I with a smile and was very helpful, informative, and very professional. We were able to test drive a new model Y and checked out all the new features. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Micaiah helped us a lot by explaining how the rebates work. After i walked in and chose the car, i had let them know that i dont want to put more than 3k down payment and the salesman and manager told me "not a problem you first need to be approved for the tesla terms and we can adjust it once approved".. I paid the non refundable $250 to start application and once it was approved (after the hard credit inquiry) they had let me know that they cannot change the down payment. I left after paying $250 non refundable and a hard credit inquiry. I asked if at least i can get my credit report that they pulled and they said no. Ive had a tesla for 2 years prior and after it got totaled was interested to get a new one. The Mercedes EQS has 400 mile range and costs a bit less. Im done with Tesla. Poor manufacturing and terrible service. read more

My wife and I visited this store with intentions of learning about the Model Y and talk Tesla with potentially making the purchase. We walk in the store and one man representative is nose deep in his laptop doing nothing. We waited around for about 10 minutes. I asked him a question and he short answered me which suggested I was not important and put his AirPods in. Next, the woman rep came from the back, didn't acknowledge us either..strange...my wife and I are great at keeping our posture. However, to not be greeted or talked to at all made us feel a type of way. The lady rep returns back with some food, walks right past us and STILL DOESNT SAY ANYTHING. She walks towards the back and right before she enters the door a new couple comes in and she turns around and says Welcome To Tesla.. We have never felt more disrespected than this moment. So our body language changed and the woman rep made a gesture to the man rep and he asked if we had any questions. By this time, it was too late. The whole experience left us feeling speechless and slightly angry. This location has the worst customer service from our experience. Nothing about this made us excited about buying a Tesla today. I suggest they hire staff that has basic meet and greet skills because for such a quality automobile brand, this team is subpar. read more

The dealership experience was lousy. We were promised a bunch of perks (like 1000 free hours of supercharging and streaming music) but got nothing. Every time we've asked "hey, what about that?" they say "sorry, that promotion ended" or give us some other excuse. They also promised to help us configure all the settings, but nope. And on top of this, they didn't honor the price quote they gave us. Absolutely nobody there cared, and the attitude from the manager was offensive. If you want the car, get it -- it's only slightly above average -- but go to another dealership. However, it may be standard for this company to feed the customer a bunch of lies. read more

He is extremely personal , informative and patient since we went back and forth on texting and e-mail. Never once he was pushy like a typical car salesman. He answered all of my questions to his best ability. I am a tech junkie and I was eyeing on model Y for a year. Thanks to his endeavors, I finally took the plunge of ordering recently with him (only my regret was to wait too long and price increase of $3000 since i was serious about it) I could have just signed up online deposit with $250 (another bummer instead of $100). Horrible experience. We scheduled a test drive online. We received a call confirming the test drive. Additionally, on the day that we had the test we called to confirm we can arrive early. The representative said arriving early would be fine. We arrived and the lady at the counter said they had no cars to test drive. She began to say that they don't call to tell customers if they have cars or not. But they for some reason they were able to confirm my early arrival. She began to ask us if we want to look at options and pricing. Sounded like a sales pitch. We drove 40 minutes to this location. Waste of 80 minutes (including drive back). This won't stop us from buying a Tesla. But worst customer service. What do they even pay them for? We walked in and there were five (5) people doing nothing. No customers. But they were too busy to pick up the phone to call their 4pm appointment time that no cars were available for test driving. Looks to me like their manager needs to evaluate how many they employ and who they employ. read more
