Exceptional Service Armon, the branch manager, made the entire process seamless and stress-free--he's knowledgeable, transparent, and truly cares about getting you the right deal without any pressure. From test drive to signing, everything took just hours, and he answered every question with expertise. Love the HR-V This HR-V is perfect: sleek design, smooth ride, and packed with features like advanced safety tech and efficient handling for city drives. Posing with it at the lit-up dealership lot at night confirmed it's my ideal daily driver. Avoid Westlake Skip Westlake Honda--go straight to Woodland Hills for top-notch service instead of dealing with potential hassles elsewhere. Armon and the team here deliver real value you won't find just down the road. Highly recommend

The whole process felt easy and stress free. I ended up bringing my son in the next day, in which he also leased a new car. That is how wonderful my experience was. Armon the manager, worked to make sure the numbers made sense and that I felt completely comfortable with the deal. There was no pressure, just straightforward communication and real professionalism. Last, the finance department is usually where they try to get you to get a bunch of add-ons, but Leila was wonderful, not once did she try to sell me on all the extras. She made it so easy, we were out of there quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Car buying/leasing can be overwhelming, but this team made it smooth and actually enjoyable. My son and I love our new cars, and drove away feeling confident and excited about our new leases. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and transparency, ask for Jason and Armon. Highly recommend!

My main goal was to get the best deal, I told them I'd check a few other dealers and come back. Came back two days later because the sales person jre said he had the van and we can finalize the deal. Arrived at the time he told me and was told that it was sold..and they didn't have anything matching the one quoted. Left to check other dealerships Got a call from their fleet manager who said he would make a deal happen for me because of the negative situation, gave him the cost and quote that was given to me prior. He said that he doesn't know who gave me that price and that he cannot honor anything or put his name on it, also started complaining that he plans to leave the dealership next year because of the bad deals that are made. In any case, I'm a customer who comes to a dealer, I'm given a quote by your sales peoples who you manage and train, how could you then tell me this kind of information. This just means that the manager is lacking in training his staff. At the end of the day, no van for me and bad taste in my mouth about this entire dealership.

I absolutely hate car shopping, but Jake made this experience very positive and memorable. Jake has a way of becoming your friend, but not in a weird salesman kind of way, but through kindness, followthru, and reliability. I feel so lucky that when I walked in Jake was the first one to greet me and I strongly recommend everyone looking for buy or lease a new Lexus to seek Jake out/make appointment with him. As a U.S. veteran, I carry myself with pride and professionalism, even when I'm treated like a second-class citizen. Unfortunately, that has been my repeated experience at this dealership's service department. Every time I've come here, I've been ignored, dismissed, or made to wait unreasonable lengths of time without communication. Yesterday was my final visit. I made an appointment in advance, yet my car sat for four hours without anyone even looking at it. My service advisor, Farah, did not recognize that this was her second poor interaction with me. During my first visit, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I gave the benefit of the doubt at the time, but the behavior was the same on this visit. There was no clear explanation of what to expect, no process outlined, and no communication after check-in. She simply handed me a form stating I would be charged a $275 diagnostic fee and walked away. When I called several hours later for an update, she could not tell me anything about my vehicle--not even whether it had been seen. Instead of offering clarity, she offered a rental car without explaining what was happening or when I would receive information. I declined the service and returned to pick up my vehicle. She handed me my keys without a single apology, acknowledgment, or basic courtesy. I am disappointed and frustrated--not just by the lack of professionalism, but by the feeling of being treated differently in a community where I have tried to support local businesses. Respect and communication should not be optional. I believe we all benefit when we treat each other with dignity, and experiences like this only show how far we still have to go. Money is the same color no matter who it comes from. Businesses that fail to understand that will continue to lose customers who simply want fair, honest, and respectful service. I am a black woman. I am a United States veteran and I fought for equal rights for each citizen in this country. I do not appreciate people who come into this country and treat me like a second class citizen when it's my back blood sweat and tears that they came here on.
