Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go. Unfortunately, that has been my repeated experience at this dealership's service department. Every time I've come here, I've been ignored, dismissed, or made to wait unreasonable lengths of time without communication. Yesterday was my final visit. I made an appointment in advance, yet my car sat for four hours without anyone even looking at it. My service advisor, Farah, did not recognize that this was her second poor interaction with me. During my first visit, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I gave the benefit of the doubt at the time, but the behavior was the same on this visit. There was no clear explanation of what to expect, no process outlined, and no communication after check-in. She simply handed me a form stating I would be charged a $275 diagnostic fee and walked away. When I called several hours later for an update, she could not tell me anything about my vehicle--not even whether it had been seen. Instead of offering clarity, she offered a rental car without explaining what was happening or when I would receive information. I declined the service and returned to pick up my vehicle. She handed me my keys without a single apology, acknowledgment, or basic courtesy. I am disappointed and frustrated--not just by the lack of professionalism, but by the feeling of being treated differently in a community where I have tried to support local businesses. Respect and communication should not be optional. I believe we all benefit when we treat each other with dignity, and experiences like this only show how far we still have to go. Money is the same color no matter who it comes from. Businesses that fail to understand that will continue to lose customers who simply want fair, honest, and respectful service. I am a black woman. I am a United States veteran and I fought for equal rights for each citizen in this country. I do not appreciate people who come into this country and treat me like a second class citizen when it's my back blood sweat and tears that they came here on.

Last, the finance department is usually where they try to get you to get a bunch of add-ons, but Leila was wonderful, not once did she try to sell me on all the extras.
