After being rear ended and needing a flatbed to tow my car to my home, Triple A sent Luis from Car Geeks. He had a tough job. I was at a corner on a residential street but the 4-wheel drive car was not moveable with the rear wheels locked. He knew exactly what to do and went to work pulling the car up the flatbed perfectly! He is also a nice guy and a positive thinker. If you need a tow call Car Geeks and ask for Luis!!! ps: I'm very picky. read more

This was before I had Triple AAA and I had my dog shit Nissan Versa that died during Anime Expo. We were at an Air BnB in a super fisted area and cars were super close and parked to one another. A Naruto cosplayer helped to jump my car, but alas, even after keeping it on for 30 minutes, it still died later and there was no way I can hang out and take my friends back and forth to the con. So at least Uber worked for that. I actually looked up on Yelp what towing services were nearby, got a quote, estimate, and an ETA on when they were going to be there. It was around $60 and took like 20 minutes for them to get to me and they were able to take my car from LA to SGV where the repair shop I wanted it to be dropped off was at. The tow truck was able to skillfully tow the car from a very tight parking spot, narrow street, that's weirdly at a corner of a hill. Thank you, kind sir. Stressful situation mitigated fairly decently. read more

I have bought a few cars with them and they always provide great service. Friendly and very efficient. And always great value for the cars.

Having car problems is one of the most stressful events that i experience with greater frequency than i like. It is always a breath of fresh air when you get assistance that is kind, easy, and puts you at ease when every other aspect is a headache. Yesterday, i had to tow my car 50 miles from Thousand Oaks to Los Angeles. Not only did i receive service with a smile, I had a great agent in Mark, who was the driver of the tow truck. He came RIGHT on time. We got to the place as it was closing but it worked for what was needed. My car arrived safely and he secured the car tightly and still managed to get there almost when i did (i have no excuse since i did not have to do what Mark did.). This is a highly appreciated service that i received and could not ask for better. Also, don't EVER lose Mark as an employee he provides some of the best customer service i have known in this field. Thank you for being the service used with AAA. read more

Arthur Hayrapetian is the absolute best!! I wish I could give this place more stars!!! Truly the best when it comes to car shopping!! Hassle free and you don't have to deal with sales people from the dealerships. I started looking into upgrading my car for a bigger car contacted Arthur to get more information not even a day later I had a new car!!! I had a Corolla and Arthur was able to help me get a VW Tiguan 2.0 TSi R-Line without a DOWNPAYMENT!! The trade in process was very simple as well! Been a month and I could not love this car more! I truly could not recommend Arthur Hayrapetian more! He also got my brother a great deal on a 2021 Camry XSE! Definitely using Car Geeks again for my next vehicle! read more

They were willing to grab my car on top of a mountain! These guys are stand up! Very communicative and personable! Very happy!

I was driving on the 210 the other day going the speed limit in one of the slow lanes and a driver from Car Geeks in a flatbed tow truck tailgated me so close that I thought he was going to ram my vehicle... watched him do it to 3 other drivers too... maybe car geeks is trying to drum up new business by running people off the road but it's not a good look. Please drive more safely. I'm sure your customers want fast service but please, not at the expense of the rest of us. read more

High five to Art and Norvan for getting me my dream car! I procrastinated getting a new car for a long time because it's just too much hassle and hustle. But these guys helped narrow down all the SUVs out there In 3 days, and used their relationships to get me a great deal and to get my very specific color combos on a 2018 model that's basically sold out. Not all brokers are as pleasant, patient and efficient as these guys. Highly recommend! read more

