Well let's not sugar coat this. A lot of companies ask their fellow friends to write a good review, give 5 stars, etc. about their company but those companies doesn't pull through with their "customers" aka "friends" reviews right?.. RIGHT! It's just there for show and to lure people in. Let's be honest, not all of us are very knowledgeable with car sales. For the obvious reasons such as we didn't take up "car sales 101" in high school/college. Yes, I don't have a very reputable profile nor am I "Yelper Ceritified" but I do give credit where it's due. Yes, I've known Alex for quite some time now, since middle school to be exact. What I can tell you about his character is that he's a genuine kind person and he brings that character out to his company. Going back to September 2017, I hit Alex up regarding trading in my mom's Toyota Prius. At that time, my aunt had a friend at another dealership who was "trying" to help my mom get the best deal. Pretty much what we were looking for was an upgraded Toyota Prius with all the safety features such as a blind spot sensor, rear cross traffic sensor, the safety sense package, etc. My aunt had let her friend know about this request and so I also let Alex know about what we were looking for. At this time, Alex had told me that he will definitely get a quote for me started and said "I got you bro" Not because we're friends nor that we've known each other for a long time but because he truly cares about his customers. We were pretty much stuck at the dealership because they wanted to give a common courtesy to my aunts' friend and let her work out a deal. I was already in contact with Alex, letting him know what's going on. Sorry bro, I know I got you running around at that time. Fasting forward after the whole back and forth and haggling with the dealership with the whole "is this the best that you can give me?" and in between I kept telling my parents and aunt that we should just go with Alex because I don't like where this is going. My parents were ready to make the deal with the dealership and when I say ready to make the deal, is we were already in the financing office getting ready to sign all the paper works and when I checked the car that they brought out, it wasn't the Prius that we had asked for (shame on them), it didn't have the safety features that we requested and that's when I've had it. I told my parents "let's just go to Alex, I know he'll take care of us and let's leave this crooked stealership." Because that's what they are. They'll try to blind side you and steal your money if they can. At the end of the day, we definitely received a WAY better deal with Alex (like he promised) and the car we wanted is what we received. Answered all our questions with no hesitation. No haggling necessary and handled everything professionally with respect. He even showed us in detail all the safety features that we wanted and even threw in a couple goodies. Thanks again family for taking care of us and making this purchase the easiest car purchase in our lifetime! If you're in the market for a new car and want a true and honest company that's built with integrity and passion for his customers? I would definitely go with Alex and his ACG company. Give'em a ring, what have you got to lose? Never will I step at another dealership again. I'll definitely be back to deal business with Alex the next time I'm in a market for another car/s (; Proud of what you've become fam and what you've built. Respect. read more

Came to Alex back around May of last year when I was in the market for a new car. I was a first time car buyer and didn't know exactly where to start. Called up Alex and asked him for his help, and he was more than happy to help me out. Not pushy at all, didn't try and push me towards any particular car or brand. Told him my budget and how much I was looking to spend monthly with car and insurance all together. Not only did Alex do all of the hard work of finding a good deal for me, but he also made sure he could maximize my trade in and my sign bonuses. Ontop of all of that, he made sure that he wasn't just finding me the cheapest deal possible, but he was finding me the best car at the best price. I settled on the 2016 Toyota Carola S model, and I couldn't be happier. He made my first car buying experience a breeze, and helped me avoid all horror stories I've heard before. There are no hidden fees. No hidden charges, and no surprises with Alex. He listens to what you want, looks for the best possible deal with the best possible value for you. I would highly recommend going to Alex for your next car purchase. He's all about the customer service and helping others! read more

I'm so grateful and overjoyed I came across ACG Auto Brokers. I hope that my positive experience with them can help guide your decision to use this company. I was in a complicated situation with my lease...I had two months left, was a few thousand miles over, and was facing a disposition fee, all of which added to a great amount of money. I knew I didn't want to stay with my prior car make company and fell completely in love with a luxury model car. I tried dealing with the dealer themselves but they were way out of my "comfortable" budget price. However, Alex worked with me and did his best to get me the car I wanted. What stood out from Alex's service was his genuineness and work ethic. He went out of his way to get me out of my lease and also got me my dream car within my budget. Other brokers I had talked to didn't bother trying to help me out of my lease, but Alex did. He found a way and he did it! He was on it every step of the way, and made the process as easy as possible. I went from beginning this experience from being overwhelmed to ending it with being overwhelmed with joy. Thank you ACG autobrokers, and thank you Alex! read more

