I hardly ever give 5 stars but this guy truly deserves it. He should change his name to Armen the Awesome! No one enjoys the process of leasing a car - it's always a multi-hour torture session filled with bluff and counter-bluff, lots of b.s. back and forth and enough stress to make you want to take your own life right there and then. So imagine an experience so effortless it actually turns car-buying into something enjoyable. It's unheard of, I tell ya! I wanna go lease a car from this guy every single day, it was so damn easy. Amazing service and the absolute best prices you can find anywhere, guaranteed. read more

If Yelp had the option of 10 stars, this would be the business to get it. Talk about a "One Stop Shop" I had heard great things about Armen at Ultimate Auto, and he did not disappoint. Being a female, I was extremely nervous about the car buying process since I didn't know too much about cars or pricing. Within hours, Armen found an AMAZING deal. The second I gave him the green light for the car, he started the paperwork. By the third hour, he was at my preferred location with all of the paperwork and the car, washed and ready to go. Not only is he one of the nicest guys I have dealt with, he is also extremely professional. He explained everything for me in detail and gave me tips as a consumer as well. And if that isn't great, he helped me with the insurance process too. Armen and his team are amazing at what they do. I can't wait until my next car to give him a call. read more

Well, after my experience with the Fiat Dealership in Thousand Oaks (see my previous review), a good friend of mine recommended Armen K. at Ultimate Auto Sales and Leasing, so I gave him a call... Although probably not necessary, I wanted to make an appointment to meet with Armen personally to tell him exactly what I was looking for in the vehicle. He met with me within hours, and aside from being a super-nice gentleman, he was SO professional and he had TONS of information at his fingertips! By the very next day, he sent me an email that he had located a car for me which had everything that I wanted AND he quoted me a lease payment that was even CHEAPER than Thousand Oaks Fiat!!!! From that point, the "deal" got even better -- no hassles at all and Armen, himself, took my old car in-trade and paid me cash MORE than what Thousand Oaks Fiat had offered me. Armen's procedures for his credit due diligence were painless and all done via email and fax. But wait, it gets EVEN BETTER -- Armen arranged to have all the paperwork signed at MY OFFICE and that is exactly where the car was delivered to me... no hassle, no fuss, no muss. Just GREAT SERVICE at a more than reasonable price without all the drama of dealing with a car dealership. Armen can get ANY car and, I believe that Armen can meet or beat ANY dealership's lowest price -- he proved it with me and I will not hesitate to refer all of my family, friends and clients to him!! Thank you Armen and the staff at Ultimate Auto! read more

Easiest leasing experience ever!! My first Lease I met the guys, picked a car, went to a dealer and test drove the car.
