Today 2/27/21 I Drove 3 hours from Fresno Ca. I Spoke with Sam all week and he knew I was coming today. I called him before I left. So When I get there he's not there. Ok. He told me to bring 8000 so I do. The Car I come to see a black Mercedes I was told it had 77,000 miles I get there it had 184,000 then I find something else which I needed 7000 down I'm like ok. Me and my boyfriend brought a car less then a month ago and it is already in the shop with one 6k due in repairs. Check engine light came on only 3 weeks after getting the car. Because we were out of town at time light came on we just took it to the dealer for them to tell us the mileage on the odometer is wrong and car has over 175k and reader on dash shows 120k then hit us with a 6k bill. So he calls statewide to inform them of the problem and say we would just like to give the car back seeing we were still in the warranty period to be told if we give it back its a report. So I decided to call them explain the issue so Sam offered to fix the car but we are currently in Sacramento he said he had some one in Sacramento that could tow it for us on Saturday and to call him back when we were ready so my boyfriend called Monday to get information for tow they hung up in his face 2 times and when he finally got Sam on phone he told him he never said he had someone that could tow the car back to them for repairs.. at this point I'm over it and will be reporting them and filing a lawsuit if things are not handled today when I go up there myself. read more

I promise you this is the worst dealer ever, they sell you bandaid cars that expose there problem after a week - to a month. Its so bad, my breaks were horrible and making noise after a week as if some spray was put on for it to be silent while I test drove. Complete rip over! Each week something else was wrong with the car... the air condition stop working, they put BMW rotors on my C300 and I found out only after my second time taken the car to them to get the brakes fixed which never got actually fixed I end up taking it to my neighbor mechanic who told me it was BMW rotors. Going into the second month with the car my I start having problems turning on the car on I was left to pay all the repairs It was such a scam and horrible experience I refused to pay the car note without them fixing the issues. Wow, I don't get some of the reviews on here. First I want to say that I took my 2006 Lexus IS 250 in for service. And they ROCK! They wrote down all my complaints, addressed them fully and took care of all my questions and problems quickly and effectively. While I was there I looked at their huge car inventory and I listened to some of the sales people talk to customers, I don't understand why all of the complaints that are posted here. It is not a high pressure sales environment at all. The prices seemed competitive and I did not see anything but good quality cars. In reviewing their Service Department I would rate them an A+ for sure. As far as the car sales I will come back in a few weeks and purchase a car from them. There is a large inventory of cars to choose from, little sales pressure if any (which i hate), they seem very flexible and seem to genuinely care. These guys are dishonest as can be, plain as simple. After speaking with "Sammie" on the phone multiple times regarding a specific Mercedes Benz, I was guaranteed that the car was in Excellent condition with no issues at all to the paint, body or mechanics. I was very clear to "Sammie" that I was flying in from San Francisco to Los Angeles to test drive and purchase the car and was only interested if indeed the car was in perfect condition. After flying into LAX and taking a $50 + Uber ride to the dealership in Sun Valley, I got a bad vibe immediately upon my arrival. The car had rock chips and sun fading to the paint in many areas. On top of this, they had made repairs to areas of the vehicle's paint and had done a terrible job. The repairs were discolored and not even wet sanded (orange peeling and bubbles in the fresh paint...). Against my best judgement, I continued to view the other cars on their lot in hopes of finding a car they may work. After viewing every single car on their lot, I found that every car had bad discrepancies. I wound up test driving a BMW and was ready to make an offer on the vehicle. Sitting down with one of the salesman, he bagan to tell me the car was a "dealer buyback" (essentially a bad lemon...). At that point, I walked out of the dealership, got in another $50 Uber and flew back home to San Francisco. In short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They wasted nearly $500 of mine in travel costs along with an entire Saturday. They blatantly lied to me multiple times and every car on the dealerships lot has something wrong with it. Oh the worst part - after test driving a BMW X5 SUV, I noted to one of the salesman that the rear brakes were totally worn and he did agree (surprisingly). The other salesman working with him came to the car and I brought the issue up to him. He inspected the brakes and claimed to me the brakes were in "excellent condition" although his partner said otherwise... You could tell he was pissed at the other when he realized what had just happened. The next weekend, I made a trip to Alameda, CA and purchased a car from a reputable used car dealership who sells quality used cars in great condition. BUYER BEWARE!!! 100% SCAM!!! SAM IS DAVID WHO CLAIMS TO HAVE NO PART IN SALES!!! They will say anything to get you in their office. Website inventory not up to date. Was looking for a car they claim to just had sold. Down talked it by saying, "It'll give you problems. Why would you want that car?" Talked to the old guy David and he said Sam wasnt there. Claims to not have nothing to do with sales. He's just shows the cars. Drove the car I initially wanted but it had 134,000 miles on it. Over the phone "Sam" said it had 94,000. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU ON THE LOT!!! Picked a car after test driving three. Then we go to his office. I tell him Sam said all I needed was this amount, there would be no taxes, and payments would be 180-190. He says there's nothing "Sam" can do it's up to the finance department. I wanted to speak to Sam at that point hoping to get the deal I was offered. He says call the office and it will be transferred to Sam's cell phone. I call Statewide in front of him and asked to be transferred to sales. The phone in his office rings. LIAR!!! He is in charge of sales. He is the one who you speak with. At this point I was fed up, but determined. So I went to the next step... Finance dept. Then I get an email from CreditKarma for a hard inquiry. I asked the Filipino lady in the finance department do they run credit? She said no, until I showed her the hard inquiry on my CreditKarma. Then said "Oh..." Lying bitch! Asked for the carfax but she said, "After I input your information and close the deal then I'll show you." Frustrated I said show me the carfax or give me my money back. Showed me an outdated one. Claimed servers were down. Wanted me to pay 4,700 as a down payment for a monthly payment of 349 or 5700 for a monthly payment of 249. I do the math and 349 x 48 months is over 15,000... So a 11,900 vehicle turns into 20,000+ with down payment, taxes and interest? I told them I dont want the car give me my money back. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! read more
