    Ellie K. helped me through the purchase process when I found the perfect Escalade for my mom. She sent pictures because the website had not been updated, I drove over an hour to check out the Cadillac. Went over numbers and trade, the following week my mom had her well deserved Escalade Platinum. Some issues arose on the way home and Ellie scheduled me in right away with a loaner to check out the warnings. Some things could have been better since there were immediate issues(I understand buying a used vehicle), but overall a positive experience during the purchase process.

After reviewing everything, I feel like I was heavily upsold on services and parts that either weren't urgently needed or could have been done at a much more reasonable price elsewhere. For example, my vehicle wasn't even due for an oil change yet based on my mileage history. I actually wanted to see if they would be honest about it, but instead I was still sold the service. What really bothered me is that the business promotes honesty and transparency, but my experience felt like the opposite. I didn't feel properly informed or given options -- just pressured into agreeing to expensive add-ons. If you have money to blow, then by all means go to this shop. I originally checked Google reviews and saw mostly positive feedback, which is why I chose this place. But after my experience, I went on Yelp and found multiple reviews describing very similar situations to mine. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any services here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. My car is in phenomenal shape, and I saved a good amount of money (and headache) compared to what I was quoted at another spot down the street. Thank you Amir!

After a 20 minute drive we decided to buy the car and because we were paying by check we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. That was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. The car looks in flawless shape and they not only showed us the Carfax, they showed us another more detailed report showing clear title and no accidents or damage. I liked that all the people there worked together to speed up the process. Again, we bought a car in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The young guy who took me on the test drive was great -- you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is rare, and it made the whole experience easy. And at the front desk, I was greeted by a young lady whose name -- I promise I am not making this up -- is Jennifer Lopez. Lol. I bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y. When I got home and ran the numbers myself, I was off from their figures by three dollars. Three. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons -- just taxes and DMV, exactly as discussed. They also buy and sell used vehicles, electric cars especially, so whether you're buying or selling it's worth giving them a call. Couldn't be happier with the experience.     I found Trade-in Solutions on Caredge.com and Cargurus.com originally, and based on the yelp…read morereviews and the great call I had with Jennifer from the dealership who followed up on my online inquiry about a 2023 Tesla Model Y they had in stock, I decided to book a test drive the next day (May 20th!) The listed price on their website for the VIN 7SAYGDEE2PA109095 was $29,388 as of May 19th when I looked and sent in the inquiry about the car online after-hours. Jennifer called in the morning May 20th and helped me set up the test drive same-day and was very helpful. The staff were all very nice, patient, and accommodating. They let me test drive + inspect the vehicle from head to toe. Adam led me on the test drive and let me test out everything I wanted to test out. After the test drive, one of the managers Jess sat me down in her office to talk purchase numbers - frankly I was ready to purchase the car immediately after how patient and upfront every one of their staff members had been! Sadly, that is where the pleasantries ended. Jess wrote up an out-the-door price that listed the car as $30,888. This was an increase in price overnight of $1500. I mentioned to Jess that it appears they had raised the price since I viewed it online, and that I felt a little bait and switched, but that if they would honor the original price they had listed the car for, I was still interested in purchasing it. Jess quickly hurried me out the office after going to talk to the store manager or someone, and reassured me that she would contact me regarding the pricing history of the car. She did, just 30 minutes later when I had sat down for lunch with my family. Jess insisted that I had been viewing a different VIN from a car that was now in Seattle despite the screenshots I have uploaded to this review proving the price increased unexpectedly (thankfully I still had their dealership's website open from the night before on my laptop when I got home, and I was able to download the original web page proving the price for this exact VIN was indeed originally $29,388 before I came in to test drive!) To stop the arguing and unnecessary back-and-forth, I asked her politely to confirm that the new price of $30,888 was the price they were going to stick with, and she confirmed that this was indeed the price they would stick with and that there was no changing the price. She further insisted that I was the one who was mistaken and that the car I viewed was not in their possession, and thanked me for coming in anyways and to have a nice day. While this kind of practice is not uncommon, reading the reviews on here for this dealership really did not lead me to expect this kind of bait-and-switch behavior! If Jess had simply told me they had a pricing error and the dealership wanted to sell the car for $30,888 and not $29,888, I would have accepted this and purchased the car anyways especially considering how accommodating the staff had been, but to lie to my face and try to convince me I was delusional? This goes against my moral compass and I cannot in good conscience support behavior like this. I am uploading pictures of the sales sheet and their company's website as further proof. However, I would like to say that everyone aside from Jess (Adam, Jennifer, and the kind front deskman whose name I sadly cannot remember right now) did their jobs well and were extremely helpful and patient! I may consider reporting this to the better business bureau as well, as bait-and-switch tactics such as these are exactly why dealerships get a bad rep. Make sure to take screenshots of the dealership's website of the car you are going to purchase before contacting them for a test drive or coming in person to view the car! This will save you a headache. Also make sure the VIN is clearly visible, as Jess proved that this would've been necessary to prove the original price.

Stephan offered me the opportunity to have my car fully repaired like new at significantly less than so many other body shops quoted. I was ELATED! Because ultimately I love my car and I was basically seeking another one of the same to no avail(I also adore the color most of all). So it took exactly 1 week and 1 day for them to have my car fixed, replaced the entire hood and repaired the bumper while my insurance left me no hope of that being a possibility at all. I have no idea how they did it let alone so fast. Just look at the pics of before and after I've attached. He did an amazing job taking care of my car and even had it detailed inside and out! AND even changed the body of my key that was falling apart which a corporate Fiat dealership would've charged me like $250 at least for. I can't recommend them enough! He was a very kind and sincere guy and I will definitely be contacting him again for any possible repairs I may have in the future. THANKS STEPHAN!!!

Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. RIGHT NOW THIS FUCKING CAR DOESNT START ANYMORE EVEN WITH A JUMP START. and i spend $350 dollars for the battery in the mid of october, and right now. I have to replace the battery again or my car doesn't start at all. i would have to pay like additional 2-3k to fix the car. I WILL ALSO REPORT HIM TO BBB AND ALL OTHER AGENCY AND PLATFORM.
