My experience with Prestige Auto Mart was not a hair shy of top shelf. From the first phone call down to driving my new wheels off the lot, I was spoiled. The personal care and attention to detail I received from my dedicated broker, Arman Israyelyan was as if my own brother was curating every business negotiation. From selling my previous car, to pulling off a miracle deal with the financial institution of my new ride he pulled off what I believed to be impossible. Arman was gracious, courteous, an astute listener to all my questions and met every one of my bullet point concerns that I had stressed from our original conversation. He made the experience stress free and seamless so I can go about the cares of my daily life while he meticulously and effortlessly pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the hat. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Prestige Auto Mart and the young, talented and professional man Arman Israyelyan who has a very bright future ahead of him. Prestige Auto Mart is a very respectable brick and mortar business that just simply gets it. Their number one priority is the customer and their satisfaction. They bring "YOU" into Value! After leasing my Mercedes-Benz S-Class from Prestige Auto Mart Glendale, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the savings and outstanding service I've received. Prestige not only helped reduce my down payment, but also lowered my monthly lease payments significantly. Mercedes-Benz dealership in Beverly Hills quoted a much higher total--nearly $12,000 for the down payment and registration--and their lease price was roughly $500 more than what I'm paying now. The Prestige team--Vladimir, Arman, and everyone--went above and beyond to ensure I saved money and felt well taken care of. Amazing work ethic, very professional! They treated me like family, not just a customer. The process of signing and taking delivery was quick and straightforward, far easier than at many dealerships. I will definitely continue my relationship with Prestige and look forward to my next purchase. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Prestige Auto Mart ! Thank you for being outstanding. read more
