BAD BUSINESS !!!! AVOID ... This guy had us start the process for a vehicle . When and got insurance. Paid them cash deposit and told to come back next day .. next day comes we show up and right away we see the car not on the lot . He then tells us to go to another connected dealership down the street and upon arrival the place is closed. We then go back to original location and see the vehicle there with another customer in it and license plates on it ! He sold the vehicle we gave a deposit for . Then proceeded to try and sell us another vehicle! Bad business . Bought a Caprice PPV from them. Couple of phone calls to discuss the vehicle, they dodged a couple of questions regarding technical stuff like idle hours, eventually I went down to look at it. It was as described, and in comparison to the others in this price range, it was in good shape. Went for a drive, told him I'd pay cash, did the paperwork and drove home. Plates came about three weeks later. Haven't had any trouble with the car. Yes, the place looks like a dive. There are way too many cars on the lot, but if you're looking for a deal and can tell the good from the bad, I'd say give them a try. They had a beautiful crown vic on the lot, and several other caprices that were in good shape. A Tahoe that I wouldn't touch was also there. I dealt with David, he was honest and fair with me. Bear in mind this isn't a new car dealership. Don't expect someone to greet you at the door with a latte and shuttle you around in a golf cart. I spoke with David at length about the specifics of the vehicle on the phone, its condition, its drivability, leaks, noises, etc. and I am happy to report that his description was 100% accurate and we are 100% satisfied. Vehicle Condition & Appearance - The Caprice looked as beautiful when it was delivered as it did in the online pictures. This was possible because Community takes the time to post crystal clear very detailed HD zoomable pictures that show every angle inside as well as outside of the car. Initial Startup and Test Drive - The vehicle started easily, ran quiet and as smooth as David described on the phone. It shifted flawlessly, tires were in great shape, filled to the proper pressure. the car tracked dead balls straight with no pulling when brakes were applied and best of all it leaks nothing, all exactly as David described. The oil and air filter appear recently replaced/changed and there were no weird odors or smells. Communication - David and Bobby responded instantaneously with both me and my wife via email, telephone and text to every question including payment, title. bill of sale and even logistics to transport the Caprice to Kansas making this a silky smooth transaction. Vehicle Delivery-David was able to help us find a transporter to get the car safeley delivered to Kansas (thank you Ivan the driver) in short order and 2 days early which is astonishing. My brother bought a car and was told it was in good working condition, after 3 days of driving the check engine came on and we did a diagnostic on it turns out the lifters were bad and cam is shot. We told them about our situation and they didn't seem to care and told us we will be paying half of the repair even though we were told to return the car before 30 days if anything g was wrong and the owner was very disrespectful. These guys are shady scam artists that waste your time and don't answer their phone and when they do they hang up on you. I went to check out a Chevy caprice a few months back and the car did not match the photos posted on their website. I pointed out the photos do not match the car and they refused saying it was the same car when it clearly was not. I am a mechanic by trade and they continued trying to lie to me that the car was in good condition and just got a recent tune up yet tue vehicle had excessive vibrations/shaking at idle and the alignment was way off and the vehicle was pulling to the right heavily. I noticed on the vehicles very spotty patch work to make the vehicles look half decent in order to sell, like spray paint to cover rust, spray paint in door jams/ body panels edges to hide rubbing and poor fitment from collisions most likely and these guys have no paperwork of proof to the apparent "maintenance" and "tune ups" they claim to have done to the vehicles.
