After trying to work with auto dealers, I became frustrated and felt like I was just getting conned. I finally wised up and contacted Autoland through my credit union. I was immediately connected to Erik S. who within 24hrs found several great choices for me to pick from. I made my choice and the vehicle was delivered to my credit union near where I live. Bob from Autoland made the delivery and completed all the paperwork. Everything about the sale felt right. The entire transaction was seamless from my first call to Autoland through delivery. My deepest gratitude to Erik and Bob and my Credit union (Schools first) for making this a perfect experience. Thank you so much and God bless you all for excellent customer service. This is the second Honda CR-V we bought from Autoland in two years. The first Honda CR-V replaced the 2014 Ford Fusion that my wife drove for 10 years, and the second CR-V replaced the Honda Pilot I drove for almost 10 years. Autoland not only provided great choices for different types of vehicles but also made the trade-in experience great. We will definitely consider buying and selling with Autoland in the future. read more

I was in the market of buying a new car and I heard a lot of good things about the credit union and Autoland. I was in contact with Autoland but the rep that I first encountered wasn't much of any help. I called them back and asked for another representative to assist me. That was one of the best things that I did for myself! They apologized for the experience that I had and shortly after that a gentleman by the name of Sepas Johari called, heaven sent. Ladies sometimes car dealers can take advantage of women and some men too. It can be frustrating, annoying and time consuming to say the least. But when I received a phone call from Sepas everything changed. He took the time out to listen to what I wanted. Saying that he was very patient, courteous, and kind might be an understatement. He really went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service! I am not an easy person that would just go with whatever. I am particular and I wanted a car that would serve my needs. I wanted someone to help me who cared enough to search for the right car for me. He did just that! Sepas, I appreciate your kindness, your intelligence, your knowledge in this business and your amazing customer service skills. Now a day's it's hard to find someone who will follow up and return phone calls, and follow through. I felt like I was his number one priority! So if there is anyone looking for a car and don't want to deal with the hassle and stress. Give Autoland a call and ask for Sepas. He is the best! Thank you Sepas for providing me with your expertise, a fun experience and your top-notch service! You were hand picked from above. God bless. One more thing, School's First Credit Union is one of the best credit union's out there. Thank you. read more

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I would recommend to anyone seaching to buy a car. Excellent experience.

Hailey gave us superior service once again!! Found what we asked for immediately and made transactions for us so stress free!!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! This has been an awesome experience from start to finish. Uylisses was wonderful--he kept in touch with me the entire time and made the process smooth and stress-free. There was no haggling, no pushy or sleepy sales tactics--just honest, straightforward service. They gave me exactly what I wanted. Bob was also fantastic to work with--he even put a bow on my car, which made the moment feel extra special. I'll definitely be using this service again for my next car! read more

Dear Autoland, After using Autoland back in 2015, I could not possibly go back to buying a car any other way! My new car purchase experience was even better than before. Jeremy was so quick to respond to my online request. And though I wasn't quite ready to make my purchase during that first call, the moment I was, Jeremy was there to make it happen! It felt like only a few minutes passed before he located the exact car I wanted. I had keys the VERY NEXT DAY! I've recommended Autoland to 2 of my co-workers who have already reached out to find their own new vehicles. If you belong to a credit union, ask about Autoland before you buy your next car! The service is amazing. Thank you, Jeremy, for all your care and attention to detail! read more

From the Time I started the Process, until I purchased my Vehicle... Everything was explained and easy to understand. They had given me many options on SUVs and we loved the choices. I've purchased a few cars from Autoland. Why? I am able to set the price I'm willing to pay, choose my colors, options, body trim, and anything else that I'm looking for in the cars, I don't have to spend hours at the car dealership as they trying and grind my will down to pay more for the car than I can afford. Autoland, in general, and Lisa Perez specifically, is awesome to work for and I don't want to purchase another car from anyone else! read more

