    If I could assign a rating of zero, I would do so. I communicated clearly and reached an agreement with Richard and his manager, Andrew. I explicitly provided the exact vehicle and VIN to prevent any mistakes and to save time for both parties. They assured me that I could finalize the deal if I visited in person. However, I drove two hours only to be informed that the vehicle was reserved and to be offered a different car. This situation resulted in an unnecessary effort on my part, and they have not taken responsibility for their actions. It is evident that they lack respect for people's time and engage in deceit to lure customers. Such conduct is highly unprofessional.

    If you want to pay more for a car then go into this dealership. They will not honor your online deal negotiation, even though it is documented and it's in writing. Anna was my online rep a lease deal on a 2026 Toyota sienna XSE which she said will arrive in three weeks. I got to the dealership today and the finance manager Paulo showed me new numbers for my lease. I said I already made numbers with Anna for $2000 down for 36 months at $750 a month with tax. Well, the market right now is really high and we have a $5000 markup on these cars now. And I asked him so you will not honor the deal from 2 1/2 weeks ago. That is the reason I also put down my $1000 reservation for the car. And now he is saying that because of market adjustment blah blah blah. And he said that is the reason also Anna is no longer here. I have no choice because I know the Siennas are high in demand and just have to pay the difference. I will end up with no car. If I knew this was gonna happen, I had the exact same deal at Manhattan Beach Toyota and Cerritos Toyota with the car in stock, but because Anna work with me, I chose to wait for 2 1/2 weeks . The only positive here is the salesman emad and finance manager jawad. They were respectful. I was gonna buy two more cars next month since my lease ends on my other cars but I think I will take my business somewhere else. Toyota should be ashamed that they will not honor the online deals just because of market differences and leaves the customer no choice.. instead of enjoying on our new car, it ended up being a disappointment because of the experience I received in this dealership.

    Form I received after returning to dispute $7,750 in add-ons I never knowingly approved. Only received this after pressing for action.

    Review for Northridge Toyota (Finance Department) I bought out my lease here and later discovered that over $7,700 in optional add-ons had been rolled into my loan without my knowledge or consent -- including a service contract, maintenance plan, debt cancellation, and appearance protection. I wasn't given a copy of the contract at signing, and only found out what happened after I returned to request one in person. I raised the issue directly with both the Finance Director and General Manager. While the products were eventually canceled and refunded, it took weeks -- during which I accrued unnecessary interest on an inflated principal. When I asked them to make that right, they ignored the request entirely. I've since filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), California DMV Investigations Division, and Toyota Motor Sales USA, and will continue escalating. If you finance here, read everything carefully. Don't assume they're working in your best interest -- because they're not.

