I had one headache after another with Autoland and will probably not deal with them again. This would be my 3rd or 4th time using them. All of this will probably fall on deaf ears. My Schools First branch recommended to deal with Mauricio. After, trying to reach out a few times he finally called me back. We ordered a car (I had to wait like 2 months for the car). I felt that he didn't get me the best deal. The dealer had better prices local to us. Next, Mauricio was upselling me on a few things which I didn't want. This is why I went through Autoland. I didn't not want to be bothered by the upselling process that the dealership does. I agreed to one thing, and he sold it all to me unbeknownced to me. The paperwork was so screwed up from start to finish. It was for someone else 35 miles away from me. As a result of the paperwork being so screwed up I get a letter form the DMV saying that my registration is suspended! So, now I have to fix all their screw ups, Autoland, Mauricio, and Newport Lexus. I am not in the habit of giving poor ratings, but this is my story of them being absent. My rating for all is a negative 5. I even reached out to Mauricio after the transaction for something and he never returned my call. Great customer service! I wouldn't use Autoland. Don't use Mauricio. Schools First should reevaluate their relationship here. read more

Happy with the truck, but communication needs serious improvement Autoland helped us find the exact truck we were looking for, right color and right features, and we're really grateful for that. Johari was great during the search process and made it easy to locate a vehicle that checked all our boxes. That said, the communication around pickup was frustrating and disappointing. We had originally scheduled to pick up the truck on Saturday, June 14. The day before, we realized we had time and emailed both Bruce (at the dealership) and Johari (our Autoland rep) to see if we could move the pickup to Friday, June 13. Bruce responded and said it was fine, but we never heard back from Johari. He didn't email us until Saturday morning, after we had already picked up the truck. As it turns out, he was off on Friday and hadn't seen the request. At the dealership, Bruce never mentioned that Johari was supposed to meet us or that we should have received paperwork ahead of time. The whole experience felt rushed. Bruce stayed late, which we appreciated, but he was clearly trying to wrap up. We had questions, but there wasn't enough time to go over everything thoroughly. At one point, I was wiping down the dusty front grill myself while my husband was trying to get answers about the features. The finance person was also visibly irritated when we declined the extras he was pushing, which added more stress to an already rushed experience. In the end, we love the truck, but the lack of communication and support during delivery really took away from what could have been a much smoother, more professional process. I expected more from Autoland, especially after how helpful things were at the beginning. That said, I would still use Autoland again. Now that I understand how the process works, I'm hopeful that next time will be a 5-star experience. read more
