"Wake up in the morning feelin like P Diddy" -- remember that Ke$ha song? I'm livin it in my new Lexus NX !! I reached out to my auto broker Robert Robinson back in April to see if he could get me out of my Ford lease (I've had 3 in a row and the company has burned me.) The deal wasn't good timing for me, but in June I remembered how professional and knowledgeable Robert was. I really liked his style and how quickly he responded to calls or emails, delivering outstanding service. So when I saw the Lexus NX hit the streets, I was like BINGO. ROBERT!!! Now the amazing thing is the payment. I'm paying $10 less per month on this Lexus lease (it's got 14 miles on it currently, I'm over the moon) than I was for a loaded Ford Escape! And this Lexus turns WAY more heads Robert is in the valley and I'm in Culver City. I suggested taking an Uber to go pick up the new car and sign the paperwork. Robert blew me away again. He had someone deliver the car and take my credit card from my driveway. Since I'm normally working 10-hour days, and no one wants to fight rush hour to Studio City, having that classy personal delivery service just knocked the whole thing out of the park for me. I will bring my entire family to Robert Robinson at Studio Motors because honestly, you get WAY MORE than you pay for. Robert is a gem and I'm so glad I circled back to him when it was time to lease again. Thank you Robert!!!!

Mannal at Studio Motors is, without a doubt, who you need to see when you even THINK about getting a new car. I decided I wanted to lease my next car a few months ago. When I found Studio Motors, I read through almost ALL the reviews on Yelp (lol) and knew there would be no better option when I started the process. Well that process sped up more quickly than I anticipated, but how could it not after being convinced by all these incredible experiences. So the day I decided to start making it real, I headed over to Studio Motors and when I arrived, the door was locked. They aren't typically in the office on weekends, but Mannal happened to be there and said he would talk to me anyway! So nice! I told him exactly what I wanted and by that night he had found a car that matched my description and gave me numbers. I needed to sell my car first, so I ended up holding off for a few days, but within 12 DAYS I had EXACTLY what I wanted and more. I even switched to a different line of the same car and it didn't phase him. What did I have to do in order to get this car? It felt like NOTHING haha. But, essentially agree on a price and send Mannal a picture of my drivers license and insurance. He found the car, dealt with the dealerships, did the application for me and anything else that went into the process and had the car arrive at his office. All I had to do was go over there and sign all the paperwork, pay, and the car was mine! This was amazing compared to going to a dealership and being called and harassed NON STOP afterward. Mannal was extremely professional, easy going, so nice, offered me advice on selling my car, and truly made me SO happy. Regarding my car, see the pictures attached to this review because it speaks for itself and the wonderful outcomes of Mannal / Studio Motors work ... and it's reinforced each time someone sees my car. Mannal, get ready because you already have three new customers coming your way and to anyone reading this, Studio Motors is the only way to lease a car. Enjoy! :D

I found Studio motors through yelp while looking to pickup my first car here in LA. I had never worked with a broker before and was a little hesitant go that route but I couldn't have made a better decision. Mannal was the plug every step of the way! Super personable and attentive. He responded to texts, calls and emails at all hours and any day of the week. Due to my work schedule I was never able to meet him or view vehicles before my purchase, so I was putting a lot in his hands. He got me into a 2017 Audi A4 for pennies on the dollar to what the dealership was offering. No games, no gimmicks and at the end of it all, he had the car delivered to my apartment with all the paperwork already taken care of. My girlfriend will be coming to see these guys when her lease is up and I will be referring all my people to Studio Motors in the future. I'm the most skeptical person when it comes to deals that seem too good to be true, but I can assure anyone still on the fence that these guys are just really really good at their job!

I couldn't be happier with the process of leasing a car through these guys.  I should preface this by saying I really don't like going to car dealerships.  I always feel like I've been slimed upon leaving.  But that's unfortunately how I started out this journey.  My budget was tight so I was looking for a cheap car, with no money down and a low monthly payment.  I went to all the dealerships and looked at low-end cars like Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, Mazda 3, etc.  I was not even looking at a hybrid, much less a Lexus, as I knew I couldn't afford it. I stumbled upon Studio Motors by accident on the web somewhere and was skeptical at the claims of, what I thought, were impossible lease deals.  I didn't even want to believe it after calling Mannal and getting confirmation on the numbers.  Fast forward - either I'm dreaming or I'm driving around in a gorgeous Lexus CT200h hybrid that I got for roughly the same price as (if not cheaper than) the econoboxes I was looking at.  And I never had to step a foot in a dealership or talk to a salesman.  They really treated me right from start to finish.  Tons of little touches, like when the car was delivered to their location in Studio City, and it was going to be a little late due to ObamaJam, they paid for our lunch at a nice cafe next door while we waited.  BTW, do try out the Artisan Cheese Gallery next door - yum.  But that'll have to wait for another review.

Studio motors makes getting a new car a quick and painless process. You don't have to deal with the dealers pushy salesmen . We've worked with Thomas twice and both times he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that you also get a good deal. He also helped me set up my baby's car seat so that my baby was safe on the way home. If you're looking for a new car talk to Thomas 1st!!!

