My review of this business was removed and I hadn't noticed it till recently. Best advice is to stay away from this business and their workers. The owner Arbi is rude and harasses you if you speak out against how him and his employees upsell the "deals" they have. After leaving a negative review, he called tried to offer me money in exchange for removing my review. He clearly didn't get my sarcasm when I said I don't remove reviews. The car was promised to us with a perfect credit for a certain price. He tried to tell us we had to pay over 15$ more a month because we didn't have a " long enough credit history" which is very incorrect. When we said we needed more time to think about the deal, his employee who had driven us to see the car got upset and became aggressive. Then he sends me a msg on yelp after I left his business a one star review. Stay away if you don't want to be harassed and stalked by Arbi and his team. He claims he ceases any future contact with me yet he was sending mail to our house until we moved out. read more

I relocated from NY to CA back in September and needed to get a new lease for my father in law. I was referred to Andre at iCar by a friend of mine who lives here and got one of his cars from him previously. I initially spoke to a few dealerships but then decided to give iCar a shot, and so happy I did! Andre beat the price of every dealer and delivered me the car to my house! Fast forward a few months and we were looking for another new car for ourselves. We decided on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and contacted Andre who advised us to test drive it first to ensure we like it. While test driving, the sales crew of course tried to convince us to lease the car from them. When I told them the price that Andre gave us, they literally said "call us when that deal falls through because there is no way that he's going to be able to give you that price". The dealer then told me the price was over 150$ less than what the going lease price for the car was! I called Andre back and confirmed all the details and had the car in front of my house in a few days. There were no hidden fees, no gimmicks, you get what he promises you and his customer service is amazing. Got my lease from them in 2021. While Christina made sure to get the car I wanted...they basically stole $500 from me. I asked about Gap insurance and they said it would be $500 and it would be better to go through them so it would be on my "contract". On the day of pick up they called me and asked me to bring the $500 in"cash". I trusted them because I had some family members go through them too. My contract did not note any Gap insurance and they wouldn't even give me a receipt for the $500 cash I gave them because they said their receipts person was out of the office. Days later then sent me an "invoice" for $500 with one line on it and my contract never got updated with GAP insurance....so still no "receipt" and no "GAP insurance." I called the dealership they went through because iCar told me to and Toyota of Glendale said they never received $500 for GAP insurance from iCar. Toyota suggested I call US bank because they financed my lease. I called US Bank to ask about Gap insurance...and spoke to their auto loan department who verified that their lease contracts already included GAP coverage AND he verified that there was no need to pay extra for it AND he verified they did NOT receive $500 from iCar for any such thing. Many phone calls laters and Arbi just kept trying to offer me a referral for their "tint" partner. Or he kept repeating that the gap insurance they charged me for helped to seal the deal I got which was a lie because I asked about Gap once all the numbers for finalized beforehand. Was not helpful at all and till this day...no actual true receipt for my $500 and no gap insurance documentation. I gave up because he even became condescending, rude and yelling on the telephone. He was very defensive and stated I was "talking badly about his business" when I just wanted my $500 back. I'm writing this over a year and half later because I have been occupied dealing with other personal Heath matters but I just want others to be cautious of this company. Do NOT give them cash for ANYTHING. I should've known better but like I said I trusted them because other family members have gone through them. But I should NOT have. read more
