When I moved to LA, I was driving a lifted Jeep Wrangler. While I loved the car, I quickly discovered that LA is not the place for this kind of car. "Wake up in the morning feelin like P Diddy" -- remember that Ke$ha song? I'm livin it in my new Lexus NX !! I reached out to my auto broker Robert Robinson back in April to see if he could get me out of my Ford lease (I've had 3 in a row and the company has burned me.) The deal wasn't good timing for me, but in June I remembered how professional and knowledgeable Robert was. I really liked his style and how quickly he responded to calls or emails, delivering outstanding service. So when I saw the Lexus NX hit the streets, I was like BINGO. ROBERT!!! Now the amazing thing is the payment. I'm paying $10 less per month on this Lexus lease (it's got 14 miles on it currently, I'm over the moon) than I was for a loaded Ford Escape! And this Lexus turns WAY more heads Robert is in the valley and I'm in Culver City. I suggested taking an Uber to go pick up the new car and sign the paperwork. Robert blew me away again. He had someone deliver the car and take my credit card from my driveway. Mannal at Studio Motors is, without a doubt, who you need to see when you even THINK about getting a new car. I decided I wanted to lease my next car a few months ago. When I found Studio Motors, I read through almost ALL the reviews on Yelp (lol) and knew there would be no better option when I started the process. Well that process sped up more quickly than I anticipated, but how could it not after being convinced by all these incredible experiences. So the day I decided to start making it real, I headed over to Studio Motors and when I arrived, the door was locked. They aren't typically in the office on weekends, but Mannal happened to be there and said he would talk to me anyway! So nice! I told him exactly what I wanted and by that night he had found a car that matched my description and gave me numbers. I needed to sell my car first, so I ended up holding off for a few days, but within 12 DAYS I had EXACTLY what I wanted and more. I even switched to a different line of the same car and it didn't phase him. What did I have to do in order to get this car? It felt like NOTHING haha. But, essentially agree on a price and send Mannal a picture of my drivers license and insurance. He found the car, dealt with the dealerships, did the application for me and anything else that went into the process and had the car arrive at his office. All I had to do was go over there and sign all the paperwork, pay, and the car was mine! This was amazing compared to going to a dealership and being called and harassed NON STOP afterward. I hate to be one of very few bad reviews but I think people should know my experience too. Thomas was very sweet and charming but in the end, he kind of screwed me over. I was able to negotiate a very good deal on my Prius and I asked him if he could do better and he said yes, wait until next month (December) and I'll beat it. December came along and my measly Toyota fell by the wayside as he had Beamers and Benzes to sell. Not only that, but he kept leading me on day after day telling me he was on it and finally, the last week of December he was like "sorry I can't do better" and unfortunately, I lost the deal that I myself had negotiated. Moral of the story - Based on other people's experiences, Thomas clearly has the ability to do a good job - but keep doing your own work on the side so you're not left out in the cold if a better carrot comes along for him to chase. read more

I had never worked with a broker before and was a little hesitant go that route but I couldn't have made a better decision. Mannal was the plug every step of the way! Super personable and attentive. He responded to texts, calls and emails at all hours and any day of the week. Due to my work schedule I was never able to meet him or view vehicles before my purchase, so I was putting a lot in his hands. I couldn't be happier with the process of leasing a car through these guys.  I should preface this by saying I really don't like going to car dealerships.  I always feel like I've been slimed upon leaving.  But that's unfortunately how I started out this journey.  My budget was tight so I was looking for a cheap car, with no money down and a low monthly payment.  I went to all the dealerships and looked at low-end cars like Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, Mazda 3, etc.  I was not even looking at a hybrid, much less a Lexus, as I knew I couldn't afford it. I stumbled upon Studio Motors by accident on the web somewhere and was skeptical at the claims of, what I thought, were impossible lease deals.  I didn't even want to believe it after calling Mannal and getting confirmation on the numbers.  Fast forward - either I'm dreaming or I'm driving around in a gorgeous Lexus CT200h hybrid that I got for roughly the same price as (if not cheaper than) the econoboxes I was looking at.  And I never had to step a foot in a dealership or talk to a salesman.  They really treated me right from start to finish.  Tons of little touches, like when the car was delivered to their location in Studio City, and it was going to be a little late due to ObamaJam, they paid for our lunch at a nice cafe next door while we waited.  BTW, do try out the Artisan Cheese Gallery next door - yum.  But that'll have to wait for another review. read more

I've been a victim of so many rear ends, and that means new cars which is exciting but not when you have had cars paid off or aren't in the same financial situation you were in when you first started buying. Like some other reviewers, I live in San Francisco and had little luck finding decent offers in the Bay Area. I tried other lease brokers who were no where near the value and expertise of Studio Motors. Between the dealers and other lease brokers, they were all trying to haggle me or convince me that the car I wanted didn't exist in my price range. Incredibly smooth process, unbelievably helpful people, can't find a better price anywhere else. I found studio motors by chance while looking for a lease takeover. Will Khzam replied to my request and explained how they worked. He gave me a few options, but I ended up not closing a deal due to personal circumstances. One month later I decided to try again, so I emailed Will Khzam again and he gave me several other options, including a killer brand new BMW offer that was $5000 less than the dealer was asking for on a DEMO model. Will Khzam always treated me like a valued customer, huge contrast to dealerships, who seldom treat you well if you don't show them the money. I ended up leasing a Chevy Equinox for much, much less than the best offer any Bay Area dealer had. Roughly saved me $4000 in a 24 months lease!!!!!! Thomas is the man you need to see if you want to get a new car. Here is our story, we looked around in SF to lease/buy a car as I started a new car that needed a car. I needed something cool enough to take clients in but easy on the wallet. I was considering another Mercedes C class but really needed a hatchback. I'm tiny so I def want to make sure I was able to close the trunk without issues and we narrowed it down to the Mazada 3 and the Lexus CT. My first choice was the Lexus CT but it was more than $8k more than the Mazada. Then we met Thomas. My husband found him on a lease trading site and contacted him. Thomas told us to look around and decide what we wanted and he would then help us find our car. We went to the local dealership on Tuesday and test drove and picked out the specs our ideal car. Then we told Thomas what we wanted and the price we were being quoted. Thomas worked quickly to get us Lexus we wanted and it came out to be cheaper than leasing the Mazada 3 and I got the color combo and options that I wanted. By Wednesday evening we were doing paperwork and bought a one way ticket down to LA on Friday afternoon to pick up the car. Yeah that's how he makes it happen!