I had one headache after another with Autoland and will probably not deal with them again. This would be my 3rd or 4th time using them. All of this will probably fall on deaf ears. My Schools First branch recommended to deal with Mauricio. After, trying to reach out a few times he finally called me back. We ordered a car (I had to wait like 2 months for the car). I felt that he didn't get me the best deal. The dealer had better prices local to us. Next, Mauricio was upselling me on a few things which I didn't want. This is why I went through Autoland. I didn't not want to be bothered by the upselling process that the dealership does. I agreed to one thing, and he sold it all to me unbeknownced to me. The paperwork was so screwed up from start to finish. It was for someone else 35 miles away from me. As a result of the paperwork being so screwed up I get a letter form the DMV saying that my registration is suspended! So, now I have to fix all their screw ups, Autoland, Mauricio, and Newport Lexus. I am not in the habit of giving poor ratings, but this is my story of them being absent. My rating for all is a negative 5. I even reached out to Mauricio after the transaction for something and he never returned my call. Great customer service! I wouldn't use Autoland. Don't use Mauricio. Schools First should reevaluate their relationship here. read more

Happy with the truck, but communication needs serious improvement Autoland helped us find the exact truck we were looking for, right color and right features, and we're really grateful for that. Johari was great during the search process and made it easy to locate a vehicle that checked all our boxes. That said, the communication around pickup was frustrating and disappointing. We had originally scheduled to pick up the truck on Saturday, June 14. The day before, we realized we had time and emailed both Bruce (at the dealership) and Johari (our Autoland rep) to see if we could move the pickup to Friday, June 13. Bruce responded and said it was fine, but we never heard back from Johari. He didn't email us until Saturday morning, after we had already picked up the truck. As it turns out, he was off on Friday and hadn't seen the request. At the dealership, Bruce never mentioned that Johari was supposed to meet us or that we should have received paperwork ahead of time. The whole experience felt rushed. Bruce stayed late, which we appreciated, but he was clearly trying to wrap up. We had questions, but there wasn't enough time to go over everything thoroughly. At one point, I was wiping down the dusty front grill myself while my husband was trying to get answers about the features. The finance person was also visibly irritated when we declined the extras he was pushing, which added more stress to an already rushed experience. In the end, we love the truck, but the lack of communication and support during delivery really took away from what could have been a much smoother, more professional process. I expected more from Autoland, especially after how helpful things were at the beginning. That said, I would still use Autoland again. Now that I understand how the process works, I'm hopeful that next time will be a 5-star experience. read more

Imelda was very helper. But I realy wanted to see less than 10 miles and plastic mats not ugly rag ones also covers top and botton on the back like the pictures I'm looking now that I bought this one. It realy looks like the all this was removed and replaced with inexpensive ones. I can't show off my new CRV because it doesn't look new to me and I didn't notice till I was told. Autoland - New car delivered was everything i asked for! - Car Dealers Near Me - Chatsworth, California

Asked for a red car, cinnamon interior at the best possible price. Got a white care, black interior $2000 over MSRP. I should have walked out, I was informed by the salesman that Autoland would have to pay $500 to send car back and that the salesman would get a ding on his performance. I felt bad so I bought the car, I'm an idiot for trusting Autoland to work for me. Won't use them again. read more

Erick was awesome. He was patient with any add'l requests that I had when sorting out which vehicle to buy. What we were offered was delivered, which is refreshing; in other words, no last minute tricks and we got the vehicle we wanted--so it was an extremely pleasant process. There was no "high pressure" sales pitch for post-purchase products and no push to select this or that car. So, once gain, in terms of process, it was a very pleasant, easy and fair experience. As for the person who helped us, Jacob Koenke was very helpful, polite, nice, professional and amicable. We highly recommend working with Jake! read more

I've used Autoland through my credit union twice when buying a new vehicle. First time in 2018, they handled my trade in vehicle and the financing of a new used vehicle. My wife and I have been thinking about getting a new car for sometime, but after too many bad experience with pushy salespeople and questionable sales tactics, we hesitated to make the deal. Fortunately our credit union let us know about Autoland. Making the jump to a plug-in hybrid and looking to trade our beloved family FJ had us concerned. After one quick call I was connected to our sales rep Lisa. We spoke about what we were looking for and Lisa took her time to listen. We were very specific with what we wanted, especially when it came to color. Lisa gave us valuable and knowledgeable information about the cars we were looking for. Lisa kept us in the loop as she started looking for our perfect car, letting us know the pros and cons of each model. She never tried to push us into a car we didn't want, or a pricier model. In a few days Lisa had the car we wanted and shopped our FJ around and got us a great trade in value. We arranged delivery and in less than an hour we drove away in our brand new car. The only time I had to deal with dealerships was when I was doing my research and taking a few cars out for test drives. That experience only solidified that I didn't want to work with a dealership. read more