So I usually don't write reviews, but I really WANTED to for this one because the SERVICE WAS JUST THAT OUTSTANDING!! I had a lot of trouble getting the SUV that I wanted with the package and color that I wanted when it was time to look for a new car this summer. The dealerships were no help (All they want to do is get you to go in there and play games with you), so I got a tip from a co-worker to try out auto brokers. I contacted a bunch of them because I wanted the SUV before my Camry fully breaks down and the results were very mixed. I didn't find Alex at ACG Auto Brokers until page 5 of YELP, but boy am I glad I decided to reach out to him! From the very beginning, Alex was insanely prompt with his replies and never play any games; he always gave me the full cost breakdown of each vehicle he presented to me and waited patiently for me to get back to him. After I got played around by another dealership, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle anymore and was running out of time to get a vehicle, I turned to Alex and asked him "If I buy this last vehicle you quoted me, can you get it to me by this Sunday (It was Friday when I asked, I know super last minute). You know what he did? He hand-delivered the car to me that NIGHT, five hours after our initial conversation!! We signed all the paperwork in the parking garage in the back of my brand new SUV and that was it! He showed me how to use some features too and I had my BRAND NEW VEHICLE THE SAME DAY. It was an absolutely incredible experience and I HIGHLY recommend you contact him when you are searching for your new ride. You won't regret it!! Can't wait to buy my next vehicle from you my man! read more

I hate dealerships, they just don't know how to treat a customer right. Called Alex and gave him my wish list for my truck and within 10 minutes he called back with a lease payment and located the exact truck that I was looking for. Alex took car of all the details, delivered the truck to me and all I had to do is sign the docs. Amazing, no hassle, fast, cant beat ACG. read more

Outstanding service!!! Alex made my life much easier. My little sister was in need of a new car but wasn't sure what she wanted to get and needed me to help her with the co-sign. A buddy of mine recommended that we go through ACG Brokers and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Couple days later, he arrives at the door step with a brand new Camry. No endless hours of battling at the dealership for the right car. The car is brought to your door step! Alex is the best!!! I was in a situation where I needed a car ASAP and he came through for me within hours with a deal. I was looking for a simple basic Honda Civic and he found me a deal for a upgraded Honda Civic that I love so much for a small price difference. I knew nothing about cars or anything about buying one, but Alex simplified things to my understanding. I avoided the time and stress of going to dealerships I was pretty much in and out with my new whip. I asked for something and ACG served. read more

A couple months ago, my lease was ending with one of my vehicles and I was in the market to replace it with something a bit bigger. I went to the dealer and naturally, all the sales people were fighting one another to get me to speak with them. I ended up speaking with a lady at this dealership and she would not take no for an answer. I told her my lease is not up yet, but I'm just browsing and would like to know what I'm looking at if I wanted to lease or purchase another car. She was trying to force me to test drive cars and sit down and speak with the sales manager. I kept saying I'm not ready and I'm just planning ahead. I heard about Alex and ACG through a friend and decided to give him a call. He beat the numbers that the dealership was giving me. He gave me his best offer first and didn't give me run arounds like the dealer was doing. Long story short, he got me out of my lease 2 months early, had the remaining lease term paid off, and I was in a new car the next day. All without having to step foot back at the dealership. He came to my house, dropped off the new car and took the lease return back for me and sent me photos once he parked it there at the dealer. Alex is a stand up guy. Very respectable and courteous. He went above and beyond which is more than I can say about the sales person at the dealership. He's kept in touch and has made sure I've been extremely satisfied with my new car. I even sent a good friend of mine his way and he took very good care of her. She went to the same dealership and once again, Alex's first price was better than anything the dealership was offering. The dealer even told my friend that they'll match Alex's price, but at that point my friend already was fed up with the salesperson saying "this is the best price we can give" and "let me ask my sales manager". Alex believes in truly satisfied clients and it shows with his honesty and willingness to help others. Look no further. Alex at ACG is here to make your car dreams a reality! read more

Not only did Alex find both my brother and I amazing deals, but he even drove all the way down to San Diego, just to deliver my brothers car because he was leaving the country and didn't know if the deal would be around. AMAZING!! Two weeks go by, and Alex texted me saying he found me a deal on the car I have been wanting. Two days later, the car is delivered to my house, paperwork signed and keys handed over. No hassle, so easy. Never will I waste my time at a dealership again. If you ever need a car, ACG IS THE WAY TO GO!! By far the easiest transaction I have ever had. I can't thank you enough, everyone I know that needs a new car, get out of a lease, I have told all my friends and family. Best part is, dealing with Alex, is very easy.
