Mustafa/mike is a SCAMMER who will steal your money and waste your time. Filter for the 1 star reviews here. He pockets the down payment as HIS payment. All these positive reviewers probably don't even know it. This was my 2nd time dealing with him because back in 2021, it was a smooth transaction, and he wasn't so popular. I trusted him. Now, he's sloppy, unprofessional and unethical. I wanted to trade in my old lease for a new car and we agreed on terms such as monthly payment, down payment, how much I'd get in return for my trade, etc. He'd go days without word then RUSH me on when to trade the car, and try to speed through all the paperwork. He tried to pass off a higher monthly on me as if I wouldn't read the contract. He paid the difference on down up front to get the monthly lowered for me because I wasn't going to sign. After I traded in my car and got the new car, he ended up ghosting me when he still owed me for the traded in car. I was lucky enough to have paid him through card, that once I issued a chargeback, he suddenly reappeared and said he'd pay me for the money he owed. Cherry on top, at the end, he tried to gaslight me into thinking he could reverse the trade in for my car by telling me he'd drop it off and I had to take care of it. There are so many other brokers who I've worked with that are truly reputable and deserve business. Don't bother wasting your time with this one. I put down $1,500 via Zelle for a deal, but when I decided to cancel, the representative--Mike--refused to return my money, despite there being no signed contract stating it was non-refundable. Additionally, I never received the lease agreement or any terms to review before I made the payment. I tried to contact them multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, Mike blocked me. After looking at their Yelp reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who has gone through this. This dealership appears to have a pattern of taking people's money without honoring refunds.
