Where do I begin. I am 9 months pregnant on bedrest with my 3rd child. My Toddler is 14 months. My older son is 12. I just had my baby shower and realized that a double stroller, 2 carseats, etc were not going to fit in my Beautiful brand new BMW sedan lease... :-( I began to call dealerships (I am not allowed to do much walking) The salesmen all wanted me to come in, and were discouraged when they heard I have a new lease I needed to trade in. ( I expected to have to pay the difference, just give me numbers!) After 3 days of getting the cold shoulder from various dealerships, and a hospital visit, I began to panic!!! Well, I heard about Car geeks last year and thought let me give them a call. I called at 6:45pm and Norvan picked up. He told me he was with a client and would call me back in about 20-30 minutes, this was on a Wednesday. To my surprise he actually called me back when he said.. very good sign! I explained my situation and he told me not to worry, I would be in my new car. I gave him the 3 cars I was interested in and he told me he would have numbers for me in the morning. He even recommended another car that wasn't on my list. (Which is the car I ended up getting btw) I said sure, I was open to it. I gave Norvan the amount I wanted to spend and the miles I wanted. He left me a voicemail the very next day on Thursday morning when I happened to be in the hospital. I got out late at night and couldn't return his call into Friday morning. I thought for sure he would be too busy. Not the case at all! He gave me the numbers on all the vehicles, in the color I wanted, told me what the dealerships were offering for my trade in and what I needed to pay out of pocket. He said we could meet the next day on Saturday to get my new car. I was in shock. I asked him if there would be any surprises in cost he said Not to worry there would be no surprises. My Husband and I showed up to the dealership with our extremely rambunctious toddler... Norvan was front and center with keys to my new car in hand! We went right outside to see the SUV and it already had a full tank of gas, I test drove it and he asked if I liked it. I told him, where do I sign?! I was in the office to sign paperwork all within 20 minutes of arriving at the dealership!!!! Seriously, I felt like JLO!! Lol! This should be the only way to ever buy a car! On top of that while my Husband and I were clearing out my old car and installing car seats, Norvan was walking around and keeping my toddler busy so he wouldn't cry. I. HATE. BUYING. CARS. I totaled my last car, and was reluctant to buy a new one, until Nick contacted me about utilizing his services as a car broker. I had no idea that there were people that worked their magic to help people get into cars WITHOUT having to go through the looooooooong car shopping hours/haggling/face-face dealerships... you name the most annoying thing about this process... and i guarantee, you don't have to go through it. They do everything, but the signing (obviously), for you. So, Nick asked me to look at cars I was interested in and asked for every last detail that I wanted. He asked what my budget was, any major concerns, added some of his own questions that I hadn't really thought of myself, yet, thankful he brought it up, considering their relevance. I got a call two days later, with a couple of prospects for me to consider. I looked at everything he provided and was content with his findings, and narrowed it down to two choices. I told him I was undecided about spending on another car, ect. But, he assured me it would be fine, and that I can take my time on making a decision. Two weeks passed (I know, I'm a terrible person), and i was just going to just wait a little longer... but Nick called to do a follow up on how I was feeling. I told him I was just really trying to save money for the holiday trip I was planning, and he assured me that he would take more time and effort to meet my needs if I was serious about buying, and would bargain for a lower price. I asked for a day to decide... and he gave me the space to decide... which obviously was a YES. HE WORKED HIS MAGIC, and went above and beyond of what I asked for. All I had to do was come into their office, and the car was already there, ready for me to take her home. The office is upstairs, and I met up with Nick, who then introduced me to his boss, Norvan, who looked intimidating, but ended up being very sweet. He took his time to thoroughly explain the process, the contracts, the payments, and basically the full detailed deal I was about to sign into. He made me so comfortable, and encouraged me to stop him with any questions that I should have. He said this whole process is very confusing, and it was their job to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. Of course, I had a million questions, which he made sure I was clear about, before signing anything. The whole process literally took 10 MINUTES!!! It was amazing. I drove home in my brand new Lexus, and I'm so grateful for this team. I hadn't even began to think of buying a car this year... yet, I did, and it was so easy and quick, I felt like it was a postdates (sorry yelp) for cars. YOU WONT REGRET COMING HERE.