    TLDR: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Absolute trash. Unprofessional. The salesman raised his voice to me and insisted on me signing a pre contract/reservation deal even though I had been told by another salesperson on the phone that I didn't have to. Full review: Today (6/22), I'm in a market for a new car. I have a Toyota that I'm looking to trade in for a newer car, specifically RAV4 Prime. 6:21pm I called and I spoke with someone named Kelly around 6.21pm. She was very nice. She told me they had one RAV4 plug in and one RAV4 hybrid available. She mentioned putting down a $500 deposit to reserve the car. I told her I'm not in a rush and I'm shopping around for the best deal especially the value of my car they're willing to offer. She said she understood but she asked me to stop by, so she can evaluate my current Toyota and determine how much value it has. Reasonable request and again, she assured me I didn't have to sign anything. In this call, I asked if she would be my salesperson and she said yes. 6:30pm Kelly texted me the specs of 2 RAV4 cars. One is prime and the other one is hybrid. 7:30pm Texted her that I'd be there by 8:15pm..she confirmed my arrival. Around 8:17pm I got there. I was greeted by someone named Nima. I was told Kelly had left (???). He showed me the hybrid. He didn't know I was looking to get my car appraised. Right off the bat, he mentioned about the $500 deposit and sigining a pre contract agreement. I said I'm not doing that as I'm looking what offer they can give me first before going with them. He told me the plug in was not available and supposedly, it had been sold 2 hours ago. Again, Kelly texted me the specs of the car around 6:30 pm, less than 2 hours after my arrival, heavily implying the car was still available. He went to his manager and told me I could reserve another/future/yet to arrive RAV4 plug in but only if I put down the $500 deposit. Again, I said I'm not doing that per my earlier conversation but other Kelly. He kept insisting and was very very pushy. I repeated myself that I had spoken with Kelly about this and she assured me I didn't have to. I think he was frustrated with me saying no to the deposit, he raised his voice with me, almost to a point of yelling. Again he mentioned the $500 deposit. I cut him off. I said no, I'm not signing anything and he said "ok, have a good day" and he walked away. And no, he never looked at my current Toyota or gave me the trade in value. And he never gave me the specs of the other plug in cars. Yet he expected me to put down a $500 deposit..what a joke. I left. 8:26pm I texted Kelly back and called the number. I assumed it was her number but it turned out it was the office. A guy picked up. Told him what had just happened including the part where Nima raised his voice with me. No apologies. No acknowledgement of wrongdoing. All this guy said was "first come first serve. The car was sold 2 hours ago". I told him, I'm not interested in doing a business with someone who yells at me and hung up. I got there around 8:15pm. Two hours earlier would be around 6:15pm. As you can see in the text, Kelly texted me the specs at 6.30pm and confirmed my arrival around 7:47 pm. So if the car was not available 2 hours prior, then why did Kelly send me the specs of the car? Why did she confirm my arrival if she wasn't gonna be there? And why would you insist on me signing the $500 deposit after telling me I didn't have to? I would NEVER have gone to the dealership if they were never gonna assist without it. Wasted both of our times. Absolutely trash. So what gives Northridge Toyota?

Throughout the years me and Frank have kept close communication, and he always asked how I was doing and that if I ever needed anything, to please reach out to him. He would leave voicemails for me every so often. I would always acknowledge him and I would also stop by in the dealership if I was in the area to say hello. Frank is one of the nicest and most sincere gentleman there is- down to earth and honest In 2025, I had established the idea that I wanted to purchase a new car and had a plan of purchasing in July of 2026. Originally, I was going to go with another Civic Si, as that's what I've always had. However, my mindset soon changed. I have always wanted a Type R (Though the Si has been in my interest). I reached out to Frank a month ago and told him that I would likely go forward with a Type R. I told him that I'm aware of the price these cars normally go for. I had no problem with a payment plan that is much more substantial than an Si. I explained to him that Sonic Grey was my color choice was a non-negotiable factor. He explained to me that it would be possible and that he would look into other dealers that had one. I had also communicated with Marlon (the finance manager) and Jazmine (a sales associate with Frank) and they were as so kind-helping to answer any additional questions or concerns. One evening, I get a voicemail from Frank informing me that he was able to allocate a Sonic Grey Type R. The next day I went over the numbers with Marlon and I told him that it's what I was expecting to pay and I gave him the thumbs up. The next day I got a text from Marlon and Jazmine that the car arrived. I came right after work around 5:30 and met Frank who had the car all detailed and waiting outside the showroom entrance. The car looked absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. I told Frank I couldn't be more appreciative of what he was able to accomplish for me. I turned in my keys, provided proof of my title for the old car, and did all the paperwork with Marlon. I was done with everything by 6:45 PM. It was by far the easiest and most straight-forward purchase I have ever with a vehicle, including the first time with Frank. He ran me through my vehicle set up, showed me some tips and techniques with the Type R. The purchase experience ended with a video interview by Marlon for their social media. I cannot be happier with my vehicle purchase experience with Honda of Reseda. Thank you again Frank, for all you do for me. I cannot express enough gratitude. I also want to thank all the staff who made this possible and for your professionalism and kindness.

Because of the distance, I could not proceed without confirmation, and the situation remained unresolved. I hope the dealership improves communication, especially for customers traveling long distances.
