As I go to buy the car we do a drive and all is good so we get to signing the deal. They tried to tack on $3,000.00 worth of bogus add ons. $1,000 battery warranty. Bro a better is $200 why would anyone insure it. $1,000 for some kind of low jack service I don't want. $1,000 for paint protection that I'm pretty sure isn't on there. Anyways, I walked from the deal 3-5 times and every time they took one off. I ended up getting the deal for the price I saw on the 3rd party site. I met Ruman in October 2025 when I purchased my Lexus RZ 450e. He is very kind and answers all the questions you need to know. Overall, he 's not pressuring you or saying anything to make you buy a car. I told him I live too far away, 3 hours and 45 minutes away, and he did most of the paperwork before I got there. This is the quickest paperwork processing I've ever experienced when buying a car. We test drove the car, driving around , and I really loved it. Later in the parking lot, we tried the self - parking option, but it was not working. That 's okay; no big deal. I can figure it out later. I am very happy with my new electric car. However, later on, I tried multiple times, and the self-parking feature was still nonfunctional . I called Ruman to get it fixed and taken care of with no hassle. Ruman always answers my calls and quickly replies to my text messages, even on his days off. Also, shout out to Andrew, the manager of the service department. Thank you for fixing my car correctly . Lexus in San Diego diagnosed that my driver mirror camera needed calibration and took them three days. Andrew and his technician diagnosed my car again, and there was nothing wrong with the driver mirror; the camera was still working. Andrew found out that my backup camera was not functioning . You could still see the camera when backing up the car, but the sensor was not working, so it wasn't braking when cars drove by closely . He replaced the new camera and recalibrated it; now the car is 100% working. I am very happy even though it took ten days to fix . Mostly, ordering parts took three to four days . But anyways, thanks for letting me loan a car for ten days at no extra charge. Overall, Ruman and Andrew are the best . They listen to their customers' needs and solve problems . read more

Check the DOT numbers on your tires before you leave the lot. I wish someone had told me this sooner. I leased a brand new 2024 Lexus, only to later discover that the tires installed on my vehicle were manufactured in 2022--already two years old at the time of delivery. After doing my research, I learned that while 0-24 months is considered acceptable for a new car, tires older than 24 months are NOT standard and should be replaced when brought to the dealership's attention. When I notified Lexus of Van Nuys about this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do--despite industry guidelines and customer service standards saying otherwise. This kind of dismissive response feels dishonest and unprofessional. Please be cautious. Do not assume a "new car" automatically comes with new, current-year tires. Check everything before signing. My lease is ending soon, and because of this experience, I will not be returning or spending my hard-earned money at this dealership again. I came into the store for a vehicle they listed online at 69K. When they presented the bill of sale, they priced the vehicle at 77K. While I was able to get the online price without too much of a fight, the fact that they nearly charged me a higher price than the online listing leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Buying a car should, fundamentally, be fun and exciting. The fact that I had to use effort to talk the sales and general manager back to the advertised online price speaks volumes about Keyes' views on honesty and their extractive business model which targets consumers. What would have happened if I was a just little less knowledgeable? | feel like I had to do WAY TOO MUCH due diligence in order to simply get the advertised price. As for the Staff WATCH OUT FOR THE GOOD COP BAD COP TACTIC, salesman AB and sales manager Arman Chivichyan were both courteous and respectful, although I believe Arman was responsible for the attempted subterfuge mentioned earlier. Things took a turn for the MUCH WORSE after I entered into negotiations with LASO ABBAS. Laso was unbelievably rude. During heated negotiations regarding my trade in value, Armin and AB remained respectful while Laso Abbas began to get super heated and raise his voice at me. I was firm on my number, which seemed to offend Laso who then began to yell and raise his voice to get the point across. This is NOT how a general sales manager should act. He should have simply accepted with grace OR reject it. I should not and did not want to have to sit through the general sales manager's TANTRUM in order to buy a car. Max, the finance manager, was cold and unincredible .