I remember walking into this place a few years ago. I asked how the process works. The guy at the desk asked me if I was already leasing a car? I said no. I love CarGeeks. We've used them twice now. The first time was a couple years back for a new RAV4. It was such a stress-free experience that when we were in the market for another car, it was a no brainer to go through CarGeeks again. Back in October, I texted my favorite broker, James, with all the specs- this specific color, fully loaded, hybrid, AWD and I didn't want to pay over a certain amount a month. He got back to me within two hours- TWO HOURS- and said, "Hey, I got your car." That was freaking amazing. I had already done the search myself and none of the three surrounding dealerships had the color I wanted. I filled out the app online and the next day CarGeeks rolled up to my residence with my brand new vehicle. I didn't have to step foot into a dealership. There were no mind games about price, no haggling, no wasting a minute of my life dealing with sleazy car salespeople. Just James and his efficiency and professionalism. I had a check for the down payment and it was a done deal. On top of that, James saved me over $4000. WHAT?! I know. Sounds freaking crazy, right? Well, it's not. It's just another typical transaction for CarGeeks. They will save you money, stress and hassle. I've referred friends whom never want to buy cars the typical way again after going through James. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. *TWICE.* read more

I loved that he, and Mary, brought the car, and the paperwork to me. There's nothing quite like having your car delivered right yo your front door. No haggling, no hassle. Let me just start off by saying that in our society today it has become very difficult to exceed expectations on client service related matters. Norvan and his team at car geeks have exceeded mine. We jumped on a call, I explained what I was looking for and my situation and he intently listened. He's very busy as you can imagine being a top producing broker, but never once did I feel I was being rushed off the phone or pushed into anything. If you're looking for a Toyota or Honda or just a standard vehicle he's your guy, but if you're looking for something more exotic and HIGH END, Then he is DEFINITELY your guy. read more

So everyone knows how stressful, time consuming, and sometimes just flat out irritating the car shopping and buying process can be, right? Little did I know that after being referred by a friend who had worked with Norvan in the past would lead me to have hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. We jumped on a quick call, I explained exactly what I wanted, and literally within a couple hours, he worked his magic and locked down my DREAM CAR for me. I drove up the following day to pick it up and the second I saw it parked out front I could not contain my excitement. Once I finally got myself to stop jumping around, Norvan showed me all the features of my car that would have probably taken me months to figure out on my own lol, walked inside and spent about 15 minutes signing some paperwork, and just like that, off I went in what seriously seemed like a blink of an eye! In what world do you ever spend 15 minutes in an actual car dealership and be able to drive off in your new car that easily?? Literally IMPOSSIBLE! But do you know where that is possible??? CarGeeks!! So if you would like to save yourself the headache, frustration, and full day (or more) wasted in a dealership dealing with sleazy sales reps, then I highly recommend contacting CarGeeks and working with Norvan because I can guarantee you'll have an experience just like mine. Thank you again Norvan, I LOVE MY CAR!!! read more

Just leased my 3rd car via CarGeeks in less than 18 months. Have replaced 2 for home and 1 for business.....so far. Couldnt be happier, very easy process. Don't need to negotiate with annoying sales people. I didnt even go to the dealership for 2 of the cars :-) Worked with Arthur on all deals. He's not only efficient and nice to work with, but very honest. He literally would tell me what is not a good deal and why, clearly costing himself in doing so. I finally found a place where I can lease my vehicles. I connected with Arthur Hayrapetian via LinkedIn, and since I had been unsuccessfully shopping for a new car for the past two months, I figured I will give him a try. I'm so glad I did. Once I decided what type of car I wanted, it only took hours for Arthur to find the car and have it delivered to my residence in OC. I am really impressed. I didn't have to waist hours at the dealership in negotiations and last minute sales tricks. The owner, Norvan Adamian is the best! I just leased a new Lexus UX 250h F SPORT with Norvan's help and guidance. This car leasing experience is the best that I have ever had. I've leased many vehicles in the past 40 years and this experience was by far the easiest and most direct. We spoke on Friday he found the vehicle I wanted and delivered it to my door on Saturday early afternoon. He came with a Lexus rep who was as low key and professional as could be. He walked through all of the bells and whistle's gave me the keys to my new car and I gave him the keys to my old car and it was that simple. I signed some paperwork and that was it! Never had to step foot in the dealership either for the return of my old lease or the acquisition of my new one. As important, Norvan got me a great monthly lease payment. I will pass his information along to my friends and family and you can feel confident that you are in good hands with this man. Honest, professional and friendly!!! read more

Norvan was absolutely amazing with the entire processing of towing and even after the tow has happened.
