Mission Hills

Just got myself a 2026 Nissan Altima and I'm so happy! I had a great experience with the sales team…read moreand happy with the terms that we agreed on. Shout out to Isidro who helped secure my deal!

I called Nissan of Mission Hills to ask about returning my leased vehicle at the end of the lease…read more I was told I could come in anytime, so I took a day off work and went there on Monday. When I arrived, I spoke with an employee named Sunny. He asked if I had leased the car from their dealership. When I told him no, he asked why I wasn't taking it back to the dealership where I got it, with a very rude attitude. I explained that the other dealership was far away and that I had already confirmed with Nissan Finance that I could return my vehicle to any Nissan dealership. Instead of helping me, Sunny started giving me a hard time about where I parked my car. I told him I had parked near the service department, but he refused to inspect the vehicle and insisted that I move it to a designated parking spot. When I asked why he was making the process so difficult, he told me to wait until a spot became available. He continued repeating the same thing several times instead of simply explaining the process professionally. I eventually had enough and decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. In my experience, this is how customers get treated when a dealership doesn't see an opportunity to make money from them. I have been leasing 3-4 vehicles, typically every two years, for the past 16 years, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any dealership. I took a day off work because I trusted what I was told over the phone, only to be met with an unnecessary attitude and an unwillingness to help. Nissan of Mission Hills, customer service matters, even when a customer is not buying a new car. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so other customers don't have to go through the same thing.
