Armon Javadi is the Absolute Best!…read more If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, seamless, and genuinely rewarding experience, go see Armon Javadi (Sales Manager) at Honda Woodland Hills. I just upgraded to a new 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid, and Armon made sure I got the absolute best deal humanly possible. I was trading in my 2024 Civic, and instead of the usual dealership hassle, Armon took incredible care of me. He went above and beyond to maximize my trade-in value, ensuring I truly got my money's worth and walked away feeling great about the investment. What I appreciated most was his consultative approach. Because I drive a ton, Armon took the time to map out why the Accord Hybrid was the perfect strategic move for me. He proved how much I'd be saving on gas in the long run, making sure this choice genuinely fit my lifestyle and budget. He didn't just sell me a car; he made sure I was taken care of like family. Professional, transparent, and incredibly sharp. He's like the big brother I never had! Thank you, Armon, and the Honda Woodland Hills team! I love the new Accord!

They also didn't sugar coat the work time like another dealer we visited before coming here, who told us to bring it in right away first thing in the morning and just let the car sat there for days without any work being done. This dealer actually scheduled us in a week down the line and started working right away after we dropped it off. Didn't sugar coat the time it needed to work on the car. Only thing i took a star off was because they said that they called us when the car was done, but neither my wife or myself got any calls and we checked all our call logs. They do charge $150/day for not picking up your car, good thing that we called in to check on the status of the car and found that it was already done. Customer service attitude was ok. Not Porsche/Mercedes white glove service, but just ok. At least they took the time to listen to what I was saying and looked at me while i was talking to them unlike the other dealership that just buried themselves and not even look at you. Overall, my bar for Stellantis is pretty low. Very low in fact. If it weren't for high gas prices that drove us to change our purchase decision from a Range Rover (Gas) to a Wagoneer S (electric SUV), and the fact that Jeep has the only mid size electric SUV on the market that our 70lbs husky can JUST fit into the back without losing her head; because for some reason most electric SUV these days are all obsessed with chopping off the roof for style and forget the utility part in their name. If it weren't for all these reason, we would have ended up with a Range Rover instead. It would be better if they could provide loaner vehicles for people who need to have a long list of recall warranty done, but it seems that all Stellantis dealerships all have a measly small pool of loaners available. Overall, I would come back here again just because they were straight about the time it needed to get the work done, scheduled us into a slot when they actually had the labor to work on it, and updated all the system software like I asked them to. The system updates that all Wagoneer S (EV) owners needed that should've really been categorized as Recall software updates to fix all sorts of critical issues. There are tons of horror stories online where owners take their car in asking for those software updates and were refused by their dealer because they were not technically recalls and were told not needed. I hope Stellantis can do better and make all these software updates mandatory as part of the recall to bring trust and confidence to their customers in their products.

Recall Service Led to More Problems and Refused Follow-Up Service…read more I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a no-start condition and active recall work. The dealership completed the recall software update and determined the 12V battery had failed. I was surprised to be told the battery replacement would be my responsibility, as the vehicle is not even two years old and the no-start occurred alongside known electrical recall issues. After pickup, the infotainment screen was completely inoperable. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. And I was quoted an additional charge to replace it. I initially declined. Realizing that I could no longer control radio, GPS, climate, etc. I felt trapped. I later accepted a reduced repair quote for the infotainment issue, but after leaving an honest negative review about my experience, the dealership informed me in writing that they would no longer service my vehicle moving forward. Retaliating against customers for honest public feedback is deeply unethical and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I appreciate the recall work being completed, but I am still dealing with ongoing expensive concerns tied to the vehicle and the service experience. Make it right, Dependable.

From the moment we connected with Danny, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer every question we had, walked us through all of the numbers clearly, and made sure we understood every part of the deal. There was zero pressure, which is rare in car sales, and instead it felt like we had someone genuinely advocating for us to get the best possible deal. What really stood out was Danny's communication and follow-through. Whether it was sending over pricing breakdowns, explaining lease options, or helping us compare trims and payment structures, he stayed on top of everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. He was patient while we evaluated different scenarios and never made us feel rushed. Thanks to Danny, we drove away in a new Bronco Sport, and we couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer, Danny is the person to work with at Vista Ford.

Very disappointed with my experience…read more I brought my car in for a recall, an oil change, and an electrical issue that was causing the vehicle to go into battery safe mode. The advisor who initially helped me was very nice and recommended additional service since I was approaching 60,000 miles. I specifically asked about the cost and was told around $500-$600. The written estimate showed $528. When I came to pick up the car, the bill was suddenly over $900. The original advisor had already left, and the person at the counter seemed uninterested in helping. When I questioned the charges, I was told the estimate "didn't include parts." He wasn't joking. On top of that, the electrical issue I originally came in for was never addressed. I was told the battery was fine, and the guy at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. He explained that electrical problems are handled by another department and not by maintenance :-) They even got my name wrong. I ended up paying $844, my issue remains unresolved, but hey, they washed the car ! Poor communication, unexpected charges, and unresolved issues are not what I expect from a dealership service department. Lesson learned -- I won't be back.

Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.