Thomas from Studio Motors is the best! I found Studio Motors while browsing lease trade in sites and after reading all the extremely positive reviews I decided to give them a call. Like some other reviewers, I live in San Francisco and had little luck finding decent offers in the Bay Area. I tried other lease brokers who were no where near the value and expertise of Studio Motors. Between the dealers and other lease brokers, they were all trying to haggle me or convince me that the car I wanted didn't exist in my price range. Not to mention, they all have a $500+ fee and Studio Motors doesn't have a fee. Within 4 days of calling Thomas, he had found me a 2019 BMW X3 - the exact car I was looking for at exactly the price I was looking for, and had it ready for me to pick up just a few days later! No hidden costs, no catches, it was even easier than I could have ever imagined! We just flew down to Burbank (as someone else suggested), took the 10 minute Uber ride, filled out about 10-15 min of paper work, and drove off! The dealer they got the car from even texted me to thank me and gave me his personal number if I ever need anything. From start to finish, I definitely felt like I was in good hands with Studio Motors and recommend them to anyone looking to lease a new car! I even brought my boyfriend with me who verified they are truly no BS - something really rare to find in this industry :) Thank you again for finding an amazing car and making a normally tedious process such a pleasant one!

I found Studio Motors online while searching for a SUV for my wife. It was time for me to return my Lexus lease and get a new one so I called them up and Will was the representative that help me out. I couldn't ask for better customer experience. Will took the time to understand my situation and provided me a deal that is comfortable for my budget. I did not feel pressure unlike being in a traditional dealership. We ended up settling for a 2018 NX300. This is the third time getting a Lexus and I can truly say the experience I had with Studio Motors, Paul (rep from Lexus Beverly Hills), and Will was the best by far. If you don't know what vehicle you want or if you have done your research this is the place to go.

When my wife and I came to your office to discuss the matter, you quickly told us not to worry about the repairs and that you would take care of the problems. You sent us to your mechanic. Needless to say we were concerned but hopeful we had not purchased a lemon. True to your word (and no doubt you lost money on the deal) you paid the mechanic to replace all of the parts Toyota said needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and routine process turned into weeks of frustration and poor customer service. Instead of the registration and tags being mailed directly to my parents, they were sent to the dealership without explanation. When my mom followed up, she was told the dealership had received the tags from the DMV and would mail them to her. When the registration paperwork finally arrived, the license tag had clearly been ripped off and was missing. We contacted Dave multiple times regarding the missing tag. Each time, we were told a replacement would be sent out "the following week." This happened repeatedly over several weeks. When we went in person to request a replacement, we asked that the dealership cover the replacement fees since this situation was entirely their fault. Dave declined and again promised to send replacement tags instead. It has now been two more weeks, and there has been no replacement, no follow-up, and no response to our calls or texts. We were told on at least three separate occasions that the replacement had been mailed, yet nothing has ever arrived. If it was truly mailed, why was it necessary to "send it again" multiple times? My parents paid for this service and do not deserve to be ignored after the dealership already benefited from their business. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. At this point, we are pursuing further action, as this situation should have been resolved the first time. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing with this dealership, especially when it comes to registration and DMV-related matters.

8/2024 - Long overdue post!…read more My hubby was in the market for a truck. Saw a vehicle listed on Offerup, a 2010 Honda Ridgeline. Contacted them through offerup and made the drive on a weekend. Came and was greeted. The battery needed to be charged and then we were off on a test drive. Did a thorough review of the vehicle and mentioned some items that would need to be replaced/changed and was able to get it down to a price that we felt was reasonable to pay. I get now this place has a bunch of 1-star reviews about maintenance of vehicles and alot is wear and tear (window actuators going out, tires needing replaced, oil needing changed etc.) When buying a USED vehicle, those should be things you consider before paying - ask questions. Our experience was great in dealing with this company both Google reviews and offerup at the time had great reviews. So take the bad reviews and keep them in mind but also ask your own questions. We also paid for the extended warranty! We did use it once and had a deductible, not sure if the extended warranty was worth it - the truck is still covered today but the amount of deductible & part that was changed was waaaay lower than what was paid for the extended warranty - it does give my hubby peace of mind though to have it in case a major repair was needed. Also...The offerup price was honored. My husband still loves his truck and is thankful for getting it! So thanks guys!

Yesterday I called regarding my brother-in-law's vehicle, which was brought in for a check engine…read morelight and three transmission-related codes. I simply wanted clarification on what diagnostics were performed before agreeing to a $6,000-$7,000+ transmission replacement. The repair order showed that they pulled codes and performed a visual inspection, noting leaking trans axle seals and a dented transmission pan. Based on that, they provided three options: replace the trans axle (with no guarantee it would fix the issue), install a used transmission, or install a new transmission. When I spoke to the advisor David K, I asked if the vehicle was test driven, I was told yes. However, the mileage in and out reflected only a 2-mile difference. When I asked how far they typically drive during diagnostics, my question was ignored. I also asked whether the transmission fluid was checked. Initially, I was told it's a CVT and there was no way to check it. After I mentioned that many CVTs do have procedures for fluid level/condition checks, I was then told the technician did check the fluid and that it was fine. Later, the manager stated it's a closed system and fluid cannot be checked unless a service is performed. The information was inconsistent throughout the conversation. As someone who has worked as a service advisor in both dealership and independent shop environments, I have never seen a transmission replacement recommended solely on pulled codes and a visual inspection without further diagnostic testing, especially without a thorough test drive or fluid analysis. Low or contaminated transmission fluid -- particularly with known leaks present -- can trigger multiple transmission codes and should be ruled out before recommending full replacement. When I asked for clarification, I was repeatedly interrupted. The manager told me "congratulations" when I explained my background in the industry and questioned what the point of my call was. I was also told to take the vehicle elsewhere because other dealerships charge more per labor hour than them so Good Luck. Asking questions before authorizing a major repair should not be met with dismissiveness or rudeness. Customers deserve transparency, consistency, and respect! Especially when facing a multi-thousand-dollar repair decision. After this call, I contacted another Toyota dealership and two transmission specialists. All stated that a proper diagnostic would include a test drive and fluid inspection/analysis, even on a CVT. I am extremely disappointed in both the diagnostic approach and the way this situation was handled. I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion!!
