He confirmed they didn't transfer to the system, so he gave me a couple options other make sure the list of items I needed was included in my ticket. I also spoke to Kenya who was helpful in making sure that my notes were included in the ticket. Long story short, they went the extra mile in my opinion and were very accommodating to ensure that everything I needed was done, and nothing I didn't need was done (since I already performed five or six of the main service items myself earlier in the week). I'm pretty particular/meticulous with my vehicle maintenance, but Alex and the team at NoHo made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle there, and delivered.
